The Gays have figured out two very important things in life, Feng Shui, and anal ***. And if you are a sexually ass-centric, straight man, there are more than a few important things you need to know about the science behind ass play. So we at MensXP HQ spoke to 12 enterprising gay men about the dos and don'ts of butt-play, and here's what they had to say...
    1. ‘Be gentle, guys! Or you won't like the “pounding” she'll give you the morning after.’ -  Amit, 24
    2. ‘Coconut oil!’ - Manav, 28

    3. ‘Ask her to Breathe in, breathe out and count to ten. Ask her to trust in you, the power of God, and, Oprah!’ - Kanov, 26
    4. ‘Fact: Boys with abs are better at it than boys without. Ok! Maybe that’s my personal belief.’ - Andrew, 25
    5. ‘Buy yourself a big supply of Durex Double Play. Trust me you’ll need it!’ - Manish, 25
    6. “Don’t be a douche. Instead, teach her how to...douche!’ - Anand, 27
    7. “Contrary to popular belief, never do it on drugs and alcohol. NEVER. You might end up forcing yourself—and that is something your partner won’t appreciate.” - Rohan, 26
    8. ‘Grab the bulls by the horn and go for it. You've got nothing to lose. Life is too short to be coy about ***!’ - Kev, 24
    9. ‘Indulge her in foreplay and make it hot, wild and wet. Don’t just deep dive into it. She is not the Mariana Trench!’ - Akash, 27
    10. ‘One word, Rimming!’ - Hardik, 24

    11. ‘I don’t know about others, but talking dirty has definitely helped me get through it’ - Sahil, 28
    12. ‘Give her a month to prepare. Finger her from time to time to help her ease into the idea of it. Start with one and move onto two (fingers) if she’s comfortable with it!’ - Adam, 26

Bollywood has been pretty worked up this year, especially after Pakistani artists were banned from working in India and many movies came to a halt because of that. The directors and producers were having a hard time since they already completed the movies with Pakistani actors and now were on the verge of seeing them chucked out completely. Celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar were called out and criticized for working with actors from across the border.
    © Red Chillies Entertainment
Amidst all the flak and accusation, the king of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan met Raj Thackeray recently and told him that he would not work with any Pakistani actors in future nor would he bring actress Mahira Khan to India for the promotion of his upcoming movie ‘Raees’. Calling his move an act of cowardice, Ujjal Dosanjh, former Premier of British Columbia, and former Canadian Health Minister; wrote a letter to the actor. He called the MNS “an edifice of fanaticism and hate” and did not expect him to “succumb to such illegal and unseemly conduct of any goons.” Here is the entire letter:
    “Dear Shah Rukh,
I hope you do not mind me calling you Shah Rukh. Like most Indians I feel I know you. But then again, perhaps I don’t. First it was Karan Johar prostrating himself before the self-appointed extra constitutional arbiters of Indian patriotism, the MNS– an edifice of fanaticism and hate. I never thought you, the King, could succumb to such illegal and unseemly conduct of any goons, let alone the right wing religious fanatic variety. I had once defended in writing your freedom to speak when you had thought out loud about an increasing sense of insecurity being felt by many people in India. Until yesterday you were King Khan, the king of most Indian hearts. Now, one is left to wonder what you really are.
I don’t know Mahira Khan. I am told she has an impressive screen presence. And you chose her to be your leading lady. You must have seen something in her to ask her to venture across the barb-wired border and appear in Raees despite the thorny Indo-Pak relations.
You know that the word “raees” means “chief”, with a significant whiff of strength and power emanating from it. You were the King and had power that held sway over countless Indian hearts. Raj Thackeray and his hate spewing followers had no legal power to enforce their diktats. That is why they threatened to disrupt the peace and prevent “Raees” from being shown in the theatres unless you paid obeisance to Thackeray and agreed to not have Mahira attend the release of “Raees”.
It must have been in a moment of fear or cowardice- you may call it desire to save your Raees from ruin and I would reluctantly understand– you decided to transform from the King in you into a beggar, clutching the beggar’s bowl in your frightfully folded hands and walk over to seek MNS’ mercy. In that moment you, just as Karan Johar had done before you– granted them the right to be the self appointed ‘guardians’ of peace and order in Mumbai and the surrounding areas. At that moment you mortgaged forever your freedom, particularly your freedom of expression, to MNS and any other group of goons who may choose to mimic them now or later.
You might argue that you couldn’t count on Chief Minister Fadnavis having any or sufficient backbone to come to your aid and put Thackeray and his followers in their place. You knew he had once already surrendered to Raj Thackeray the chief ministerial power and responsibility to maintain law and order by sacrificing Johar at the MNS’ altar. But then again, life is all about choosing to fight rather than foregoing one’s dignity. You chose to be stripped of your dignity.
You are one of the world’s wealthiest actors. You did not need to make more films just for money. I also know times do change and the hate of the MNS variety isn’t the kind of force that lasts forever. If people of goodwill band together they can always defeat the forces of darkness and evil. And then there is Mahatma Gandhi’s love is truth, truth is love–a power mightier than a million Hitlers. All the world needs, is a powerful voice of resistance against evil. Yours could have been that voice. Unfortunately you failed to become that voice.
What kind of India is being ushered in where the tallest pillars of the film world like Karan and you keep falling one by one to pure hate and evil? Vast majority of Indians are decent, honest, peace loving and hardworking. They are also freedom loving. If you had resisted the suppression of your freedom of expression, they would have stood with you. Had you told the pseudo patriots to mind their own damn business, many Indians would have been ready to stand shoulder to shoulder with you in the ensuing fight.
But unfortunately you chose surrender to evil, SRK. You bowed to hate. Hate won. And the love–far deeper and more important than the one for which you routinely sing and dance in the movies–the love of fundamental liberty and freedom of expression lost too. ‘King’ Khan, since you are no longer worthy of being called the “King”, please tell us what to call you after your extremely deplorable deal with the merchants of hate of the MNS?
    Your friend,
    Ujjal Dosanjh”

