    He claimed that he was supposed to get a lot more screen time in the film ‘Fitoor’ but Katrina Kaif lost weight after the shooting got over and insisted that the director re-shot certain sequences. And that’s how Jason Shah’s role got chopped off!

    Recently an Egyptian woman was denied a visa to India for medical help and was helpless. At 500 kg, she is possibly the heaviest woman in the world and wanted to travel to India for medical treatment only. However, when Sushma Swaraj was contacted via Twitter and was told about the whole situation, she was more than kind in extending her prompt help.

She weighed 5 kg when she was born and even suffered a cerebral stroke that left her bedridden. Her situation is a sad one but Sushma Swaraj is an epitome of humanity herself. If only we had more benign leaders like her in the country, if only!

    Let’s face it guys, we Indians do have a thing for cribbing and complaining and why not, we want things to be perfect for us. Especially, when it comes to education, if any lecture gets tiresome or monotonous, we raise this with the faculty and try to figure out an alternative (well that’s what most schools, colleges and universities do, right?) But, this guy went one step ahead and sued Oxford University, one of the most prestigious universities in the world, for delivering “boring” lectures. Let’s all stand up and clap for this guy for (his bravery) taking such a huge step. Like, who cares about going to the faculty to raise an issue, just f**king sue them. And there are no points for guessing that this student is of Indian-origin! 
    Faiz Siddiqui alleged that because of the “negligent” teaching of his specialist subject course on Indian imperial history he got a second class degree back in 2000. This in turn led to a loss of earnings in his career as a lawyer. Faiz studied modern history at Oxford’s Brasenose College. The plea was heard a few days back by a London High Court and a judgment is expected later this month. Faiz believes that had he not got lower grades, he would probably have a kickass career as an international commercial lawyer.

    Roger Mallalieu, Faiz’s barrister told the judge that four of the seven teachers teaching Asian history were on a sabbatical leave at the same time during the 1999-2000 academic year, so the problem may be stemming from that fact. He even pointed a finger at David Washbrook, an expert on the history of southern India between the 18th and 20th centuries for delivering boring classes, although he did defend him by saying that his teaching suffered as there was an ‘intolerable’ pressure due to the shortage of staff. 
    Mallalieu told the court that “There is no personal criticism of Washbrook. Our target is on the University’s back for allowing this to happen.” Reportedly, Faiz suffers from depression and insomnia because of his “disappointing examination results” and said that he has a “fundamental inability to hold down any professional day job for any significant length of time.”

    After all these allegations, Oxford University could not have stayed mum about the issue and argued that these claims are baseless and should not be considered because of the number of years that have passed since his graduation. In fact, the University’s barrister, Julian Milford, denied Faiz’s case of having any substance but did accept that the “circumstances were difficult” back then.  
    Well, Faiz got the opportunity to sue the management because it was Oxford University. Had it been any of the Indian universities, he will probably rethink even before submitting his papers for re-evaluation, let alone suing.

We’re still supposed to believe the birds and bees story, and enjoying some private time with someone you’re attracted to might just land you up in jail or on news channels, getting beaten up mercilessly by the cops.     While you might still be struggling with matches on Tinder, this girl who boasts of a 100 % match rate took to Quora to narrate how it all started (and ended) with a guy she swiped right on the app. Here’s what she wrote:

    Having broken up recently after a serious 3-year relationship, I felt the need to go out and meet new people to overcome the grief of a broken heart. Hence, I started experimenting on Tinder. I had a 100% match rate (Not kidding). Big confidence booster after being abandoned in a relationship.
    I didn’t respond to most chat conversations due to upcoming exams. Just when I got done with exams, one guy that I had matched with a week ago messaged me. I was free, so decided to try chatting.

    Now the story is going viral because happened next is way too un-sanskari for the sad Indian audience.
    What unfurled was a string of bizarre coincidences. Turned out that he lived in my building, spoke the same native language as me, was from my ex's college, was a start up CEO who had co-founded his company with my ex's best friend. Quickly we ended up chatting for a whole week and then decided to meet down for a walk. The meeting was an absolute surprise for me. Contrary to his nerdy tinder profile photo, he was extremely attractive, tall and well built. Woot woot! I quickly turned into a teenage girl having a major crush based on physical appearance only. ( I have a huge thing for tall ) suddenly I was asking - Who ex? ;)

