While most of us were either busy with parties and celebrations or planning one on Christmas Eve, ardent Cricket fans were busy watching the nail-biting match between India and Sri Lanka. And one thing that all those watching the match can vouch for is that it was one of the best gifts that one could ever wish for, to end this year on a high note.

Even if you cancelled a dinner date with your girl or ditched your friends who went drinking without you, India's victory against Sri Lanka at the Wankhede stadium compensated for all that regret that was hovering over your mind earlier. It was this match that also gave us the 'coolest Santa' of this year and for those wondering who it is, we are talking about MS Dhoni (the only one who deserves to add cool as a suffix or prefix with his name).

Just like Santa Claus, Dhoni too made this Christmas merrier for all of us by guiding Team India towards a massive win against the Lankans, with a clean sweep of 3-0, in the T20 International series. Following this epic match, Dhoni and his fellow team players kick-started the celebrations by donning the Santa caps and Twitter was more than elated to see Dhoni as Santa.