The hatred towards the entire situation is quite evident in the author’s letter, but is it really that easy to get away with things that the whole nation is protesting against? Earlier when some Bollywood actors and other celebrities came forward in support of Pakistani actors working in India, they received major flak from their fans across the country. We wonder how SRK will react after reading this long letter.

Remember Murtaza Ahmadi, the little guy from Afghanistan who wore a plastic Messi t-shirt and became an instant internet sensation in January this year? Guess what, he finally met his hero and this picture of them together is exactly why you should never stop dreaming.

Ahmadi had earlier received a signed Messi t-shirt as the star’s schedule didn’t allow him to meet the six-year-old fan.

The meeting however came to fruition when Murtaza Ahmadi was airlifted to Doha where Barcelona were playing a friendly against Al Ahli.

The India –Pakistan situation went from being sensitive to pretty ugly in no time. In the entertainment world, the MNS created a stir when it asked Bollywood to ban Pakistani actors and the immediate brunt was faced by Karan Johar when speculations were rife about Fawad Khan’s scenes being deleted in the controversial ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’.

Later, Shah Rukh Khan was questioned as well, because his upcoming ‘Raees’ marks the debut for Mahira Khan, a famous name back in Pakistan.  Ritesh Sidhwani, the producer stood by his actress and claimed that since no ‘official’ ban was in place, they weren’t against getting her in the country. Shah Rukh was also present at the event. This media interaction fuelled rumours that Raj Thackeray’s relations with Khan might turn sour.

However, the latest news floating around is that Shah Rukh met with the MNS chief and assured him that he won’t be working with any Pakistani actors in the future and also that his team had no plans of getting Mahira to India for the film’s promotion.

In a country like India where Sachin Tendulkar is considered a god, cricket reigns supreme like no other sport. The massive fan-following and lucrative endorsement deals are all part of the lifestyle for Indian cricketers while other sportspersons find themselves lurking in their shadows.
The Indian women's cricket team is no different when it comes to chasing the glory of their male counterparts. While the men's cricket team thoroughly enjoys the limelight, the achievements of the Indian women's side are restricted to a bare minimum.
On 12 December, when the Indian fans were busy celebrating the feat of their beloved Test captain Virat Kohli, a 27-year-old female cricketer showcased a pivotal all-round performance on foreign soil.

