At 101 Man Kaur Won A Gold For Running At The World Master Games While You Are Just Running Late

While you are making excuses for getting out of bed, run to the shower, running late to work and running late to touch deadlines, Man Kaur, at the age of 101 is actually running to win gold medals.

She won the gold medal after she finished the 100 metre race at the World Master Games in Auckland. In fact, she finished the race in a record time of 1min 14.58sec, which is just about 1min 4sec short of the women's world record for this race! Also, if that wasn’t enough, the record was merely Β 64.42 seconds short of Usain Bolt's 100m world record, which he set back in 2009.

Man Kaur never actually had a history in sports and took it up at the age of 93 only. She has been a part of many athletic meets around the world and with this being her 17th gold medal, things are only looking bright.

She is not giving up on life, now what’s your excuse? Go figure life now.
