Hrithik lives in one of Mumbai's most luxurious Bollywood celebrity homes. His Juhu residence is a sea-facing Santorini-themed property, worth a whopping Rs 50 crore. 

The Super 30 star's house has several most unique architectural masterpieces. Reportedly, the property also has monkey bars and a chocolate vending machine. Well, that sounds interesting!

Hrithik owns a farmhouse in Lonavala, which is reported to have an organic farming area and spans over 5-7 acres. The huge property has at least four bedrooms besides other important amenities like a pool and a gym. 

The farmhouse is among the newest additions to the Kabhie Khushi Kabhi Gham actor's properties. According to a Mumbai Mirror report, the bungalow's construction was completed in 2020.

Hrithik has two apartments in a building called Mannat (not to be confused with Shah Rukh Khan's house) on the Juhu-Versova link road in Mumbai. The apartments, one of which is a penthouse, cover a total of 38,000 square feet. The apartments, owned by the superstar, are located on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of the building which has an incredible view of the Arabian Sea. 

The actor and his family also own parking spaces for 10 cars on the property. The price of the duplex is Rs. 67. 5 crores and is spread across 27,000 sqft. The second, standalone apartment, comes at a price of Rs 30 crores. The actor spent nearly Rs. 100 crores on the apartments along with the stamp duty of around Rs. 2 crores.