Harmanpreet Kaur, India's T20 captain, grabbed 4-27 and then smashed a quickfire 21-ball 30 to help Sydney Thunder seal an eight-wicket win over Melbourne Stars in the Women's edition of the Big Bash League (BBL).
Playing in her maiden WBBL season, Harmanpreet also claimed the 'Player of the Match' award for her exploits in only her second appearance. The right-hander had also smashed a blistering 28-ball 47 in a losing cause on her WBBL debut.
Her performance was so good that it forced none other than Aussie legend Adam Gilchrist to tweet about her: "Seriously impressed with @ImHarmanpreet in last nights #WBBL02 Classy, skillful. A wonderful addition to the tournament.”
Seriously impressed with @ImHarmanpreet in last nights #WBBL02 Classy, skillful. A wonderful addition to the tournament.
    — Adam Gilchrist (@gilly381) December 10, 2016 The first Indian women's cricketer to be signed by an overseas T20 franchise, Harmanpreet also led India to the Asian T20 Cup title earlier this month. She marshalled her troops to a 17-run victory over arch-rivals Pakistan in a gruelling final.
    Early struggle © BCCL
Unlike other female sportspersons in India, it wasn't really tough for Harmanpreet to convince her folks when he decided to go pro. Her family was already obsessed with the game and her father Harmandar Singh Bhullar, a club cricketer, had chopped off and customised one his own bats to make it fit in the hands of a pre-teen girl for her cricket sessions.
But apart from her family, everyone else advised her to choose a different career option - something befitting for a female. Her parents took some serious flak from her school teacher for letting Harmanpreet venture into the male-dominated game instead of encouraging her to study diligently.
For a girl who developed a passion for cricket early on, it was quite frustrating to even comprehend why people would offer her suggestions to pick some other sport instead. But her family finally decided to shift their daughter to SK Public School in Ferozepur, 27 kms away from their residence, in order to provide her with better facilities.
Making of a star © BCCL
Starting off from an unrecognised school team, Harmanpreet broke into the Punjab Cricket Association camps on the back of consistent all-round performances for the Ferozepur district team. In a span of two years of her professional training, she was knocking on the doors of Punjab's senior team.
Harmanpreet's sublime performance propelled her into the North Zone team. And before she knew it, the budding cricketer found herself training at the NCA facility in Bangalore with 29 other probables for a spot in India's senior squad for the 2009 Women's World T20.
    National call-up © BCCL
At a time when online scorecards were yet to be introduced for the less-popular women's cricket, Harmanpreet was checking on her friend Poonam Raut on her domestic games when she learnt about her national call-up.
While the national call-up was like a fairytale unfolding in front of her eyes, Harmanpreet's struggle to sustain a spot amongst the best XI in the side was the reality check she desperately needed.
Amid proven players like Jhulan Goswami and Amita Sharma in the squad, it was almost impossible for a rookie medium-pacer to eastablish herself as a lead bowler. But, she was quick to spot the weakness in India's batting and began working on her skills to fill that gap.
    Achievements © BCCL
In March 2013, Harmanpreet was named ODI captain of India for the home series against Bangladesh. She scored 195 runs at an average of 97.50 with a century and a fifty alongside two wickets. The 27-year-old claimed nine scalps against South Africa in a Test match in Mysore to help India seal a massive win.
Harmanpreet couldn't have begun the year any better as she scored a brilliant 46 against Australia in India's highest-ever chase in T20 Internationals. She carried her form in the 2016 Women's World T20, scoring 89 runs and taking seven wickets in four matches.
And in June, she became the first Indian cricketer to be signed by an overseas T20 franchise. The WBBL champions, Syndey Thunder, signed her for the 2016-17 season.
While a zillion cricket fans drool over the likes of Virat Kohli or MS Dhoni, it's the cricketers like Harmanpreet who also need to be praised and appreciated for their performances.