    Yes, she gave in to the attraction and hooked up. No strings attached. This is as filmy as it gets, really.
    What I liked the most about this tinder guy was his unapologetic and unabashed stance about being a man whore. He was in a serious 4 year relationship, post which he slept with 12-13 women in a span of 12 months. That's a new woman every month! He's had around 50-60 matches on tinder which, from what I hear is an exceptional hit rate for a man. He smoked, he did drugs, was a womanizer. He was the perfect example of my worst possible date. But that meant that I'd never fall for a guy like that. Ever. Which made him the perfect choice for a hookup. I've never been a hookup person. The only guy I had ever slept with was my ex because I thought I would marry him. But in that state of emotional despair, I decided that I wanted to sleep with that man, that I would never see him again after that, that it would be the one wrong thing that I chose to do.. I was getting tired of being the perfect girl anyway. So we had ***. Best night of my life. But turned out, he's not as much of a dick as he wanted to be. He was really sweet and caring too. He still continued talking to me on chat and we ended up sleeping together once more. That was it. That was when I realized that I can't separate the physical and the emotional chords in my brain/heart. Women just aren't wired that way. I knew I'd fall for him if we continued talking like we did with all that physical intimacy. And I knew I couldn't fall for him cos he was the "bad guy". And so, we stopped talking. It was tough, but we did.

    Just that it ended like it should have. There’s no fairy tale romance here, guys. Just two people hooking up and having fun. No, the girl doesn’t regret it. She’s quite glad, in fact, she got to meet the guy.
    How has it benefited me? I do feel guilty about having had *** with a stranger, but it saved me from immense grief and despair. It gave me excitement during the darkest phase of my life. It taught me that I could feel butterflies in the stomach again. It showed me that there are very attractive, smart men out there and that I can do better than my ex.
    So, to the smoking man-whore, thank you for everything! I still secretly hope that we could be more, but that'd possibly be highly toxic for me.
    And thus ended my tryst with the man and tinder too. Never to see them both again.

    This story is going viral for reasons more than one. Of course, it’s a girl talking about *** and India cannot take it very well. But secondly, it’s something most of us can relate to. Of letting go of that one person we felt really connected with just because we thought it wasn’t the right thing for us then.

    The scary information that has surfaced, courtesy of NASA, is something that is bizarre and worrisome. NASA released images of an Arctic shelf which has a 300 foot deep crack. The rift is apparently getting deeper and can even lead to a major of the ice shelf being cut off.

    — NASA (@NASA) December 3, 2016 The press release states that 'The crack completely cuts through the Ice Shelf but it does not go all the way across it – once it does, it will produce an iceberg roughly the size of the state of Delaware”. A large part of the ice, i.e- almost the size of Scotland, will get landlocked and might start melting with time. The result of this will be that eventually it will merge in the sea and raise the sea level. If that isn’t scary, we don’t know what is?

    Global warming has become a hazardous situation and combating it is now not just important but imperative for our survival on the Earth. Or else, we’ll have to start looking at other planets to colonise!

    The New MacBook Pro, which was recently launched by Apple, has been suffering from battery problems especially the models which come with the new touch bar. 
    Many owners of the new laptop have posted complaints in forums across the interwebs and they are suggesting that their laptops last between 3 to 6 hours on a single charge, which is nowhere close to what Apple promised. Users who use their laptop to play games have even lower readings, which are now a major concern for Apple.

    “I just received my new 15" MacBook Pro with touch bar. The battery life is horrible!!! I have Safari open with 6 tabs and with 95% battery; I am told that I have less than 3 hours of battery life left! I thought these things were supposed to get 10 hours? I ran the battery down in 3 hours last night only browsing the web. I wasn't watching videos, just browsing. Is there something wrong with my laptop?”
    It is still unclear as to what is causing the new MacBook Pro to have battery problems, but it is suspected that the new Radeon graphics chip might be the root of the cause. 
    At the moment there is no other alternative to deal with this issue besides keeping it connected to the power outlet. Apple will probably have to release a patch to fix this issue and users will have to patiently wait. In the worst case scenario, Apple will have to replace or refund faulty MacBooks if the issue is not resolved in time.

    Jayalalithaa’s demise has shaken the whole nation. From an actor par excellence to the one of the most loved politicians, Amma, as she was fondly called, has left everyone mourning after she lost her battle against death due to a cardiac arrest. Her loss is something that even Bollywood cannot cope with. Bollywood celebrities have taken to social media to express their grief over Jayalalithaa’s death and it’s truly a heartbreaking moment. From Amitabh Bachchan to A.R. Rahman, everyone seems to be deeply moved by her passing.

