Last year, it was announced that an exciting new project was coming up with Zoya Akhtar donning the director’s cap.
The movie is a ‘desi’ remake of the iconic Archie Comic world and the star cast includes newcomers Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor and Agastya Nanda.
The three B-town kids already enjoy a crazy fan base on social media and it is only natural that their fans are eager to experience Zoya’s version of Riverdale.
Yesterday, a few pictures from the sets of the film leaked online and Suhana and Khushi were seen in character for their films, from which one could fathom that Suhana is probably Veronica. Khushi was dressed as Betty with copper hair and a knitted vest on a shirt.

Agastya Nanda, who is Abhishek Bachchan’s nephew and Big B’s grandson is probably playing Archie, by the looks of his character.
However, fans were quick to jump to conclusions and just with these glimpses, decided it was not going to be as exciting as they thought it to be.

As per some reports, the Netflix movie will be a musical drama and while Zoya Akhtar’s storytelling capacity is par excellence( how we love rewatching ZNMD, Dil Dhadakne Do), people do have their inhibitions with so many movies and series already being made on the Riverdale world narrative, showing the classic love triangle between Archie, Veronica and Betty.
Let’s hope this one is not a dampener.

MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli might not be playing together anymore but their brotherhood is still intact. It shows in the way Kohli celebrates his former skipper’s on-field achievements.
Last year, when the Ranchi-born had guided the Chennai-based outfit to a memorable win over Delhi Capitals in Qualifier 1, Kohli had lavished huge praise on the former India skipper.
Looking at his post, one could tell just how much he loved and admired the legendary cricketer.

The thing about Kohli’s posts about Dhoni is that he never uses too many words but still, one can sense his emotions. The former RCB captain once again made everyone emotional as he paid tribute to the four-time IPL champions after he relinquished CSK captaincy.

Lavishing praise on the 40-year-old, he said that fans would never forget his “legendary captaincy tenure” in the yellow jersey. Kohli used a picture of himself embracing Dhoni with a warm hug, which increased the appeal of his post even further.

“Legendary captaincy tenure in yellow skip. A chapter fans will never forget. Respect always. @mahi7781,” Kohli wrote on Instagram.
Soon, fans flocked the post with their heart-warming comments. People loved Kohli’s affection for arguably the greatest Indian skipper of all time and the second-most successful captain in IPL history.

Not just fans, Kohli’s post also turned Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh emotional and he commented on his post saying: “Ek mera dil hai, ek meri jaan hai (One is my heart, one is my life)”.

Dhoni’s decision to step down from CSK captaincy with only a couple of days left in their opening encounter of IPL 2022 took everyone by surprise.

The CSK legend knew he was running on his last legs and given his age, he might not be able to carry on for long. Hence, he wanted to ensure a smooth transition at the franchise and decided to hand over the reins to his successor so that he could guide him in the early phase of his IPL captaincy.

Come Saturday, the Saurashtra all-rounder will become only the third player to lead CSK, after Dhoni and Suresh Raina.
Leading a team like CSK will be a huge challenge but Ravindra Jadeja is lucky that he will have Dhoni as his guiding light.

One of the most talked-about politicians and a Member of Parliament, Congress Rahul Gandhi has always been a topic of discussion, especially among the youth of the country. Perhaps not in the most flattering of ways, but a hot topic nonetheless.
And so, today when we saw Rahul Gandhi’s name trending on Twitter, we knew there was a catch.
Turns out, the politician has been making rounds on social media ever since a popular parody account of Rahul Gandhi was suspended from the microblogging site yesterday.

    — Ground Report (@GReportIndia) March 25, 2022
With an impressive followership of about 679,900 followers, ‘ROFL Gandhi’ is a famous account on Twitter that would often troll politicians like Prime Minister Narendra Modi and even Rahul Gandhi himself.
The account was kickstarted back in 2012, which was also when Congress was in power.
The account was made with the purpose of taking sly political digs at politicians and gained a lot of popularity in just a short time. From etching out memes to doling out political satires, ROFL Gandhi was a hit among the masses. One of its main and consistent targets being Rahul Gandhi.
Nothing can be more ironic, shameful & dangerous than this!!

An anonymous troll digs my 10yr old tweets & stalks my children & guess who is encouraging him & liking his tweets??

    SHAME!!! pic.twitter.com/Blv3qfCDDZ
    — Priti Gandhi - प्रीति गांधी (@MrsGandhi) September 14, 2020 There were also plenty of controversies that arose along the way, one in particular when in 2020 a BJP Mahila Morcha’s National Incharge of Social Media Priti Gandhi claimed to having had her children ‘chased’ after on Twitter by the parody account.
Of course, the identity of the account creator was never revealed.
so called librals are worried about suspension of twitter account of a parody account than suspension of twitter account of @RahulGandhi .

People love comedy so they elected Narendra Modi.
    — Pandeyji (@pandeyji1149) March 25, 2022I can bet, this parody account has more IQ than @RahulGandhi https://t.co/mSg3GY7JrO
    — Vineet Kumar Chaurasiya (@kumarvineet074) March 25, 2022For free humour, there is always the real Rahul Gandhi. No need for parody account
    — Anon (@jeezme) March 25, 2022The account was suspended and people shared mixed views about the development on the microblogging site.
From wondering whether this was done by getting scared from the account or simply because of suspicion of impersonation, Twitterati was curious to know what went down.
Is his account suspended for impersonation? If so, It is clearly stated in Twitter rules that users are allowed to create a parody account and @RoflGandhi_ has stated in his bio that is a "Parody" account.