They say shoes make a man. No matter how much you splurge on those statement-y outfits, if you want to add a pinch of perfection to your look, a good pair of leather shoes will definitely do the trick. Whether you are a corporate junkie or a pub-hopper, leather shoes can easily transition your look from morning to evening. Therefore it becomes important to take care of them. Though leather shoes come across as a long lasting piece of footwear, the daily wear and tear can actually harm them. But don’t fret, here are 7 easy tips which will help you look after your leather shoes.
    1. Do not store them in a box © Pinterest
Keeping leather shoes in open or on a shoe rack is always a great idea. Avoid storing them in a box for long as humidity can harm the leather.
    2. When shoes get wet, make sure to dry them fast © Pinterest
Water can be harmful to your leather shoes. The quick remedy is to use newspaper to stuff your shoes and let them dry. Do not keep your wet shoes near a heater as the shoes might dry really fast thus cracking the leather. You don’t want it to happen, do you?
    3. Don’t wear them regularly © Pinterest
We understand you might feel really comfy in your leather shoes but giving them a break is important. Do not wear them continuously for weeks, let them breathe.
    4. Clean with care © Pinterest
Soak a cloth in warm water and wipe off the dust from your shoes. Then allow them to dry naturally, keep them away from the sunlight.
    5. Use shoe trees © Amazon
Yeah you read us write. Shoe trees are a must if you want your beloved leather shoes to last. Choose shoe trees made of cedar wood, they not only absorb the moisture but also maintain the shape of the shoe, bringing leather back to its original shape as the shoe dries.
    6. Use a leather conditioner from time to time © Amazon
Your skin gets nourishment from your body but leather (which is also a skin) can only survive on the nourishment that you provide. Leather shoes, due to your heavy dose daily routine, suffer wear and tear. The leather tends to lose its natural oils, moisture, and flexibility which leads to cracks on the shoes. Therefore using a conditioner once in two weeks is important.
    7. Polish © Pinterest
We suggest pick up wax polishes which make the surface of the shoe shine, without penetrating through the leather. The wax polish creates a coating over the shoe and giving the appropriate amount of shine that is required. Just to top it over, wipe your shoes with a piece of nylon and what you achieve is a perfect shine.

Sleep-the most ignored element when it comes to training. Hands down, it sure is. The majority of the population is chasing lavish gyms and overrated supplements, while what they should actually be chasing is sound sleep.   Now, we all know for a fact that sleep helps us refresh our bodies and brain function after a night of deep sleep. But, the question is, how is it related to training? Well, this article will give the basic know how on why sleep is so important.
    © YouTube
Muscles Are Torn In The Gym, Fed In The Kitchen And Built In The Bed When you sleep, your body secretes growth hormones (GH) and major repair and recovery functions take place. The two main anabolic hormones, testosterone and Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) hormone are at their peak when your body is at complete rest at night. Research suggests, when you are sleep deprived, it is not that you can’t lift heavy or perform HIIT training but what happens IS that your body is unable to recover from the micro traumas effectively and will fatigue sooner. The reason is that your body during a sleep deprived state, fails to metabolize glucose effectively and therefore, your body fatigues easily.
Brain, Sleep And Cortisol Lack of sleep also delays your brain’s reaction time, which can be really dangerous both at gym floor as well as outside. A delayed reaction makes you much more vulnerable to injuries by performing incorrect exercises at the gym floor.
    © YouTube
Moreover, inadequate sleep promotes cortisol (stress hormone) secretion in the body. Studies suggest, even if you try to compensate your sleep during the daytime, your cortisol level still struggles to come back to its normal range because of the circadian rhythm (nature’s clock). If you are one of those who think that by sleeping less, you burn more calories and can shred more body fat, then here is one more fact for you. Research suggests that subjects who sleep less than 5 hours, mostly stays in the catabolic state (body break muscles for energy) and therefore, lose a lot of hard earned muscle instead of that jiggling fat. Hence, do not underestimate the power of sound sleep. Try and get proper 7-8 hours sleep each and every day. That way, you’ll give your 100% to your supplements, nutrition and workout. Give the same respect to your sleep and witness the effective gains and better performance at the gym floor. You will be sharper (brain wise), stronger and be much better in your overall performance.