She was not just a good politician but also one of the first ones to work towards the empowerment of women in the society by promoting entrepreneurship.     When you are denied from taking leaves for your own wedding, what’s the first thing that comes to your mind? Discuss with family members and shift the wedding dates or kneel down in front of your boss and beg him to grant a leave when there are no options left (yes we exaggerated there)? But, we will definitely not try to do something that Harris did, attending his own wedding online. 
    We can understand watching it live online when you can’t make it to your friends’ or family members’ weddings, but exchanging wedding vows online is definitely one of its kind. Harris is a native of Kollam, Kerala who works in Saudi Arabia. Because of work commitments, he could not take his leaves and ended up watching his own wedding via a webcam.     His sister tied the knot and the sacred thread around the bride’s neck and performed all the traditional roles on his behalf, while their friends and families were present in full attendance to bless the couple. Apparently, Muslims across the world are known to conduct such weddings, where the nikah takes place either over the phone or with a photograph. However, their validity is still a debated issue. 
    Harris works as a marketing manager in a private company in Saudi Arabia and his bride whose name is Shamla Makkayil, works as a nurse in a government hospital. This is definitely going to be one of the coolest weddings of this year, not even the grand Rs. 500 crore wedding can beat this unique nuptial ceremony.

    WhatsApp has decided to stop supporting many outdated phones by the end of this year and it includes phones like Windows phones, iPhone, Nokia, Blackberry and even some Android phones. Although, the company has decided to extend their support for Blackberry OS/Blackberry OS, Nokia Symbian and Nokia S40 smartphones until June 2017. However, many smartphones will lose the support of the messaging application since they want to move forward when it comes to communication technology. 
    Although , most of us generally need not worry because the specifications that are being considered are featured on devices that are ancient. Especially, those devices that use older versions of Android and iOS. 
    Support on WhatsApp will end on devices that running Android 2.1 and Android 2.2. Windows phones that are currently running Windows 7 will also suffer the same fate. Apple owners will have to ditch their iPhone 3GS or devices that are still running iOS 6. According to Google, there are only 0.1 percent devices that are currently running Android Froyo. If your Android phone is running IceCream Sandwich or Jelly Bean you have nothing to worry about for the time being. 
    According to Apple, around 8 Percent of iPhones are still running on an operating system that is below iOS 9. If your iPhone is still running iOS 6, we suggest you update your phone software or get a new device in order for WhatsApp to work efficiently on your phone. 
    Here is the list again:  The mobile platforms and their versions which will not be supported by WhatsApp in 2017 are:
    - Android : Android 2.1 and Android 2.2
    - Windows : Windows Phone 7
    - iPhone: 3GS/ iOS 6
    App support will be extended for the following devices until June 2017:
    - Blackberry 10 running on BBOS
    - Nokia S40 running on Symbian S40

Chloe Philip Harris had a bizarre experience on her way to Kazakhstan. The Kiwi tourist was detained by Kazakhstani officials for almost two days after they refused to believe that New Zealand is am actual country!

    You don’t really expect an immigration officer to have such a poor knowledge of the world but sadly that’s what happened. They thought that New Zealand was a state in Australia and not a separate country. 'I got to an immigration booth and they asked me for an Australian passport, and told me I couldn't come in without an Australian passport,' she told in an interview to NZ Herald.

    Adding insult to injury was the fact that the interrogation room had an old map which did not actually show New Zealand on it, so making the officials believe her turned out to be futile. However, she used some contacts who helped her get out of that tricky situation.

    'The people I knew in Kazakhstan got me a new type of visa and paid the right people and got me out, that's probably the easiest explanation,' she said. Despite this odd experience she had a great stay and is determined to go back as she loved the country. That’s a true traveller right there.

    Oliver Thomas Johnson, or more famously known as Dorian Concept, is a composer, producer, and keyboard artist from Austria. Along with his successful solo career, he is also a member of the Austrian funk band Jacob's Salty and Bamboozling Ladder (JSBL). He also has periodically toured as a keyboarder for Flying Lotus (with Richard Spaven on drums) and collaborated with the Cinematic Orchestra.

    Johnson, who took up his moniker as a reference to the Dorian scale, cites jazz, funk, electronica and  hip-hop as his primary influences. He has developed his own unique sound and perfectly combines jazz with abstract electronica harmonics.

    After the EP ‘Her Tears Taste Like Pears’, he abandoned his signature use of the Mikrokorg and started working with a Wurlitzer electronic piano along with some analogue synthesizers. For his album ‘Joined Ends’, he revealed a drastically different side of himself and his music and let go of his repetitive beat-making to focus on his intuition and his keyboard skills.

