Tapsee Pannu is super pumped to meet us in her upcoming movie, Haseen Dilruba. 

Her fans will be able to see a new side of her on Netflix, as the movie is going to skip a theatrical release. 

The movie also features Harshvardhan Rane and Vikrant Massey. The shooting of the movie was completed in 2020 and it's all set to release on the OTT platform on 2nd July. 

The murder mystery is directed by Vinil Mathew and written by Kanika Dhillon.

In one of the interviews, Tapsee also spoke about how beautifully the story is written and said that she got a chance to experiment with her role. 

As on sets, since celebrities learn a thing or two about their co-stars, Tapsee and Vinil Mathew recently joked about Harshvardhan 'having a fetish for teeth'.

The first day of the shoot required both Tapsee and Harshvardhan to do an intimate, kissing scene. 

Vinil told in the interview, "I feel bad for Harsh, because he came in the middle of the schedule, and no time to warm up or meet anybody. The first day he lands up he has to do a kissing scene." Tapsee then added to this, "Harsh was very scared, he thought maybe I'll beat him up or something." 

She further mentioned that if she knew about the fetish earlier, she would have made an appointment with the dentist before the shoot.

Harshvardhan responded saying that he was 'nervous about the the 'proximity' with Tapsee Pannu. But the actress made the whole scene comfortable for him.

Harshvardhan explained the remark saying, "I'll tell you the context. They asked me yesterday what are the things I look out for. So I felt I'm very shallow, so I said I look at the teeth, the skin, and the eyes."

He then said that this helps him understand how hygienic the person is whereas the skin helps understand the health of the person and eyes help define honesty. Harshvardhan also pointed out that the chemistry between the two was 'written and designed in a certain way' in Haseen Dilruba.

Haseen Dilruba is a story of a small-town girl who marries a docile man but seeks romance with a river-rafter. The mystery unfolds after her husband is killed and the wife becomes the first suspect of the murder.

On the work front, Tapsee has a good lineup of movies this year including Rashmi Rocket, Dobaaraa, Shabaash Mithu and Looop Lapeta. Whereas Harshvarshan was last seen in Taish.