Drop that thaali someone…an Indian brother has ditched all ‘sanskars’ and written a letter to his younger sister talking about female masturbation!

Moving over the customary Indian melodrama, okay wait…here’s some more

Manik Rege, an Indian guy has created a storm on the internet by talking about the 'unmentionable act' to his little sister who just turned 15. In this very important letter, he breaks down more than one stereotype and tells his sister  that it’s ALRIGHT to masturbate and pleasure oneself.

Read the letter right here, because we need to get over the ‘awkwardness’ of talking about *** with our kids before they are misinformed by equally clueless teens, because its not the stone age anymore, because THIS is *** education done right.
    Dear Sister,
Congratulations on turning 15. And welcome to hell, I mean, puberty.
Know that I’m here for you throughout your journey, and that I truly love you with all my heart and soul.
I personally consider myself your parent as much as Mom & Dad do, and therefore, I believe it’s my duty to talk to you about certain sensitive topics which every parent should openly discuss with his/her growing kids.
Surely, Mom & your teachers at school have explained all about how & why your body is going to turn into a nuclear power-plant, set to explode every single month for the rest of your life. On the basis of that assumption, I’ll skip to a more sensitive topic that is often ignored or held back during the discussions on sexual health.
I’m here to talk to you about masturbation.
    Yes. Masturbation.

    © Thinkstock Photos/Getty Images
Please don’t react like you’re hearing the word for the first time in your life. You and your friends have surely talked, gossiped & laughed about it at school. You’ve most probably been fed the wrong information in a format & language so filthy, it must make you cringe at the thought of touching yourself, even when your mind secretly itches to explore the wildness within.
Now, before you freak out, I assure you that I don’t want to make you feel awkward or uncomfortable in any way.
I’m not here to conduct a *** education class or whatever. I totally respect your private space, which is exactly why I’m writing this letter- to let you know that I trust you, and I’ll always be here for you whenever you need my friendship or support. I’m simply here to tell you that you’re not alone.
I was in the same situation 5 years ago, with thousands of questions bubbling inside my mind. But, unfortunately, I didn’t have anyone to answer them & make me understand in the right way, so it took quite some time for me to figure stuff out on my own. And, I don’t want you to go through the same confusion, which is why I’m here to tell you…IT’S OKAY.
It’s okay to want to touch yourself, and it’s okay to have weird fetishes & crazy dreams. In fact, masturbation is not only okay, but also necessary for your health & well-being. It gives you a chance to explore your body, understand your needs, and know exactly what hurts you & what turns you on.

    © Thinkstock Photos/Getty Images
It gives you power over your body; it makes you your own happy boss. Maybe, that’s why masturbation, and specifically female masturbation, is still such a big taboo.
The realization that a woman, too, has certain desires & she can fulfill them without your consent, or your dick, strikes an unsettling chord in a society that has disempowered & objectified your gender since the beginning of time.
That’s the essence of the stigma of self-pleasure- it’s often, if not always, partial to us men. I mean, if boys do it, it’s just a part of the natural cycle they can’t control, but if a girl does it, it’s considered immoral, irreligious & filthy in every sense of the word.
Well, if that’s the case, and if masturbation is really so ‘unethical’ that an author had to describe it as ‘the path to Satan,’ I suggest you should waltz your way to hell if that’s where your happiness leads you, and I’ll tell you why it’s totally worth the ‘punishment’ you might receive.
First of all, with the exception of a few asexuals i.e. people who don’t feel sexually attracted to any gender- everyone in this world does ‘the thing,’ regardless of whether they accept it or not, because guess what? Everyone is a human being, and everyone’s body commands them to fulfil certain needs.

    © Thinkstock Photos/Getty Images
Secondly, you don’t need anyone’s permission to do or not do it, so it’s completely upto you. It’s your personal choice & human right. It’s completely free & safe. So, unless you get addicted to it or let it intrude your work, it cannot possibly bring you any harm or pain.
Thirdly, it helps you keep your relationships alive, because you can now let your partner know about your needs, and what he/she can do to satisfy them.
Fourthly, it relieves stress, keeps away certain infections, and it also feels good, so like, why not?
Lastly, unlike the situation 50 years ago, there’s an infinite number of books, articles, videos you can refer to for knowing how you can make the most of your ‘alone time.’ I kid you not, there’s even an app that guides you through the ‘game.’ What a time to be alive, eh?
My point is that there’s a great library of resources you can access to know more about the topic; all you have to do is open up & be bold enough to ask questions whenever & wherever they arise.

