This Beggar Saved Up For 2 Years To Buy His Daughter A Dress andamp His Story Will Warm Your Heart

He saved up for two years to buy his daughter a dress but was still mocked. But it did not matter to him, he just wanted to make her happy.ย

This story of a beggar who saved every rupee he could for over two years just so he could make his daughter happy is going viral, and for all the right reasons. MD. Kawsar Hossain was forced to resort to begging to survive after losing his right hand because of an accident. After saving enough money for two years, he, along with his daughter, went to a store to buy a dress. But instead he was mocked by the store owner for paying in loose change and was asked if he was a โ€˜beggarโ€™. His daughter burst into tears but he was still determined to make her happy. After two years, his daughter finally had a pretty yellow dress. ย

Thereโ€™s no denying that he has a hard life and he talks about how he doesnโ€™t want his children to have the same fate as him and is doing everything he can to provide them with good education. โ€œItโ€™s very difficult to send my children to school, but I am educating them all. Sometimes they cannot attend exam because giving exam fees is not always possible for me. On those days they feel very sad when I tell them; sometimes we can miss exams because the biggest exam is life, which we are giving every day,โ€ he said.

Photographer GMB Akash shared a heart-warming picture along with Hossainโ€™s story. Read it here, but fair warning, it will probably make you shed a tear or two.
