Ishaan Khatter is one of those super underrated fitness enthusiasts who do it because they actually enjoy doing it, and not because they want to create a buzz. Perhaps that's why his name somehow doesn't end up featuring in the top physiques of Bollywood, despite him being a strong contender for the same.
View this post on InstagramIn fact, he actually has one of the strongest cores in the industry, along with a set of super defined abs, but he prefers keeping it low-key for some reason. Take a look.
View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram
    View this post on Instagram
While sporting a set of well-defined abs means you have a very low body fat percentage, Ishaan's overall musculature and core strength also adds up and indicates that he is at the peak of physical fitness. His ab training has been a topic of general curiosity in the fitness community, and it looks like we have finally figured out his go to exercise for those ripped lower abs. Take a look at these two videos that he shared on Instagram.
View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram
He is doing one of the most advanced level ab workouts here in these videos - both similar, with a bit of variation. What he is doing is called the 'Dragon Flag', and it is one of the best ab exercises there is, if you can do it with proper form.
Here is how to do a Dragon Flag, step by step.
    1. Lie down on your back and bend your knees.
    2. Find an anchor support behind your back to hold on to, make sure it's super stable.
    3. Slowly shift your entire weight to your shoulder and back of the neck, and lift up your legs in the air straight up.
    4. Keep your legs straight, and lower them slowly without bending your knees for the strict, tough version.
    5. Don't let them touch the ground and go up again.
You can add variations of your own, depending on how much of your ab muscles you're actually using for the movement. The stricter it is, the more benefits you reap. However, since it's ab training we're talking about, quantified nutrition and calorie deficit is the key, and you can't see your abs even after doing thousands of these if your diet is not on point. All the best!

After Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) broke their bank to sign talented Indian youngster Shreyas Iyer on Day 1 of the IPL 2022 mega auction, it was all but clear that they were eyeing him as their next captain.
It was only a matter of time till they officially announced the Mumbai-batter as their captain ahead of the 15th edition of the world’s biggest T20 League.
    View this post on Instagram
Hence, when the two-time champions finally made the announcement on their social media channels on Tuesday evening, it didn’t create enough buzz as it was something people had already anticipated.
The Kolkata-based outfit might have outbid others to sign Iyer but they don’t have the strongest of squads. Teams like Lucknow Super Giants and Punjab Kings have more balanced looking squads, at least on paper.
But for some reason, the Purple Army is not worried at all. In fact, this one appointment has filled them with optimism and the reason lies in the history books.
    View this post on Instagram
The reason why the KKR fans are over the moon is that they strongly believe history is going to repeat itself. Their argument is that the last time they signed a former Delhi skipper, he guided them to the IPL trophy, not once but twice.
Besides their Delhi connection, there are quite a few other similarities between Gambhir and Iyer.
KKR had to part with a huge sum to sign them. While Gambhir cost them over Rs 11 Cr back in 2014, they had to part with Rs 12.25 Cr to sign Iyer in this year’s auction.
Gambhir was the most expensive KKR back in 2014 and this year, Iyer is the most expensive player on their roster.

    — Sourabh (@Sourabh_RMCF) February 12, 2022Superstition in IPL is not a new thing. Over the years, we have seen several teams like Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals changing their names with the hope of turning around their fortunes.
Punjab Kings changed their name from Kings XI Punjab a couple of seasons back, while Delhi Daredevils entered a new era when they changed their name to Delhi Capitals.
    View this post on Instagram
Since Gambhir’s departure, KKR hasn’t performed with the same consistency. Who knows if KKR’s decision to go all out on Shreyas Iyer’s signing had anything to do with that.
No doubt, Iyer is a terrific player and he has also proven his leadership skills in the IPL but it doesn't mean they can sit tight and wait for things to happen automatically.
With the arrival of two new sides, the competition has gone up a notch higher and teams will have to work extra hard to win the title.

