Battlegrounds Mobile India is all set to launch next month. However, many players of PUBG Mobile have been wondering if players can get their previous accounts and progress to the new game. While it may not seem like a difficult task, Indian Express reports that it may not be as easy as expected.
    © Krafton
For starters, the reason why Krafton decided to launch Battleground Mobile India is that the gaming company wanted to separate itself from PUBG Mobile developed by Tencent Games. Players of PUBG mobile can still access their accounts via VPN along with their progress. In-game items such as skins, statistics and other rewards are still accessible in Krafton’s version of PUBG Mobile.

However, since India banned PUBG Mobile in the country due to its close ties with Chinese game company Tencent, it is highly possible that data of players will not cross over. Since Krafton has cut ties with Tencent’s version of PUBG mobile and does not even want to be mentioned in the same breath, Krafton may simply opt to not carry over any data from Tencent’s PUBG Mobile. Krafton also asked several content creators to stop referring Battlegrounds Mobile India to PUBG Mobile in fear of getting banned again.
    © Unsplash/onur-binay
Since Krafton does not want Battlegrounds Mobile India to be associated with PUBG Mobile in any way, carrying over data seems highly unlikely to avoid any legal trouble with India’s Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. Since Tencent’s PUBG Mobile was banned over privacy concerns, it would be easier for Krafton to restart its India’s journey with a clean slate.

Turn on any news channel or social media app and you will come across some seriously vile and hateful vitriol being spewed, almost all of the time.
At times, it feels that this is what most of us have been reduced to. However, people like Dr Rekha Krishna from Kerala are like a beacon of hope for all of us, in these dark and turbulent times.
    © Instagram/drrekhakrishna
Dr Krishna had a critical patient who was suffering from a pneumonic complication of COVID and was surviving on a ventilator. The patient had been on a ventilator for over two weeks and was in the ICU.

The patient was barred from seeing her family, as per standard operating protocols set for the treatment of COVID.

Speaking to a leading Indian daily, Dr Krishna said, “The patient was taken out of the ventilator on May 17 as her conditions worsened. As doctors felt that there was very little they could do in such a condition, we informed the situation to the relatives.”

One day, as Dr Krishna approached her, she could see the patient was a little restless. At this point, she whispered and slowly recited the Kalima, the six holy prayers followed by Muslims in South Asian countries.
“I could see her taking a few deep breaths and then she flatlined,” said Dr Krishna.
    © iStock
Dr Krishna was brought up in the Gulf, where, she says she was never discriminate against because of her religion, and that she was brought up in a surrounding where every faith was respected.

So, when she came upon a chance to return the respect that she was given, she took it.
“I don’t think mine is a religious gesture; it is a humane act,” said Dr Krishna. She continued, saying, “A major problem with Covid-19 patients is that they feel lonely and isolated. Health workers are the single point of contact for them without their family around and we should do all we can to help the patients.”
People on Twitter praised and blessed her for her actions. With that being said, there were a few bigotted idiots, who started pushing their divisive agendas, again.
Those who discriminate or hate the peoples by their religion....should read the statement of Dr. Rekha Krishna.

Very proud of her. This is the india we love
    — RajeshG (@garajesh31) May 21, 2021
A commendable gesture however bigots would find it hard to digest…
    — Bijosh Pothen Varghese (@bijoshpv) May 21, 2021
As she said it's a Humane gesture and nothing to do with religion at all. When I read this news I see a Doctor who's willing to give every ounce of support that her patient needs. That's how it should be for each one of us. If we don't become Human now then it's Never.
    — Anup Nair (@anupspidy07) May 21, 2021
    What a gesture..
    Salute to the lady doctor...

Although I have no faith in that religion, I think it was a great gesture by the doctor for peace of the dying patient.

There is a famous set of dialogues from Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, in which legendary Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi speaks to Anakin Skywalker AKA Darth Vader while being embroiled in the ultimate lightsaber battle over molten lava everywhere.

Musk has gone on from being the golden boy of the crypto market to achieve the Darth Vader status due to his tweet which announced Tesla's decision to not accept Bitcoin for transactions, an action that led to a sharp decline in crypto assets.

However, it now seems that the crypto market has finally found a way to stop Elon from causing any more chaos. How? Through $STOPELON.
Yes, you heard that right. A new cryptocurrency has been introduced to the world by the name of $STOPELON, which has been launched by a set of crypto traders.

It’s been more than a year that we have been working from our own little space in our homes due to the lockdown. NGL, It’s more like work from the bed, work from the balcony, work from the terrace and literally anywhere but the office.
Although it has its own downsides to it, like increased screen time, no EODs and more, you can’t deny that it is way more time-saving and comfortable working from home.
Plus, you are making sure that you are safe and keeping others safe by staying home.
    © iStock
However, when things do get normal, and they eventually will, how many of us would actually be excited to go back to work?

