Akshay's cooking skills are no surprise; the actor worked as a chef in Bangkok where he had gone for martial arts training. A man of many talents, he makes sure his children imbibe them too. He is known to have trained son Aarav with a strict fitness routine. His son has a black belt in Kudo, a Japanese martial art.

One of the biggest Bollywood stars in the country right now, Akshay has time and again spoken up for what's right. With the release of his latest film ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha', Akshay bats for the need of toilets in villages.
