I like to think of myself as a nice, decent and hard-working employee. But obviously, my boss sometimes has conflicting opinions from time to time. In fact, even on days that he does agree with me and lauds me for my work ethic, the furthest he’s come to expressing his gratitude is by saying β€˜not bad’.Β
On the other hand, in Kerala, a businessman who treated an employee like a partner for serving his company for 22 long years, showed his gratitude towards his loyaltyΒ with a brand new Mercedes Benz.Β

AK Shaji, the owner of digital retail store MyG, is clearly an ideal boss to have, because the idea of retaining an employee for him isn’t limited to a mere bonus, but by making a grand and shiny gesture.

CR Anish, who has been working with businessmanΒ Shaji for the last 22 years, was ecstatic and received one of the biggest surprises of his life as Shaji bought him a Mercedes-Benz GLA Class 220 d.Β Β
He wrote, β€œDear Ani... For the last 22 years, you are there for me as a strong pillar. Hope you loved your new cruising partner.”

Shaji went on to further share on his Instagram how, β€œWe are partners, he is not an employee. I am very happy. It is a proud moment. Ani has been with me for the last 22 years. Let’s hope we can give more cars to our partners this year.”

Shaji gave this surprise to Anish at a company event for MyG employees and their families, where he presented the black luxury SUV to Anish and his family. Anish had been working closely and for more than two decades beside Shaji.Β Β
He was involved in the marketing, maintenance and development units of the company and was truly a pillar that contributed to the company’s success over the years.Β

And what is even more surprising is that this wasn’t the first time Shaji gifted an employee a car.Β Β
Turns out, two years ago, Shaji gave 6 of his hardworking employees a car each. Talk about having the best boss ever!

Produced by Ekta Kapoor, the show will feature Kangana as the host and seems to be similar in theme as Bigg Boss hosted by Salman Khan.Β
Recently, a teaser of the show was released that featured host Kangana bashing the β€œB’grade strugglers” and her β€œhaters” who support β€œnepotism” as she talked about the concept of the show.Β

She can be heard saying in the teaser, β€œThere are two kinds of people in the world- one who like me and others are those B-grade strugglers who stay in the news by bad-mouthing me. She further added, β€œI am bringing the baap of biggest reality shows. My jail, my rules, and locked here will be 16 controversial celebrities and I'll do with them what I want.”

It’s raining pan-India releases! After the spectacular success that was Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa: The Rise, it’s time for Ravi Teja’s Khiladi.Β
The film, directed by Ramesh Varma, marks the first official introduction of Telugu superstar Ravi Teja to the North Indian audience.Β
He is already a known face in the Hindi speaking belts with the huge success of Hindi dubbed Telugu films like SS Rajamouli’s Vikramarkudu (remade in Hindi as Rowdy Rathore), Kick (remade in Hindi as Kick), Nela Ticket and Veera among others.Β
    Β© Pen Studios
However, in the last few years, he was going through a low phase until Krack was released in 2020 and he delivered a much-needed success.Β

With the pan-India release of Khiladi, the makers have opted for a similar route that Pushpa: The Rise, or KGF: Chapter 1 makers took, i.e low promotions and targeting tier 2 and 3 cities in Hindi speaking belts.Β
We saw how Pushpa had almost zero promotions and opened low, but due to Allu Arjun’s popularity and the content of the film that was loved by the audience, it became a nationwide rage.Β
    Β© Pen Studios
The film that opened to a Rs 3 crore mark eventually collected over Rs 100 crore and is still going steady at the box office even after over a month of its release.Β

The buzz around Khiladi as it was released today is even lower than Pushpa, plus, unlike Allu Arjun who has had a row of blockbuster films, Ravi Teja is still recouping at the box office.Β
So, will Khiladi establish Ravi Teja’s pull at the box office and also turn him into the next pan-India star like Allu Arjun, Prabhas and Yash?Β
The initial reaction to the film is positive. One fan tweeted, β€œ#khiladi first half dinemma interval bang !!! Paid trackers enta cheppina word of mouth is very good here in banglore”.Β
    Β© Pen Studios
Another wrote, β€œRavi anna masss Music dsp Heroines Migata anta scrap...Gk vishnu shot chesina portions bagunayi.... #khiladi”.Β

There was another who didn’t like the film and called it routine and average, β€œ#Khiladi pathetic very much average very much routine and very much disappointing Arjun ni joker chesaru heroine are jst used as Dolls jst to show their Figure that's it totally shit movie with crap direction and music worst man i thank movie team for not promoting this shit”.Β

If that happens, there is no doubt that Khiladi will head the Pushpa and KGF way and Ravi Teja will join Allu Arjun, Prabhas and Yash as the next pan-India star.