Industrialist and chairman of RPG Group, Harsh Goenka probably wondered the same thing and asked people reasons why they didn’t want to go back to the office.
    © Instagram/Official Humans Of Bombay
He shared the responses like a true businessman, in the form of a pie chart, on his Twitter account.

He captioned the post, “I asked people why they don’t want to go back to office....”
I asked people why they don’t want to go back to office.... pic.twitter.com/vQ4aI4fnEV
    — Harsh Goenka (@hvgoenka) May 20, 2021
The responses are mostly reasonable and sensible with people citing a better productivity at home, being around family and avoiding traffic which makes them feel WFH is way better than working at an office.

However, the majority of people who were in favour of working from home said they don’t want to go back to the office because they ‘can’t do pants again’. We can relate.
    © iStock
If you've been conveniently attending all those zoom meetings in your shorts and pyjamas beneath your neatly ironed shirt, you’d relate too.

Apart from commuting and getting stuck in the traffic for hours and having face-to-face meetings with people, wearing full pants and stiff trousers rather puts us off at this moment.
No wonder the majority of people gave the same reason for not being onboard with the idea of going back to the office.
    © iStock
On the picture tweeted by Goenka, other users too commented that they second the thought. A user wrote, “I am with the majority here !!”

Another wrote, “Hopefully after seeing this, offices may allow pyjamas.”
Am reminded of that girl's video that went viral sometime back. In short her message was 'Ab na ho payega' Simple !
    — vishesh nigam (@visheshdelhi) May 20, 2021 Some other users demanded that offices should allow casuals and no-pants days which even stunned the OP Harsh Goenka.
Corporates will ask employees to come in casuals after the pandemic is over. Wearing formals are not comfortable anymore.
From now onwards casuals every day. pic.twitter.com/TGVcntTdjw
    — Tipster Marketing (@MaityEservices) May 20, 2021Please allow employees without pant
    — Amitabh (@AmitabhYad) May 20, 2021 Would you like working from home till eternity or more casual days at the office? Because that would actually do the trick.

Radhe actor Sangay Tsheltrim who played the henchman Lota in the film recently commented on the negative reviews the film has received from the critics. The film has also been heavily trolled by people on the internet.

In a recent interview with Indianexpress.com, Sangay said, “The film clocked 4.2 million views on day one, that’s a record in itself. How does a lakh or two trolls matter then?"
He added, "Whatever may happen, Salman sir makes money for the producers and entertains his fans. That’s what is important. I also have people in Bhutan, who tried to punch me down, saying that I have a minuscule role. However, they fail to see the bigger picture. I have learned from the megastar Salman Khan to not let these things affect oneself.”
    View this post on Instagram
Sangay was an army officer in Bhutan before he took voluntary retirement and joined the entertainment industry. He also expressed that he met Salman by chance and was welcomed with open arms by the actor.

Radhe was released on Eid and starred Salman Khan in the lead role. It has also become the actor’s lowest-rated film on IMDb with a score of 1.7/10.
Salman Khan also recently said in an interview, “Now, at the age of 55-56, I am doing what I used to do at the age of 14-15. That's because the young generation has Tiger Shroff. Varun Dhawan, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, and Aayush Sharma are coming now so we will have to work harder."
    View this post on Instagram
He also expressed how the audience appreciates hard work on screen.

"Which film will work? Which film will be a flop? People see it as a 9-5 job. I have taken it as a 24x7 job. I just work. That's all I want to do. If a film flops, I work harder. I realized that when you put your blood and sweat into something and give your best, the audience understands your hard work. And it appreciates it, too," he added.

Apart from that, Arjun was also a part of a cooking show recently, and his episode was quite interesting.

Arjun, along with his sister, also raised Rs 1 Crore via Anshula's celebrity fundraising platform, Fankind. The platform has been working silently, providing aid to the ones in need.

From providing hot meals to offering cash for migrant workers to giving hygiene kits amid the pandemic, the initiative helped touch the lives of many.
In a recent interview, Arjun spoke about his relationship with the paparazzi as well. He shares a good rapport with the photographers and is often seen interacting with them but also lets them know when they behave inappropriately.

He mentioned in the interview that he understands that the photographers work day in and out to earn a living. He said he poses for them when it's possible for him but also asks them to respect his boundaries.

"I appreciate that what they are doing is trying to make a livelihood for themselves. Whenever I can, I pose for them. It helps them sell the pictures and make their day. They have learnt over the course of time to maintain boundaries, and they are also respectful. And now, we have that equation," he said.

He mentions how with time his relationship with the shutterbugs has evolved and they understand the situation well.

