Seems like 2018 is turning out to be a futile year for relationships. After the shocking split of Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum was announced recently, the news of Nikki Bella and John Cena calling it quits after a strong 6 year relationship has shaken the world.

Their elaborate magical proposal in the ring touched every heart and we really thought they were here for the long run.

The wrestlers released a joint statement and no particular reason was cited for the split. Cena's Instagram had a meme summing up his thoughts on the whole situation though.

I guess that's why people call it Monday Blues since no one wakes up to good stuff on a Monday ever.
