Ever since Aryan Khan was detained by NCB along with several others after a cruise party was raided, the topic has been the center of all discussions on Twitter with people debating over the entire episode.

After the court hearings, it was revealed that NCB hadn’t found any drugs on him but they were investigating his WhatsApp chats followed by the court rejecting his bail plea. "Aryan Khan sourced drugs and was in touch with some persons abroad who appear to be a part of an International Drug Network for illicit procurement of drugs. WhatsApp chats reveal the accused was in touch with a foreign national for a bulk quantity of hard drugs," the statement of the anti-drugs agency read.

He has been in the Arthur Jail for two weeks now. And with many Bollywood celebs coming out in the support of Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan, Twinkle Khanna has now joined the brigade and has defended his case. She has also compared it with an episode of Squid Game.  

Citing the example from one of the episodes of the popular South Korean drama, she wrote, “Each player is given ten marbles and must get their opponent’s marbles by competing in any game of their choosing. In this episode, one of the strongest candidates is badgered and ultimately bamboozled into losing his marbles. I seem to have misplaced mine as well when I read the news about Shah Rukh Khan’s son’s arrest."

She went on to say, “While his friend was apparently carrying 6g of charas, there is reportedly no evidence of possession by Aryan Khan. Yet, the young boy has been languishing in Arthur Road jail for almost two weeks now."

“I suppose I feel like emulating one of Arnab’s dramatic proclamations where he once said, ‘Mujhe drug do, Mujhe drugs do,’ because I need some heavy-duty psychotropic substances to make sense of this development,” Twinkle concluded with a satirical anecdote of famous Indian journalist Arnab Goswami.

Aryan was arrested by the NCB on October 3. He has spent 17 days in custody and a special court will hear his bail plea on October 20.
