We might not be American citizens but all of us have openly rooted for Dwayne Johnson to run for President, every time the topic came up. It seems like ‘The Rock’ has finally given in to the wishes of his fans across the country and the globe.  During the finale of ‘Saturday Night Live’, he made it official that he has decided to run for President in 2020.

He expressed his wish to run with Tom Hanks in tow and the two joked about getting votes easily. "A lot of people have been telling me lately that I should run for President of the United States," and I gotta tell you, it's very flattering but tonight, I wanna put this for rest and just say once and for all—I'm in. Starting tonight, I am running for the President of the United States," he said. The room was, of course, filled with a thunderous applause.

What started as a joke might soon turn into a reality and America shall be great again. Amen to that.
