Janhvi Kapoor has started her new year on a high note as she has gifted herself a luxurious property. Last year, she enticed her fans and the audience at large in Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. 

Despite the controversy, things look only brighter for her as she landed many other projects and also has bought a house for herself at the age of 23 wherein most of us are struggling with the ‘almost nil’ appraisals. 

Here are the details of her house: 

1. According to reports, she purchased a new house in Juhu which is spread across three floors and costs a whopping Rs. 39 crores. 

2. According to Square Feet India, "The flats are spread on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of the building named Araya Building. The carpet area of the flat as per the documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia is 3,456 area."

3. Janhvi finalized the deal last month, on December 7, and stamp duty of Rs 78 lakhs was paid. 

4. She will now be neighbours with celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Ekta Kapoor, and more, who own houses in Juhu and Juhu Vile Parle Scheme, as per a GQ India report. 

Janhvi is just two films old in the industry and she has touched success earlier than any of her contemporaries. In an interview with Barkha Dutt, Janhvi admitted that she had been ‘extremely lucky’ in her career. “I haven’t had to deal with the kind of things that most women have to deal with. Because I do come from a slightly more privileged background and so I have been extremely lucky in the way that I have been treated and the opportunities that I have gotten,” said Janhvi.  

On the work front, she has a series of line up including Dostana 2, Roohi Afzana, Takht, Helen remake, and Kolamaavu Kokila remake.