    In the world of politics we often come across such great men and women that it takes an eternity to try and understand their life story, layer by layer, looking for that one moment which inspired them to greatness, and thus it often leaves you disappointed and exhausted in case of an absence of such an inflection point in their career.
    Tamil Nadu’s beloved politician Jayalalitha’s birth in a Tamil Iyengar Brahmin family, and their struggles with abject poverty, is the one striking inflection point which comes through when one looks back to her stellar career in films and then consequently in Tamilian politics. If it had not been for her mother’s efforts to push her into the world of cinema, Jayalalitha might have just drifted into obscurity after the death of her father because of relentless poverty.

    Starting early at the age of just 12, Jayalalitha was trained in classical music and classical dance while making her debut in 1961. This, however, was just the first of 140 movies she went on to do becoming the queen of southern cinema in process. In 1966 alone, she had 11 releases and by 1980 she had given 119 hits out of the 125 she did till 1980. Cinema, however, was just an initiation for a bigger role she delved into following MGR into politics in 1982.
    MG Ramachandran, considered one of the stalwarts of Tamil cinema, was a big influence on Amma. Jayalilatha, explaining MGR’s influence on her once said, “One third of my life was influenced by my mother; Two thirds by MGR. it is all but gone now. A third is left for myself now.” MGR founded the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) party in 1972 and immediately found the support of urban poor because of his stardom and Robin Hood image.
    Jayalalitha, no matter a novice in politics at the time, found her ground pretty quickly. Her closeness with MGR was a cause of concern for the upper echelons of the party and when she was packed to New Delhi as a Rajya Sabha MP in 1985 many deemed it the demise of a pretty promising career. But destiny had other plans for Amma.

    The founder of AIADMK, MGR died in 1987 thus vacating the top post to a reluctant leadership. As many old guards of the party would permit, MGR’s widow was placed as a figurehead CM before the experiment failed miserably. This, however, opened up the place for Jayalalitha and she came to power for the first time in June of 1991.
    Taking a cue from her own childhood, Amma decided to bring in reforms for the welfare of women in the society and partly she succeeded in doing so too. Be it the entrepreneurship training for 100,000 women or the ‘cradle baby’ scheme, Jayalalitha came up with innovative ways to empower the stressed gender which made her a popular leader in her first stint at power. This, however, was not enough to prevent a devastating defeat for AIADMK which nearly destroyed the party. Part of the reason for that defeat was considered to be her inability to take in any criticism which reflects in this statement by her in 1985:
    “No one can get anything out of me or subdue me by threats, harsh treatment; it only makes me more stubborn, inflexible, unbending, and determined. The only way one can get me to cooperate is to be nice to me, pamper me, cajole me, talk to me kindly, softly,” she said.

    Jayalalitha, when not in power, was pounded by the opposition through litigation and numerous cases post the 1996 defeat. And these were not just petty cases; some of those cases were high profile corruption cases but Amma always found a way to prove her innocence. In same regard and spirit, she made a great comeback by winning the 2001 assembly elections for her party but the game of musical chairs persisted as the DMK came back to power in 2006.
    Amma’s biggest win, in politics at least, was securing her legacy by getting her name cleared in the disproportionate assets case. She was convicted in the 18-year-old case and was sent to jail in 2014 before a special bench of the Karnataka High Court acquitted her and her associates. She returned as the CM of Tamil Nadu in 2015 following her acquittal and became the CM for the fifth time after a thumping win in the 2016 assembly elections.

    The queen of southern India is still one of the most popular political figures in a country enchanted by NaMo. Jayalalitha came up and reigned in a patriarchal society even when the odds were stacked heavily against her. Her deteriorating health in 2016 has been a big talking point even eclipsing the demonetization debate and yet we might not have seen the last of her. But if we do, then we, as a nation would have lost not just a good politician but also a symbol of women empowerment in India.

    Bachchan Family tried to keep the incident secret; that’s why didn’t take Aishwarya to the hospital. Even the doctors who checked her and washed away her stomach were not allowed to reveal the details.” This is not it, the intelligent website even claimed to have a quote from her physician.

    While Virat Kohli-led Team India has been busy hunting the Englishmen in the ongoing Test series, limited-overs captain MS Dhoni has been closely watching from the sidelines during the past two-and-a-half months.
    Kohli has surely hogged the limelight as India's Test captain with a crucial 2-0 lead against Alastair Cook's men in the ongoing series, but the Ranchi cricketer is set to steal the show when he returns for his side in the ODI series slated to begin on 16 January.