I say that, because contrary to the popular belief amongst adults, I personally believe there is no ‘right time & place’ to share certain facts, especially in today’s world where a little kid has access to all the information in the world, thanks to the internet.
If we adults don’t share the real facts with you kids when you ask for them, you’ll gladly forward your queries to your friends and get them answered anyways. Only this time, instead of getting the proper knowledge, you’ll be thrashed with all kinds of stupid stuff that may even scar some kids for life.
On that note, sister, I have a small request for when you become a parent one day- Please don’t avoid your children and their questions. Be there for your kids when they need you as a friend.
Don’t just run away from your responsibility towards your kids with the nonsensical excuse, “They’ll find out when they have to.”
I agree that they might find out for themselves, and they might gain all the knowledge in the world, but by the time they grow up, they will have lost their trust & faith in you. If you can’t handle their questions & confusions now, you’ll also lose the right to shout at them when they make mistakes in the future.
The world has become so fast that you can’t wait for your kid to turn 18, and then sit him down on a sofa to give the long awkward talk on ‘girls/boys.’ You’ll only discover that your kid has already been stuffed with myths & misconceptions long before you can accept that his tiny brain even had room to accommodate them.

    © Thinkstock Photos/Getty Images
So answer those questions NOW- as and when they pop up. And appreciate your child’s curiosity rather than dismissing it. Cultivate the thirst for good knowledge, rather than supressing the inquisitiveness which is simply a natural side-effect of growing up.
With that promise of being a friendly guide to your younger generation, I ask you, dear Isha, to not feel ashamed or afraid to bombard all the adults in the house with your questions & queries. You have the right to know about how our bodies work, and as adults, it is our duty to give you the information you demand in the right way, regardless of the time & place of your queries.
My last piece of advice as a young human being who has the same needs as you do, is that you should never feel guilty about putting your needs before everything else, because there’s nothing bad in wanting to feel happy & good about yourself, because you’re doing nothing wrong, and because even if you make mistakes, there is someone who will always trust you, respect your space, and understand what you can’t express in words.
You know, I promised Mom I’ll be the friend she & Dad can never be for you. So, I’ll say this again, and I’ll keep saying it until it gets fixed in your head- You, my dear Isha, are never alone. You have my support, and you can be 100% sure that I’ll sincerely accept & appreciate all the decisions you take.

Nintendo just announced that they are bringing Super Nintendo World to Universal Studios Japan soon. It will open in 2020, just in time for the Tokyo Olympics. It will be a full blown exhibit, instead of only taking up a small portion of the park.
In a press release, the company’s spokesperson has said, “Super Nintendo World will be comprised of expansive and multi-level environments filled with unprecedented, state-of-the-art rides, interactive areas, shops and restaurants, all featuring Nintendo’s most popular characters and games.”
    © Nintendo
The development cost at Universal Studios Japan, according to the sources, is expected to exceed 50 billion yen with Super Nintendo World set to be developed primarily using the park’s current parking area and part of an area designated for future expansion.
The press release further highlighted that Super Nintendo World will feature characters and themes from the Super Mario series, which has continued over the years to win the hearts of devoted fans around the world. The attraction area will also feature a variety of other globally popular Nintendo characters. Nintendo characters and the worlds they inhabit will be recreated at the highest level of quality through the strong partnership between Mr. Shigeru Miyamoto, Creative Fellow at Nintendo, and Mark Woodbury, President of Universal Creative, renowned for creative and technical excellence.
Even though it will take some time to be ready for opening, it surely will be huge and will become one of the biggest tourist attraction.
You should start planning your holiday to Japan already. We sure are.

