The pandemic has affected life in every form, and there’s an unsaid uncertainty for everyone, be it a working professional, a businessman or a student. The ongoing confusion around how and if there will be any board exams for class 10th and 12th students keeps hovering around the heads of students like butterflies on a flower.
The latest development and scheme derived for the students appearing for boards in 2021-2022 session includes conducting exams in two terms: one in November-December, and the other around March next year. The syllabus will be divided and exams will be held based on only the 50% syllabus each time. This ‘double boards’ scheme has obviously garnered a mix of various reactions and for students, the best way to deal with this news was to spread some memes on the internet.

Earlier last month, the CBSE had submitted a plan to the Supreme Court explaining how the marks for the students in this session will be evaluated. Apparently the results from the last three years will be evaluated and the results will be out by 31st July.
While this new scheme is exhausting and intimidating for students of this year, a lot of people are actually in support of it. The stress of studying an entire year’s syllabus and the hype around how ‘scary’ boards can be for some is kind of eliminated.
