The Jonas Brothers are breaking all the music records and topping the charts, but they just took their competitive or should we say, winning streak a notch up by breaking the records of real estate in Los Angeles. 

Our "Desi Girl" Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas "Jiju" just spent a whopping $20 million (Rs. 144 crore approx.) on a swanky mansion in LA and became the costliest neighbours in the neighbourhood of Encino.

But, wasn't it just last year when Nick bought a mansion for USD 6.5 million for his lady love in Beverly Hills? Well, looks like, it's new year, new house, new housewarming, and tons of party opportunities for the Jonas Brothers and 'J Sisters'. 

According to a report in The Wall Street Journal, Nick and Priyanka's new LA mansion is a 20,000-square-foot property with 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, mesmerising view of the mountains and swimming pools that we don't need to look at because we're swimming and some are drowning in our own pool called 'I am broke AF', quite literally!

According to a report in Variety, other features of this magnificent mansion are a two-lane bowling alley, mirror-walled gymnasium, restaurant-quality wet bar, movie theatre with an IMAX screen, an indoor basketball court, a garage in the basement that can hold dozens of luxury cars, lounge room with a pool table and enough space to throw lavish parties for friends and family.

Nick's elder brother, Joe Jonas too has bought a 15000-square-foot mansion just three miles away from his at $14 million approx. 

So, what happens to Nick Jiju's $6.5 million mansion? He sold it to 22-year-old tennis star Naomi Osaka for $6.9 million.

Priyanka was last seen in The Sky Is Pink with Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf. She will now star in the adaptation of The White Tiger alongside Rajkummar Rao.