The actor stated, “I guess I am really not supposed to say anything about that but I am really not in the movie.”
When the interviewer pointed out that he could be lying, Reynolds responded, “I could be an unreliable narrator but I promise I am not in the movie.”

One fan compared him to Andrew Garfield who had denied his presence in Spider-Man: No Way Home multiple times before the film’s release and wrote, “Mf starting to sound like Andrew Garfield”.

Allu Arjun’s Pushpa has not only become probably the biggest pan-India hit we’ve witnessed in a long time, but it has also given rise to the Srivalli trend, where fans and celebrities copy his pose and dance step from the hit number.

From cricketers to Bollywood celebs, to young fans on the internet, social media is abuzz with literally everyone dancing like Allu Arjun and making reels on his famous “flower nahi fire hai main” dialogues.
Joining the trend is internet celebrity and singer Ranu Mondal who put up a video of her dancing to Srivalli.
However, instead of getting support or people lauding her dancing skills, she got trolled for it.

The video was shared on YouTube on February 4, and it has gone viral since then. Some comments are sadly brutal.

However, some people did have the sense to not troll her and support her.

Ranu Mondal hails from Bengal and shot to fame in 2019 after a video of her singing song went viral on social media, and was noticed by music producer Himesh Reshammiya.

He brought her to Mumbai, recorded a song and even gave her a chance to sing for his movie Happy Hardy and Heer.

Ranu is known as the 'Lata of Ranaghat', which is in reference to the legend Lata Mangeshkar.

In the video, she was singing the 1972 song Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai at the Ranaghat Railway Station in West Bengal.

Finally, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar had a wicket to his credit after a long dry spell since the South Africa tour. Bhuvi took one wicket from his quota of 4 overs after giving 31 runs in the first T20I at Kolkata against the touring West Indies.
Prior to the match, former India wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik had expressed his hope for a better performance by the right-hand pace in the absence of other leading pacers of the team, Japrit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami.
    View this post on Instagram
Ever since the T20 World Cup 2021 in the United Arab Emirates, Kumar has been having a poor show with the ball. Even in South Africa he had a poor run with a recorded figure of 0 – 17 in 2 overs and did not even complete his quota of 4 overs. He was also dropped from the side during the recently concluded ODI series against the West Indies.
The 32-year old, who was once again bought by SunRisers Hyderabad for Rs 4.20 crore during the IPL 2022 mega auction, has been losing his grip on his place in the Playing XI in the national team. Younger bowlers like Deepak Chahar, Ayesh Khan, Shardul Thakur and Mohammed Siraj are all there to seal their places in the team.
Here’s how fans reacted to Kumar’s bowling stats of 1/31 in four overs:

    — Dr. Mukul Kumar (@WhiteCoat_no_48) February 16, 2022What's this obsession with bhuvi. Bc this team is never progressing. Play siraj ffs
    — akshay (@theakshay18) February 16, 2022That’s a good solid XI with batting depth. Happy with the team selection, only surprising aspect is that seeing Bhuvi getting another chance. #INDvWI
    — Prantik (@Pran__07) February 16, 2022 Bumrah and Shami have already proven their worth and are practically irreplaceable from the squad when healthy. In such a situation, Bhuvi will find it extremely difficult to make a place in the XI if he doesn’t give some extraordinary performances and soon.
The team management is undergoing the process of finalizing the team for the upcoming World Cup. A great competition is going on within the team to ensure a place in the final team and only the fittest will survive.
    View this post on Instagram
Bhuvaneshwar still has that special factor in him to move the ball both ways. His ability to offer deadly deliveries during the death overs have helped India win many matches. He still can do that. He just needs to believe in his own abilities. Put up some extra efforts to regain his sharpness.
Shaun Pollock the former South Africa allrounder feels that Bhuvi can still do it. He just needs to reinvent himself and keep up with modern-day cricket.

