Release of films featuring some of the biggest Indian movie stars is no less than a celebration for fans all over. We have often seen videos of fans pouring milk on the cut-outs of their favourite actors or breaking into a dance both inside and outside theatres. However, there have been instances when fans have gone overboard with their celebrations by bursting firecrackers inside theatres.

Here’s a look at five instances when fans were seen lighting fireworks inside theatres during the screening of films featuring Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.

Recently, Salman Khan took to social media and shared a video where his fans were seen celebrating inside a theatre by bursting firecrackers during the screening of his recent release Antim. Sharing the video, Salman requested his fans to not take firecrackers inside the auditorium “as it could prove to be a huge fire hazard”.

Similarly, during the screening of 2017 film Tubelight, videos of fans bursting firecrackers in theatres went viral during Salman Khan’s entry scene.

Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo in Tubelight

In fact, the firecrackers were burst twice during Tubelight as the movie also featured Shah Rukh Khan in a cameo. In the film, Shah Rukh Khan was seen playing the character of a magician named Gogo Pasha.

One of the first instances of fans bursting firecrackers inside a theatre was recorded back in 2016 during the screening of Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil starring Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma. The movie featured Shah Rukh Khan in a cameo, and it was during his entry scene that fans went berserk.

Earlier this year, a theatre in Malegaon screened Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan starrer 1995 blockbuster Karan Arjun and the videos of their fans lighting fireworks surfaced on social media. The situation turned worse when a part of the theatre caught fire and the owner had to pull down the movie and replace it with Ajay Devgn’s 1995 hit Hulchul.