"Today, when I tell them, yaar aaj mat lo (don't take pictures today), and if they take a photo and tomorrow we feel it is from a film ka look, we can say don't. Aisa nahi hai ki (It's not like) they don't understand it. Once or twice when they don't realise they have crossed the line, I feel like as an elder brother or a friend I can tell them arrey yaar you can't do that. You can't at 12 at night, enter someone's house, shouting. Other people will complain, naam humara kharab hoga (It will spoil our name). That's the only time I react. They are otherwise quite chill,"

On the professional front, Arjun has been doing well for himself. He has also been vocal about his personal life with Malaika Arora.

In an interview, he said that the media has been respectful, kind and decent about the relationship.

The price of Dogecoin shot up last night after Elon Musk mentioned on Twitter that he did not sell any of his Dogecoin and won’t be selling them in the future. The cryptocurrency market saw a huge fall this week after China banned its banks from doing any crypto transactions.
    © Reuters
However, the market soon started to recover and the price of the digital coin was up more than 11%, hours after the first Musk Tweet. “How much is that Doge in the window?,” Musk tweeted on Thursday morning.

    Yeah, I haven’t & won’t sell any Doge
    — Elon Musk (@elonmusk) May 20, 2021
Musk regularly talks and posts about dogecoin on Twitter and has even been accused of manipulating the market by many analysts. However, Musk said earlier this month that he was working with the developers to improve the cryptocurrency. In his appearance on “Saturday Night Live”, he referred the cryptocurrency as a “hustle” and said its value is largely speculative at this point.

The Tesla CEO has been a huge advocate of cryptocurrency and even said in a recent interview that “there is a good chance that crypto is the future currency of the world. Then the question is which one is it going to be? It could be multiple."

He then explained how Dogeocoin started as a joke but can “become a real currency.” However, he did issue a cautionary warning saying “Don’t invest your life savings into cryptocurrency. That’s unwise.”

Although we often see many celebrities, major and minor, out and about in some of the choicest of streetwear outfits, no one does it better than Kartik Aaryan.
His take on normcore street outfits, is just sublime.
    © Instagram/kartikaaryan
Time and time again, the man has shown us how one ought to dress down, and still have flair.  Despite the high-end brands, he manages to keep things low-key and understated at the same time.

It shouldn’t be a surprise then, when you see scores of people, looking up to him as a style icon.
    © Viral Bhayani
Recently, the actor was spotted in Juhu, in one of the dopest street outfits we have seen a major celebrity wear, all year.
    © Viral Bhayani
Kartik was seen wearing a very basic, but elegant looking hoodie, with a pair of jeans, and a pair of white towel sneakers.
    © Viral Bhayani
Let’s start with the hoodie that he’s wearing. The white hoodie seems to be very basic, but it is anything but so.

Kartik is seen here wearing the Loopback Cotton-Jersey Hoodie from Celine Homme, a French luxury goods brand. For those who haven’t heard of the label, they are a sister brand of Louis Vuitton.
    © Celine Homme
The hoodie that Kartik is seen wearing here retails for about 540 Pounds or roughly Rs 57,000.

For those interested, Kartik is wearing the Luftmaske Black With Neon Trims from Pangolin, which retails in India for Rs 2,500
    © Pangolin
Then, there is the basic, light washed denim, which he has paired with a pair of white towel sneakers.

Normally, celebrities often have the choicest of options available to them, when it comes to clothes and sneakers. After all, brands and agencies go to great lengths to vie for their attention.
    © Viral Bhayani
So, it is actually quite pleasant to see an A-lister celebrity wear a pair of sneakers that are actually quite affordable for mere mortals like us.

The sneakers that Kartik is wearing are the NinetyOne Lifestyle Shoes from Hummel. The inner lining of the sneakers is made up of a towel-like fabric. Hence, the name, “Towel Sneakers.”
    © Hummel
Although this pair has an MRP of Rs 4,500, they can be picked up from a number of e-commerce platforms for as low as Rs 1,500. Now, if that’s not a bargain, we seriously don’t know what is.
    © Viral Bhayani
All in all, Kartik looks super-dapper in this outfit. That outfit has been put together quite tastefully indeed.

He also thanked the doctors and the frontline workers during the video conference with the health care workers in Varanasi, which is his parliamentary constituency in Uttar Pradesh.
"In the second wave of the corona, we are fighting on multiple fronts at the same time. The rate of infection is also much more and patients are in hospital for a longer time,” he added.

The opposition has also repeatedly attacked PM Modi over the increasing cases of Coronavirus and deaths in the past week, alleging that the government has failed to prepare for the dismally rising cases.
People were also seen angry as the vaccines were exported abroad and there is a shortage of vaccines for its people.