    Dhoni, who retired from the longest format in 2014 and played his last ODI against New Zealand in October, will be seen marshalling his troops once again when the hosts take on the visitors in the five-match ODI series.
    While Dhoni's return will surely get the fans excited, the fact that he heads into the ODI series will no match practice could probably be an area of concern for India.
    Ever since his last ODI at Visakhapatnam against the Kiwis, Dhoni has not participated in any official cricket match. The official BCCI protocol also states that for injured players, at least one first-class game before being considered for national selection is mandatory.

    Back in 2015, ahead of the limited-overs tour of Australia, Dhoni had participated in the Vijay Hazare Trophy while playing for Jharkhand in order to get some match practice. But since this edition of Hazare Trophy is scheduled to begin from 25 February - almost four weeks after the ODI series against England has ended, Dhoni will not be able to avail that option.
    The ongoing Ranji Trophy seems like a viable option for Dhoni, but he's yet to confirm his participation for Jharkhand. But, in all fairness, a player of Dhoni's calibre and experience doesn't really need match practice.

    The 35-year-old has been a source of inspiration and a steady rock for his side in his 12-year-old international career. Also, given his batting position in the team, more than match practice, Dhoni can actually do away with net sessions.
    Moreover, the fact that he is taking private fitness sessions to prepare himself for the upcoming England series should silence all those critics who are probably gearing up to question is agility in the field. After all, it's Dhoni and not out-of-shape Yuvraj Singh we are talking about here.

    This raises an important question about the culture of labels in the country today. Adhering to labels is a must today – in the fast-paced competitive world, it is an assurance of identity, something to hold close. You are either a patriot, or you are anti-national. You are either religious or you are an atheist. Things are more black and white than they were in the nineties. Surely, we have advanced in many areas – technology, economic growth, international relations, living conditions, infrastructure and many more.

When you talk about eating beef or support watching a Fawad Khan movie, you become a ‘Porki terrorist’. You can’t question faith anymore.     The mark of a progressive society is the citizen’s ability to question. Questioning, arguing, indulging in healthy debates is what makes a culture democratic. One can’t really move towards development without exploring multiple points of views. Like Deepak Rana says, one could debate about the existence of god with a priest, without offending them. Today, talk about a religious tradition being outdated and an entire army of religious followers is up-in-arms against you. 
    We guess the good old times when elders gathered at addas and debated on politics, religion and sports over cups of tea are gone. No debate is complete without egos being hurt and sentiments being offended. So much for questioning the institutions.

    A 70 year old man from Vazhkai village of Thanjavur district in Tamil Nadu suffered a heart attack while waiting in line for cash, at a bank in Papanasam, Tamil Nadu. The man who has been identified as M Subramanian came to the bank on Saturday with his wife, Thaiyal Nayagi. He collapsed soon after he received the bank challan to withdraw money and died some minutes later in the arms of his wife as bank work was carried on uninterrupted.

    “We are told that he stood in line for a long time. He collapsed immediately after he was given the bank challan to withdraw cash. There was a huge crowd since morning,” “Our officers arrived at the spot and called the doctor. But it was too late, efforts to revive him failed. He died on the floor, next to the counter.” Claimed an inspector from Papanasam Police station. 
    “We arranged the ambulance,” said the officer. Later bank sources revealed that Subramanian had withdrawn money before he collapsed. He withdrew Rs 4000. Subramanian died after he completed procedures to withdraw around Rs 4,000, said bank sources.
    “His account had around Rs 17,000. We were told that he had to skip breakfast as he had to come all the way from his village,” said the officer.
    More than 80 people have died so far in banks and ATM lines after the declaration of demonetization. Subramanian had three daughters and a farm to look after. Had he been provided aid immediately, he could have survived.

    He’s a great actor. But, he’s a better conversationalist. That is Aditya Roy Kapur in a nutshell.. It comes easy to some people—he is one of them. 
    I entered his hotel room to find Aditya sitting at the swanky study table at the far end of the room, in an ashen grey and white striped shirt and a pair of done and dusted denims. He was chill—in every sense of the word. He seemed at ease, even though his team kept stating how incredibly tight on schedule he had been. He didn’t seem to care. He was all set to walk the ramp for veteran designer Rajesh Pratap Singh for the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour last weekend, in Gurgaon. “I feel honoured to be the showstopper for him (Pratap),” Aditya said enthusiastically. “I mean his work needs no introduction and I love wearing his garments. So it made complete sense.”

