Fans of Gorillaz have more reason to rejoice now that the band’s co-founder, Jamie Hewlett, announced, in an interview to Q Magazine that a 10-episode TV series might be in the offing for the band.

Their latest album, ‘Humanz’—all set to release on April 28th 2017—is one of the most anticipated, given that the Gorillaz is one of the most popular contemporary bands across the globe.

The TV series is set to be about the virtual band. That’s all we know for the time being but we can’t wait to know more. Who knows if it’s going to be a reality mini-series about the band, or what. That’s just our heads speculating. Yes, we’re that excited.
