When Rajkumar Hirani announced his biopic on Sanjay Dutt, many eyes rolled, expectations flew in the sky and when the movie finally came to light, a few things happened. Ranbir Kapoor proved that he can rule Bollywood with his stellar acting, amd the world got to know the story of Sanjay Dutt's life's struggle.
However, seems like one person is not satisfied with the biopic and believes there is still scope for the real story to unfold. As per the recent reports in Mumbai Mirror, RGV has decided to make a 'real' biopic on the controversial actor.
He believes that certain parts of Sanjay Dutt's life haven't been explored well and his movie will deal with the real issues and the real story of his life, particularly the 1993 blasts in Mumbai and the actor's connection with them. He said “That Dutt was doing drugs, was traumatised by his mother's battle with cancer [she died just three days before the release of his first film Rocky], had multiple flings, many of them one night stands, is all well documented,” as per the sources.
The movie will also deal with how the actor was threatened and what were the circumstances in his life during that time which led the incidents to flow in later. Will this be called 'Sanju 2.0' or will Ranbir Kapoor star in this one as well? Only time will tell.