    As someone from the film fraternity with a lineage of industry hobnobbing and two successful brothers and one veteran actor of a sister-in-law, he’d be well within his right to be snooty. But, Aditya doesn’t seem to have any starry tantrums. It felt like meeting someone ordinary for the first time and striking a good conversation from the word ‘Go’. Over a period of a few minutes, we spoke about various different topics and here’s all that we now know about the Kapur lad. 
    1. On Style  “I don’t know if I’m very stylish, to be honest. Sometimes if I see something interesting, I’ll go with it. But I pretty much stay the way that I always have when it comes to dressing. Most men are like that, actually. We don’t believe too much in doing too many looks. I don’t like looking like a catalogue. I stick to what I’ve always been comfortable with. So, that way, maybe style is just about comfort for me.” 
    2. On Mumbai  “In Bombay it’s either really hot or it’s not so hot. And having been born and brought up in the city, over the last couple of years, I’ve noticed that we’ve developed a season that is somewhat like a winter. But, it’s enough of an excuse so that’s not like a real winter. But, honestly I would love a winter if I had one.” 
    3. On Exercise  “I work out about 5-6 times a week. I go through phases where sometimes I don’t work out at all. But now, over the past year and a half or so—ever since I’ve gotten into shape for my last film ‘Fitoor’—I’ve kind of stuck in the workout zone.” 
    4. On Hanging Out  “An off day for me can consist of either nothing or it be a combination of things, like going to the gym, heading out for a beer, going out and playing some pool. I play some sport, like football, cricket, snooker, I swim; I’m a bit sporty. But, sometimes meetings tend to come up even on off days.” 
    5. On Food & Drinks  “I’m a beer guy. I like this beer called Blue Moon which you don’t get here. It’s like a Hoegaarden but, only a bit stronger. I take it with a slice of orange.” 
    “I absolutely love Indian food. But, that doesn’t mean I get to eat it, thanks to my diet and workout schedule.” 
    6. On Pastimes  “I like reading biographies of actors and musicians. Books are very sporadic and don’t really have a structure. I also read Asterix and Obelix.” 
    “I’m a lone traveller, actually. So, over the years, I’ve always just picked up a backpack and gone and stayed in hostels. I’ll disappear for a month here and there. But, I haven’t done the hostel thing in a couple of years now. I’ve stayed at hotels but I get more bored. Maybe, it’s because I’m 31 years old now. Back in the 20s hostels were a lot more fun to do. There’s a different kind of freedom you get in being anonymous.” 
    7. On Travel  “I went to Hawaii for a 60-day holiday. And I stumbled upon an active volcano on the big island. It was a beautiful night I had. There was this girl I had made friends with; it was on private land and we had trespassed, walked through some jungles and we chanced upon this sea of growing lava. There were about 50 people, all locals. I sat there the whole night and watched lava flow and I was throwing stones into it; it was that close to me.” 
    8. On Dating  “I don’t know what dates are, really. I don’t know if I’ve gone a date as such in a long time. Do we even have this culture of dates? It’s more like setting the scene—a good conversation, a great scene, some wine… I don’t know. A perfect date is probably when you don’t leave half way through it.” 
    9. On Good Conversation  “I recently watched a TED Talk on 10 ways to have better conversations and that was a very interesting talk. I feel like I tried to imbibe a lot from that and I felt like I do a lot of things that the speaker said one shouldn’t do. I guess a good conversation is one that just flows naturally and doesn’t have any preconceived notion that the person may have; without feeling the pressure of seeming too smart actually. 
    I don’t remember the last time I had a good conversation. They don’t really stick with me—they come and go. But, there was one, three days ago, at the gym. Actually, it had to do with some real estate but it was good conversation.” 
    10. On Shraddha Kapoor  “Shraddha and I went through a great life-changing experience together, with ‘Aashiqui 2’. She is the only one who knows what I went through and I am the only one who knows what she went through. So, just by virtue of that knowing, there is a great level of comfort, camaraderie and a kind of easiness to our scenes. Even if we don’t talk for a while, it’s like we talk to each other and pick up from the same place again.”

While the country was adjusting to the demonetisation scheme, the news about the 500 crore wedding in Kerala took everyone by surprise. It seems like people down South have truck loads of money and they take their marriages very seriously because another Kerala wedding is making waves right now as the venue was a model designed just like the Akshardham Temple.