If you are a Virat Kohli fan, we feel for you, as the former India captain is going through a nightmare as a batter.Β
He had scores of eight and 18 coming into the third and final ODI against the West Indies. However, things went from bad to worst for Kohli as he was sent packing by Alzarri Joseph for a second-ball duck at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.Β
Kohli's first ODI series under the new white-ball captain Rohit Sharma ended in the worst possible fashion as he could only manage 26 runs in three outings.Β

Kohli last reached the three-figure mark in 2019 against Bangladesh in a Test match. After a solid batting display in South Africa where he scored a couple of half-centuries, cricket fans were hoping that the century drought would end in the home series against the West Indies, but it wasn't to be.Β Β
As expected after registering another failure with the bat, Kohli became the butt of jokes for fans as they flooded social media with hilarious memes.Β

For Kohli, it was his second duck in his last five ODI innings. He was dismissed for a duck in South Africa after he was caught at short extra cover off Keshav Maharaj in the second match of the three-game series in the Rainbow nation.Β Β

The couple, who will be seen together for the first time on screen in Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra, often make headlines for their wedding rumours, however, there's still no confirmation on the same.Β

During an interview, in 2020, Ranbir had revealed that he would have been already married to Alia if the ongoing coronavirus pandemic hadn't hit our lives. Reacting to his revelation, the Highway actress recently accepted that their wedding plans got affected due to COVID-19. Interestingly, she also expressed that she is already married to Ranbir, in her head.Β

It's not Navaratri yet but since Alia Bhatt's electrifying performance in 'Dholida'Β from Gangubai Kathiawadi dropped yesterday, people seem to be swaying in a Garba wave. There is an unexplainable energy that grips you whenever a Garba track plays, and everyone seems to agree with this.

    via GIPHY
Garba songs are not only super fun to dance to, they are also extremely beneficial from a fitness perspective.Β The synchronized rotations and revolutions while maintaining the rhythm and beats are extremely difficult to nail unless you're super fit,Β and there perhaps doesn't exist a better and more engaging form of cardio.

    via GIPHY
Keeping that in mind, here are the 9 most difficult Garba songs to dance to in Bollywood, which also score equally high in the popularity scale as they do in the difficulty scale.

    9. Kamariya - MitronThis song has garba steps, but it does not have a big circular ground, and most of the steps are done at the same place, putting it lower on the list. However, the popping and locking elements do make it challenging to execute.

    8. Chogada - LoveyatriThis song is perfect for warmup, when you're gearing up for more difficult numbers. It does have a lot of movement, but nailing them is fairly simple if you're moderately fit with good stamina.

    7. Odhani - Made In ChinaThis track featuring Rajkummar Rao and Mouni Roy was a chartbuster, and for good reasons. The steps are not traditional Garba steps, but do manage to make you tap your feet with the same fervour. Great for a casual Zumba class.

    6. Radha Kaise Na Jale - LagaanThis one hits like a wave of nostalgia, doesn't it? All of us remember this iconic song from Lagaan, and even though the lyrics steal most of the thunder, the Dandiya steps are super fun and engaging.

    5. Udi Udi Jaye - RaeesIf you'd forgotten how brilliant a dancer SRK really is, this song is a great reminder. The sync and balance required to nail those rotating jumps is no child's play - try for yourself!

    4. Shubhaarambh - Kai Po CheOne of the most iconic Garba songs ever, this song is special not only because of Sushant, but also because it has some brilliant steps. It starts out mellow, but does get extremely engaging and only a lot of practice will make you nail those steps perfectly.

    3. Dholida - Gangubai KathiawadiAlia killed it. There is no way to nail those steps unless you have practiced for days, and also trained on your stamina, strength, and balance. She was breathless by the end of it, and you'll totally get why once you try it yourself.

    2. Dholi Taro Dhol Baje - Hum Dil De Chuke SanamEven Salman Khan, who is not particularly known for his 'dancing prowess', manages to put up an incredible show in this track. Aishwarya is sheer magic, and the melody of the song still makes sure no one can control themselves once this one is on during a Garba party. However, the steps are super tricky, and requires incredible fitness levels.

    1. Nagada Sang Dhol - Goliyon Ki Raasleela Raam LeelaFor dancers who know their craft, the fact that this song is at number one in terms of difficulty level is not a surprise at all. Deepika pulled it off like a beast because she is an athlete who used to be a badminton player, and stamina clearly is not an issue for her. Just watch the track carefully, and you'll see how intense and difficult those steps are to nail, even for professional dancers. Deepika does not get enough credit for being the incredible dancer that she is, and this song is the biggest proof.

The fact that the top 3 songs are Bhansali songs, is extremely interesting, but that man does know how to nail Garba songs. Are there more Bollywood Garba songs that should have made this list? Please let us know in the comments section.
