Welspun CEO Dances To Muqabla With Employees At Work & Now Were Looking For Vacancies There

While half the world is failing at maintaining the ideal work-life balance and working overtime, video of a companyâs CEO dancing with employees in the office is nothing less than a bullet for people who are stuck in their boring jobs.

This might sound like a dream, but this is more of trolling for most people whose bosses are sucking every inch of whatever life is left in them. Yes, sounds dramatic but true!

Recently, a video of Welspun Indiaâs CEO Dipali Goenka dancing with employees in office has made everyone go crazy on social media. The video showcases Dipali Goenka dancing to the song âMuqablaâ from the film Street Dancer 3D.

Checkout the full video here-

Rare to see a CEO dance and have fun in an office setting. Thatâs the way to create a happy culture @DipaliGoenka #welspun. pic.twitter.com/B6LAd2u3tr

In the video, we can see Dipali Goenka shaking a leg and later her employees leave their cubicles to dance with her changing the whole vibe of the office. Now, this is the work culture we need, isnât it?

While everyone is dancing and having fun, by the end of the video, employees applaud Ms. Goenka for her amazing dance. Harsh Goenka shared the video on Twitter saying, "Rare to see a CEO dance and have fun in an office setting.â

Trying hard to inculcate the culture of happiness at work. Need to learn a few things from you.

Now, thatâs so true! Ask anyone working in a 9 to 5 job and youâll know. The video has garnered over 186.8K views already and over 10.9K likes on Twitter already.

Not only this, the video left Street Dancer 3D actor, Varun Dhawan impressed too and he re-tweeted the video along with caption, âAmazing.â
