Amid the ongoing Omicron scare, several celebrities are testing COVID-19 positive once again. After Madhur Bhandarkar, Arijit Singh among others, Kajol has now joined the list of celebs who have contracted the virus. On Sunday (30 January), the My Name Is Khan star took to her social media account and informed fans about testing positive for coronavirus.

Interestingly, she shared the news along with an unusual picture. Well, the actress chose to post a photo of her daughter Nysa Devgn who is seen flaunting her mehendi with her smile being the highlight.

Taking to Instagram, Kajol revealed the reason behind posting Nysa's picture and wrote, "Tested positive and I really don't want anyone to see my Rudolph nose so let's just stick to the sweetest smile in the world! Miss u @nysadevgan and yes I can see the eye roll!"

The fans of the Dilwale actress have filled the comment section with "get well soon" messages and heart emojis. Some of them also compared Nysa's looks with her superstar parents. The post has some hilarious reactions too.

A user wrote, "Get well soon and hope the symptoms are not too severe. Nysa is looking gorgeous". Another user commented, "Itne nakhoon (nails) kaahe badhaae ho".

Here's wishing Kajol a speedy recovery. 

On the Bollywood front, Kajol was last seen alongside husband Ajay Devgn in Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. The film was released in 2020 and turned out to be the biggest hit of the year. Amid the ongoing pandemic, she entered the OTT space and appeared in Devi and Tribhanga. 

Currently, she has Revathy's directorial venture The Last Hurrah in her kitty. The movie revolves around Sujata, a wonderful mother who faced many difficult events with a smile on her face.