One user wrote, “I can bet, this parody account has more IQ than @RahulGandhi.” Another one commented, “For free humour, there is always the real Rahul Gandhi. No need for parody account.”
Thank you each one of you for raising your voice to get this account restored. Kuch bhi ho jaye, likhna toh band nahi hoga.

Twitter, insta, FB sab band ho jaye toh bhi chahe deewaron pe likhna ho, jo sach hai wo likha jayega.
    — Rofl Gandhi 2.0 (@RoflGandhi_) March 25, 2022 However, now, after several users got together to request for his account to be restored, it indeed has been restored as the account holder for @ROFLGandhi recently tweeted, “Thank you each one of you for raising your voice to get this account restored. Kuch bhi ho jaye, likhna toh band nahi hoga. Twitter, insta, FB sab band ho jaye toh bhi chahe deewaron pe likhna ho, jo sach hai wo likha jayega.”

While the exact cost of her bungalow is not known, according to No Broker, a 2bhk villa costs around Rs 12 crore in Madh Island. So, presumably, Archana’s house will have an even higher cost.

Celebrities earn a bomb and while they save and splurge for themselves, some also give back to society and help the people in need with their wealth whenever they can.
However, in a world where cameras follow celebrities everywhere they go, it’s hard to do a good deed in secret. But stars who really want to always find a way. Just like Tamil star Vijay Sethupathi.
    © Instagram/Vijay Sethupathi
He is known by his fans and followers as ‘Makkal Selvan’ or ‘people’s treasure’ for his philanthropic nature and a heart of gold. He is one of the do-gooders who believes in helping people quietly and not making noise about their kind deeds.

A Pondicherry-based activist recently revealed how he the actor-producer helped over 1 lakh people get employed.
    View this post on Instagram
Veerarahavan runs an NGO which helps youngsters get education counselling and secure jobs without charging a penny. The actor invited him to his talk show Namma Ooru Hero (Our Village’s Hero)  to talk about his invaluable services. However, post the shoot, he reached out to him and vowed to help him in any way he can, and he kept his promise.
“After the show ended, Vijay Sethupathi told me that he would do everything possible to help me provide my service on a full-time basis,” Veerarahavan said.

“Soon after the programme was aired, I was flooded with calls from companies looking for employees and youngsters looking for opportunities. When I drew Vijay Sethupathi’s attention, he immediately helped me set up a proper office in Pondicherry and recruit people to run it. Vijay Sethupathi’s help was not an ordinary one,” the activist added.

He further elaborated on how he was continuously helping him to achieve the goal of getting as many youngsters employed as possible.

“He kept disbursing the salaries of all my employees and me every month on time. As a result, both companies looking for employees and youngsters looking for employment stood to gain. As of March 20, 2022, 1,00,133 educated youngsters have stood to benefit from our services and have found suitable employment,” he said.
View this post on InstagramHe did all that without any media attention and declaration of his good work. If it wasn’t Veerarahavan who came forward to tell his story, we wouldn’t even know.
Isn’t it how it should be? As they say, ‘one good deed done secretly is better than a thousand recognised.’

It's honestly great to have Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan back on TV.

It had been quite a while since we last saw him in Zero, and he's coming with what could be his biggest film to date, Pathaan.
As you know, Pathaan will be a high-action-packed thriller film which is basically said to be part of a spy universe.

    Yep!

According to reports, SRK will be joined by none other than Salman Khan's Tiger in the film, with the Pathaan franchise having a connection with the Tiger franchise.

Not just that, it is also reported that Hrithik Roshan's character from War will also be connected to the spy universe.

The sound of this really makes the film seem even grander than before, and fans are genuinely very excited about what they are about to witness in theatres.

Now, according to reports, it's been revealed that SRK along with co-star Deepika Padukone will be pushing their bodies to the limit for some crazy, death-defying action sequences in the film.
As per reports, SRK and Deepika have already been shooting for a grandiose song of 'Pathaan' in Mallorca, a Balearic Island of Spain.

However, they are now set to travel to Cadiz and Jerez in Spain where they will wrap up the schedule on March 27, while shooting some crazy scenes.

As per a trade source speaking to IANS, the stunts will be absolutely crazy.
"After Mallorca, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone will head to Cadiz and Jerez for an action schedule that is simply unreal. They will be pushing their bodies to the hilt and filming some death-defying stunts! SRK and DP's pairing has delivered historic blockbusters and there is a definite intent by the makers to make 'Pathaan' their biggest film to date", said the trade source.
Earlier, it was also reported that Salman will also be doing a crazy helicopter stunt as part of his entry.
According to a trade source speaking to Bollywood Hungama, "Aditya Chopra and director Siddharth Anand have designed a special introductory scene for Salman in the film and it's sure to convert the cinema hall into a live cricket stadium. There is a proper build-up and urgency before he makes an entry as Tiger, hanging on a helicopter, up in the air with the Tiger theme playing in the background. It's a grand entry scene, followed by a prolonged 20-minute action and chase to defeat the baddie with SRK, who is trapped,"
Wow! This sounds amazing and we sure can't wait for the film to release soon.
