According to latest reports, Jasprit Bumrah will soon give up on his single status and will get married. The reports started surfacing after the pacer was allowed to miss India's final Test match against England at Ahmedabad.

Speaking to ANI, sources in the BCCI have confirmed that the pacer is set to get married soon and has taken a leave to prepare for the same. “He informed the BCCI that he is getting married and has taken the leave to help in preparations for the big day," the source said.

The 27-year-old pacer played two of the three Tests in the ongoing four-match series against England and scalped four wickets in what was his first home Test series since making his debut for India.

In 2019, there were speculations that Anupama Parameswaran, who rose to fame with her performance in Premam, was in a relationship with the Indian cricketer. 

One of the users also highlighted in Jasprit Bumrah’s recent feed that she too had taken a break from work. 

The rumours of a relationship between the two started doing rounds after the two followed each other on social media and started commenting on each other's posts. But as the rumours started gaining pace, the two unfollowed each other which also made headlines.

Later, she clarified that she is not dating him. She said, “I don’t even know who he is. I just know that he is a cricketer and that’s about it. There is nothing more. It is sad to see such link-up rumours circulating on social media about a woman without any proper information.

Since their relationship is out of the question, we are also left wondering who the lucky woman is then.
