Mirzapur is one of the most beloved shows on an OTT platform across the country.
People loved the first season so much, they were literally counting down the days for the second season to come out.

Reportedly, the Supreme Court has sent an official notice to Mirzapur and Prime Video, the platform where it's available to stream, because of a complaint filed about how the web series 'maligns' the image of Mirzapur as well as the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Yes, we all know Uttar Pradesh is one of the best places in India to live and no, of course, we wouldn't want people to think otherwise.
UP is known for how safe it is, especially for women, and what great infrastructure it has.
UP CM Yogi Adityanath has also done so much to better the condition of the state and not just rename a few places.
People are, obviously, unhappy with a fictional show being subjected to this and of course, are questioning the Supreme Court if they're entertaining such complaints instead of working on the real important issues.