Delhi Capitals' latest recruit Yash Dhull, India's Under-19 World Cup-winning captain, continued his purple patch as he brought up a fine century on his first-class debut against Tamil Nadu in the ongoing Ranji Trophy match.
The youngster looked at ease in the middle and despite losing early wickets from the other end, he kept playing his shots and raced to the three-figure mark.
Batting on 97, Dhull had played the ball straight into the hands of short mid-wicket but luck was on his side and it turned out to be a no-ball as the bowler had overstepped.

Apart from sharing the tag of winning the Under-19 World Cup title with Virat Kohli, Yash Dhull's shots and his wrist work to manoeuvre the ball to find gaps on the field were very similar to former India captain.

India’s white-ball skipper Rohit Sharma has often been mocked for his apparently fragile fitness. But the Mumbai-born has time and again shut all his critics down through his sheer brilliance in the field.

The latest example of his outstanding athleticism was seen during the first T20I between India and the West Indies in Kolkata. Apart from impressing through his smart bowling changes and field placements, Rohit also led by example in the field.

The 34-year-old pulled off a sensational catch to dismiss Odean Smith on the final ball of the visitors’ innings. The Indian captain’s acrobatic effort helped Indian cap off the West Indies innings at 157/7 in 20 overs.

With it being the final ball of their innings, Smith wanted to make it count but couldn’t generate enough power due to the drop in pace. All he could do was loft it towards the vacant mid-off region.

Rohit, who was fielding in the extra-cover region, covered a fair bit of distance, running sideways, and completed the catch, timing his dive to perfection.

It was a great sight to watch, not just for the spectators but also for Suryakumar Yadav who charged in from the long-off fence but held his run back at the last moment to avoid the collision.
The expression on his face was enough to tell how difficult of a grab that was and how easy the Indian captain made it look.

Rohit’s knock was studded with a total of seven boundaries including three hits over the fence, as he clobbered 40 off just 19 balls. His carnage at the top of the order allowed other Indian batters to take their time in the middle and without hurrying too much.

Kangana Ranaut, who is currently among the most successful Bollywood actresses, is also known as controversy's favourite child. Due to her steady stream of controversial statements and opinions, she remains in the limelight.
Everyone is aware of the actress' infamous relationship with ace Bollywood director Karan Johar. The rivalry, which began a few years ago, is still making headlines.
The Queen actress never misses an opportunity to mock the director. However, recently, she made a rather surprising statement about the head honcho of Dharma Productions.

    View this post on Instagram
While interacting with media in Delhi, Kangana called Karan Johar her 'best friend' and added that she wants to lock him up in jail. That sounds confusing, right?
Well, she was just talking about the jail in her upcoming reality show Lock Upp.
For the unversed, the Tanu Weds Manu star is all set to turn host with the controversial reality show which will stream 24X7 on Ekta Kapoor's ALTBalaji and MX Player from February 27 for free.
    View this post on Instagram
The show will see several well-known names as contestants who will fight it out to survive in the jail and go through dramatic situations as well as interesting tasks.
Recently, while promoting her show in Delhi, Kangana was asked who she would like to lock up in her jail. Replying quickly to the question, she said, "I would like to lock up my best friend Karan Johar ji in my jail and host him there. Along with him, I would even like to put Ekta Kapoor".
    View this post on Instagram
After listening to Kangana, Ekta joked, "Me and Karan will talk about food and will invite you inside to join us".
The actress further added the names of Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan in her wish list and shared, "I am a great admirer of Mr Aamir Khan, so I would like him also to be in my lock up. And I also love Mr Bachchan. Of course I can give the auditions. They are not the contestants but my wish list".
Well, her wish list sounds interesting! We wonder how Karan would react to Kangana calling him her best friend.
On the Bollywood front, Kangana was last seen in Thalaivi. Currently, she has films like Dhaakad, Tejas, and Alaukik Desai's Sita: The Incarnation in her kitty.
