Andrea’s Eatery is another exciting addition to the various restaurants in Select. It has been launched by Andrea Aftab Puro, who hails from a family of hoteliers who founded the iconic Imperial Hotel in New Delhi, in 1934. He is of Indian-Italian heritage and was born in Italy and spent his childhood in India and thus both cultures have had equal influence on him.

Andrea’s Eatery is a modern European bistro that serves world cuisine in a signature style. Andrea Pauro, is also the founder of highly successful restaurants like Amici - a chain of cafes serving fresh Italian food and Baci - an Italian fine-dining restaurant that was located in the Sunder Nagar Market.

The concept of the Restaurant was inspired by Andrea Pauro’s travels across the globe. Andrea’s Eatery offers the Delhi crowd a new trend-setting culinary experience with a fresh spin on a plentitude of world cuisines from Europe, the Middle East and even Southeast Asia. The menu itself is a new experience altogether.  Designed as an exciting travel journal, the menu highlights key aspects of nutritional value, organic ingredients, quality and taste. Also, the dishes are grouped according to the origins of the produce.

The menu is full of delectable surprises and yummy goodness, from organic produce to indulgent Pasta Bowls to signature Pizzas, there is something for everybody. To complement the food, the eatery also offers a carefully-curated list of beverages, including wine and beer and some signature drinks as well.

Commenting on the launch Andrea Pauro, Owner, Andrea’s Eatery said, “The Indian consumer has evolved considerably and has become conscious of food quality, nutrition and good health. At the same time increased foreign travel has played a pivotal role in the amplified interest in world cuisines. Looking at this trend and my own love for travel and exotic local cultures, the idea of this eatery was born.”
