On Friday, Bhumi Pednekar shared the first poster of her much-awaited upcoming spooky thriller film, Durgavati. From the looks of it, many fans are wondering if it is a remake of Anushka Shetty’s hit film Bhagamathie.

Bhagamathie was simultaneously shot in Tamil and Telugu. However, the team has not confirmed the same.

The Release 

Durgavati is scheduled to release on December 11 on Prime Video, the actor confirmed today. 

She took to social media to share the intriguing poster with the caption that read, “What’s behind that door? You will know soon, Durgavati releasing worldwide,11th December 2020 on @primevideoin.” 

The poster sure gives vibes of the popular game Temple Run as she is seen sitting outside the doors of what looks like an ancient temple. Bhumi stares right into the camera with a chillingly blank expression making people curious about the upcoming film.
