Transformations aren't rare in Bollywood, simply because of the fact that actors need to embrace different characters and that involves looking the part. However, there are times when a particular actor goes through a transformation so major and so unlike what they're used to being, that it needs to be lauded. This is what happened when a famous Bollywood actor was spotted by the paps, but it took everyone a while to figure out who that is.
