Ajay Devgn is one of the most sought-after action heroes in Indian cinema. The other actor is Akshay Kumar, of course. While one is known as ‘Khiladi’, the other one is the ultimate ‘Singham’.

Ever since Akshay appeared on ‘Into The Wild With Bear Grylls’ (remember the crazy adventurous episode?), fans have been waiting to see Ajay in the show too, scavenging in the dense forests with Bear Grylls. And this weekend, it came true.

Devgn has been roped in to be the next guest on Into The Wild, hosted by British TV personality, adventurer and survivalist, Bear Grylls. 

He has already left for the Maldives for the shoot on Sunday. Although the exact location is yet to be revealed, the wilderness of the Maldives promises an interesting and adventurous episode.

Before Devgn, Grylls has hosted two Indian celebrities on Discovery’s classic show, Akshay Kumar and South superstar Rajinikanth. 

Both episodes were shot in India in the jungles of Karnataka's Bandipur Tiger Reserve and National Park. This time, the location is the Maldives, probably due to Covid-19 in India.

Fans are super excited to see another Bollywood star on the show. 

While we aren’t quite sure what the episode will have in store for us, one thing’s for sure, which is that this episode is going to be quite interesting. The ‘Singham of Bollywood with the Jungle King himself!

Bear Grylls has also hosted PM Narendra Modi on his show, Man Vs Wild which was shot in Jim Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand. 

PM Modi apparently braved all odds, kept calm and impressed Grylls with his humility and “calmness during the crises”.

Both Akshay and Rajinikanth and even PM Modi did quite well in the wilderness and passed (read survived) with flying colours. 

We are yet to see how Ajay Devgn fairs Into The Wild.
