☺️✌?️Gym boxed off nice and early this morn sprints/legs/glutes ✔️got that post booty pump ?? happy to be building abit of butt volume back with more food and also increasing weight on few isolation exercises, even when I'm sore I still train glutes just lightly using different training techniques then opposed to heavy days etc the focus is shape , getting myself lean few weeks back was nice as I loved being lower BodyFat but Missed the volume on glutes kinda prefer haven bit more on my back piece ????

Legs ?? it's not about perfect it's about effort..When you bring that effort everyday that's where transformation happens ??2016 goals are set, one of my main goals is to balance more yoga into my weight training/fitness routine now as I want to focus on becoming stronger then I was last year ??
