Rumoured lovebirds Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal’s December wedding has been the talk of the town for the last several weeks. As per reports, they will be tying the knot at Six Senses Fort Barwara, a resort in Sawai Madhopur, located just 30 minutes away from Ranthambore National Park in Rajasthan.

Now, a source close to ETimes has shared that around 45 hotels have been booked in Ranthambore for Kat and Vicky’s much-anticipated wedding day. Celebs like Karan Johar, Kabir Khan and his wife Mini Mathur, Sidharth Malhotra, Rohit Shetty, Kiara Advani and Varun Dhanwan and Natasha Dalal, Ali Abbas Zafar, and many more will be a part of this grand wedding celebration.Β
There were reports that Salman Khan will also be joining the wedding celebrations but seems like he has backed off now. β€œYahan bahut saare stars aane wale hain from December 7 onwards. Salman ka bhi suna tha ki woh December 9 ko aayenge lekin phir suna ki woh nahi aa rahe. Chalo ab dekhte hain kaun aayega aur kaun nahi (A lot of stars are going to arrive here from December 7 onward. Salman Khan was also expected to come on December 9, but now the word is that he isn’t coming. Let’s see who comes and who doesn’t),” said a source.

She said, "The news about Vicky and Katrina’s wedding is just a rumour spread by the media. This is all rumour. If it is really a wedding, they will announce it. Rumours are circulating about Bollywood celebrities and in a few days, these rumours will spread. Recently I talked to my brother (Vicky). He told me that there was no such thing happening. Else I don’t want to talk too much about it."
While the world continues to speculate, we can only wait for the day of the wedding to arrive to confirm if these rumours can be believed or not.

There would hardly be any Indian who hasn’t watched the show β€˜CID’. It has been particularly special for the 90s kids who binge-watched the detective show and would play β€˜CID’ pretending to be Officer Daya or Officer Abhijeet. The actor who played the latter in the popular Indian TV show recently completed 25 years in the industry and opened up about his journey.

In an interview with a leading daily, Aditya Srivastav talked about the detective show, β€œI really feel very good about it, because Abhijeet from CID is a very integral part of my career. CID has given me a lot. And the love that I receive for that character is something I can never be thankful enough.”

However, the success and fame wasn’t served to him on a silver platter. He got rejections because of looks among other things, but coming from a theatre background, he just wanted to become an actor, and not a hero.

He said, "It’s not that you only get rejected because of your looks. We have heroes who are good looking as well as very talented. Yes we won’t get work in a film where everything is dreamy or a fairy tale story. But when it comes to making real films we get a good chance and good role too. Also I am not one of those actors who got attracted to glamour and chose this profession. I have come from theatre , actors like me are in love with craft and art. Our desire is only to get interesting roles that’s it.”

The actor who is known for his role in CID has worked in films like Haseen Dillruba, Black Friday and Super 30 to name a few, for which he has been appreciated. He previously said that he β€œconsciously avoids cop roles”. He played a politician in Netflix’s Raat Akeli Hai which also marked his digital debut.Β Β

Looking back at his journey, he said that he has played good roles in good films and that’s what matters. β€œI have been very lucky that I have been working continuously for 25 years. I really worked very hard for these years, I never thought of rejections because I was very busy doing whatever I was getting. I was very honest with the work I got. I am very satisfied with what I have,” he added.

Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise has done it yet again! The actor has proven once again that he really does not take life seriously at all. At a time when we're scared of bungee jumping and even the basic rides at an amusement park, Tom is literally jumping out of buildings, flying planes, and what not at almost 60 years of age.
His latest stunt for Mission Impossible 8 will unsurprisingly blow your mind for the millionth time! The American actor is currently shooting for an action film and what he did during one of the stunts is something we've never seen him do before. In what is something that will clearly make you rub your eyes in disbelief, Tom can be seen hanging upside-down from an 80-year-old warplane as it did a loop-the-loop 2000 feet in the air.

I mean, we were already impressed when you could fly planes and jump off them, Tom, but this is seriously something else. In the photos of the scene, Tom can be seen taking off in a bright yellow plane, after which he climbs out of his seat and clings onto the wing.

Following that, the plane nose dives and performs aerobatics for what is required in the scene, all while Tom is hanging from the plane. The plane also has some interesting detail to it.

It's a World War II '1943 Boeing Stearman Model 75' plane which was already reported to be the latest mean machine that Tom was going to fly in the upcoming film. Tom, who is known to do his own stunts, has been reported to be taking flying lessons in the plane for several weeks.

A source speaking to an English tabloid had earlier revealed details of the stunt. As per a source speaking to an English tabloid, β€œTom had started to learn to fly a Boeing Stearman biplane earlier this year for a major stunt scene in β€˜Mission: Impossible 8’. It’s obviously a highly skilled task but as usual, he has no plans to cut any corners or bring in a stuntman."

β€œFilming has only just wrapped on β€˜Mission: Impossible 7’ but Tom has not given himself a break. And trying to film jaw-dropping scenes with an 80-year-old plane is particularly dangerous." he said.
Phew! We love seeing Tom's stunts but we really hope he slows down with age.Β

Release of films featuring some of the biggest Indian movie stars is no less than a celebration for fans all over. We have often seen videos of fans pouring milk on the cut-outs of their favourite actors or breaking into a dance both inside and outside theatres. However, there have been instances when fans have gone overboard with their celebrations by bursting firecrackers inside theatres.

Here’s a look at five instances when fans were seen lighting fireworks inside theatres during the screening of films featuring Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.

One of the first instances of fans bursting firecrackers inside a theatre was recorded back in 2016 during the screening of Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil starring Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma. The movie featured Shah Rukh Khan in a cameo, and it was during his entry scene that fans went berserk.Β
Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan starrer Karan Arjun

Earlier this year, a theatre in Malegaon screened Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan starrer 1995 blockbuster Karan Arjun and the videos of their fans lighting fireworks surfaced on social media. The situation turned worse when a part of the theatre caught fire and the owner had to pull down the movie and replace it with Ajay Devgn’s 1995 hit Hulchul.

Comedian Munawar Faruqui is facing the brunt of people who are bashing him for his content. People feel that he insults Hindu gods and they aren’t okay with it. Yesterday, he took to Instagram and suggested that he may no more perform on stage after Bengaluru Police wrote to the organizers of his show in the city, asking them to cancel the show.Β
View this post on InstagramIn an Instagram post, Faruqui said, "Nafrat jeet gayi, artist haar gaya (hate has won, the artist has lost). I'm done, goodbye. Injustice."Β Β Β
β€œ(From) Putting me in jail for the joke I never did, to canceling my shows which have nothing problematic in it. This is unfair. This show has gained so much love from people in India irrespective of their religion. This is unfair,” wrote Munawar.Β
View this post on Instagramβ€œInki nafrat ka bahana ban gaya hoon. Hasa kar kitno ka sahara ban gaya hoon. Tootne pe inki Khwahish hogi puri Sahi kehte hai, mai Sitara ban gaya hoon (I have become an excuse for their hatred. By making people laugh, I have become a support for so many. Only when I break will their wish be fulfilled. What they say is right, I have become a star)” Munawar added.Β
It has caused a stir on social media. People are bashing him brutally and now, they have dragged Zakir Khan who’s also a comedian, into the matter. Social media users are praising Zakir for not insulting the Hindu gods and still managing to make people laugh.
View this post on InstagramOne of the Twitter users wrote, β€œZakir Khan is a comedian and loved by all. If you call ridiculing Hindu Gods comedy then you’re a hater. Imagine someone mocking MUHAMMAD SAHAB. Will you support him?”
