Every once in a while, we get a reminder that maybe the world isn’t that bad a place. The story of Varijashree and Baba is a perfect example of that. 

While on her way to a visa interview, Varijashree Venugopal realized that she had ran out of cash. She urgently needed to come up with Rs 3,000 to fulfil her requirements for the visa application. She, along with her auto driver Baba, went to about 15 ATM’s in the area but couldn’t get the money.

At this point after sensing her helplessness, Baba decided to step in and save the day for her. He gave Varijashree the Rs. 3,000 she needed out of his own savings and restored everyone’s faith in humanity.

We can all learn something from Baba and spread good all around us. This is why we’re not as harsh on the world as we ought to be. It’s incidents like this that prove that there is still a lot of good left in the world.