Television actress Deepika Singh, best known for playing Sandhya in the series Diya Aur Baati Hum, was mercilessly trolled on social media after posting pictures and a dance video on her Instagram beside an uprooted tree Cyclone Taukate in Mumbai. They labeled her insensitive and bashed her rejoicing when people have lost their lives and properties are damaged
She had captioned the pictures as, “You can’t calm the storm, so stop trying. What you can do is calm yourself, embrace nature and its gloomy moods because the storm will pass..Ps: This tree fell right outside my house nobody got hurt, but while putting it away from my door, Rohit and I managed to take few pictures to remember the #cyclonetauktae! #staysafe #stayhome #fullmadness.
    View this post on Instagram
After being bashed brutally, Deepika has given it back to the trolls and said that she doesn’t regret it as she had no intentions to hurt anyone and only wanted to spread positivity. She told Times Of India, “I haven't seen any hate comments on my post. 99 percent of the comments I've received are positive. Rest 1 percent bad comments are on all the posts, even on my traditional dance posts, I receive negative comments.”
It was her who planted that very tree she clicked the photos with. She added, “That tree fell on my car and five years ago, I had planted that tree in front of my house. Four to five days ago, we were discussing how beautifully this tree has grown and on the cyclone day, it fell. We kept the tree aside so that it doesn't block the road, the car wasn't damaged much. We had even called the person in charge of that area from the BMC to clear it but due to heavy rains, they said they would come later.”
    View this post on Instagram
She said that her heart goes out to those who are affected and she too had a bad experience because of the cyclone. Sharing her personal experience, she said, “The shed of my house was shaking because of the storm and we were just worried about it for the whole time. I, too, have suffered losses due to Cyclone Tauktae, I live on the ground floor, parts of my house were puddled with rainwater but I did not post videos of it on social media because already there's enough negativity and disturbance in people's lives. We were just praying to stay safe and I was scared that my dancing room would shatter. Imagine, what a scare we must have gone through, I also have small kids at home. Due to some reasons, I was disturbed and therefore, I just danced my heart out for a few minutes, and I felt good because it works as a therapy for me. It's all about the perspective towards the situation and life.”
    View this post on Instagram
She also added that she doesn’t regret it all. “The cyclone indeed was very scary and my heart goes out to all those affected and my only aim is to plant as many trees as I can. I will not stop spreading positivity, and this is for my well-being and happiness. I don't regret it but, I would definitely request the audience to not step out in the rain, this area is right outside my house. Therefore, I stepped out for 5 minutes,” added the actor.
She concluded with the fact she is also dealing with trauma and has suffered losses and it’s through dance that she releases the negativity.
“The times are really tough, and everyone is going through some or the other battle - be it a financial or emotional crisis. And, I just pray regularly for the world to be a better place to be able to breathe freely again. Because somebody has lost their father, mother, brother and we are all in this together, prayers are all that we can offer. It's not that I am not surrounded with negativity but I try to release it by dancing it out. A few days ago, one of my family members passed away, months ago, my mother and brother were affected by COVID-19. I have also dealt with pain and trauma. As an actor, I feel it's my duty to spread positivity and entertain the audience in whichever way I can, and I do it through dance, especially during the pandemic. Everybody has a child within, and I love to unleash the child in me. I don't like to get sad and sit, I have to stay strong to take care of my family and the kids,” she concluded.
Was it fair to target her? Let us know in the comments section below.

Former United States President Barack Obama was unsurprisingly not the biggest fan of his successor Donald Trump.

However, while Obama decided to keep mum about his judgments through the four-year reign of the American businessman and media personality, he finally decided to unleash the truth bomb on the world.
    © Reuters
"Racist pig", a "fu***** lunatic", and "corrupt mother******" were some of the alleged impressions for Trump by Obama, with the alleged revelations surfacing in Atlantic writer Edward-Isaac Dovere’s new book called Battle for the Soul: Inside the Democrats’ Campaigns to Defeat Donald Trump.

According to excerpts of the book that were published in a piece by Guardian, Obama described Trump's single term at the White House as:
    “He’s a madman,”
    © Reuters
“I didn’t think it would be this bad. I didn’t think we’d have a racist, sexist pig. Depending on the outrage of the day … a passing ‘that fucking lunatic’ with a shake of his head.”

As per the book, Obama's strongest remark came out when reports revealed that Trump had been speaking to foreign leaders that included Russian President Vladimir Putin, amid the investigation of Russian election interference and links between Trump and Moscow – without any aides on the call.
“That corrupt m**********r,’ he remarked.” as per the book.

While Obama graciously chose to extend all the courtesies to Trump when he passed the Presidential baton to the businessman back in 2016, he is known to have no love lost for Trump, who in his opinion got things very "bad" during the tenure.

Soon after Obama's honest thoughts on Trump were revealed to the world, people on the internet decided to weigh in, exactly what they thought of the whole thing.