It’s been 12 years since the show ended but we still haven’t found a better, funnier character than Chandler Bing! Matthew Perry was once invited on 'The Graham Norton Show' and, of course, Chandler Bing was brought to life once again. Matthew Perry took a Chandler Bing quiz from ‘Friends’ on the show and impressed us with his memory! What’s funny, though, is that he still couldn’t answer what Chandler Bing’s job title was! Do you remember it?

Crisitano Ronaldo edged closer to Messi’s five Ballon d’Or titles by winning the coveted trophy for the fourth time. Ronaldo was crowned the best footballer for the past 12 months after a successful year which saw him winning the Euro Cup for Portugal in France.
Ronaldo was not present at the ceremony as his club Real Madrid had traveled to Japan for the FIFA Club World Cup and therefore sent a pre-recorded message to his fans. "For me it's an unbelievable moment, I'm so proud, so happy," he said. "Thank you to everyone who voted for me. Thank you to my teammates ... Portugal national team, and this trophy's for Real Madrid."

Portugal was one of the luckiest teams in recent times to have made it to the Euro Cup knockouts. They qualified as the third best placed team after draws with teams like Iceland, Austria and Hungary. Ronaldo scored three goals in the tournament whereas Antoine Griezmann scored six for runners up France. Griezmann, interestingly, was being touted as the dark horse in the early stages of voting but ended up third behind Messi after the final count.
After 2007, Ronaldo and Messi have dominated the footballer of the year award. This year though, the news of Ronaldo winning the award was purportedly leaked on a social media account.

The OnePlus 3T was recently launched in India and we got our hands on it to test out the minor changes that have been made to the already amazing OnePlus 3. However, the phone is a bit more expensive than its predecessor but how does it fair when putting it to the test?
The OnePlus 3 was launched in July in India; however, it has already been replaced with the new 3T. Although it might look identical, there are slight changes that we need to address.
Carl Pei, the co-founder of OnePlus claimed that they did not have to wait another year to launch a phone that would be more or less the same with minor improvements like a better camera, a larger battery and a faster processor. However, OnePlus did increase the price in the process as they launched the phone for INR 29,999 as compared to INR 27,999 when the OnePlus 3 first launched.
A fine body and a better feel  © BCCL
The aluminium body looks slimmer, is curved and feels like 6 months were spent on the phone to refine it. It’s nice to hold the phone in your palm and there is no doubt that the phone feels like a premium phone, sometimes a bit better than the Google Pixel.
The AMOLED screen reflects subtle and balanced colours; however, you can now customise the tone to your liking. The 5.5-inch screen is amazing to look at and the subtle colours make images and videos look lively.
Although the screen might look great and fool an average user, the 3T is not up to the mark when you compare it to other top end Android phones. Most premium phones use quad HD resolutions but it seems like OnePlus decided to cut costs here. When compared to the Google Pixel, it looks less sharp. Most people won’t even notice the difference and will be happy of the quality regardless.
    © BCCL
Other Specifications • Screen: 5.5in full HD AMOLED (401ppi)
    • Processor: quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821
    • RAM: 6GB of RAM
    • Storage: 64 or 128GB
    • Operating system: Android 6.0.1 OxygenOS 3.5
    • Camera: 16MP rear camera with OIS, 16MP front-facing camera
    • Connectivity: LTE, Dual-Sim, Wi-Fi, NFC, USB-C, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS
    • Dimensions: 152.7 x 74.7 x 7.35 mm
    • Weight: 158g
A better camera The OnePlus 3T features a 16-megapixel primary camera which has some minor improvements when it comes to noise suppression and emphasis on details. The camera is capable of taking some awesome pictures in good lighting conditions and decent photos in low-light environments. Of course, it does not hold up against a Google Pixel or an iPhone when it comes to low-light pictures, but hey! They aren’t bad either.

The selfie camera also sports a 16-megapixel sensor and gave us some detailed pictures. Not to forget that the megapixel count doesn’t really matter when it comes to the quality of a picture, but these sure look natural.

    Better Battery Life © BCCL
The OnePlus 3T uses the more powerful Snapdragon 821 processor (same as the Google Pixel) but has the same amount of memory and storage as its predecessor.
The phone is fast and powerful but there was no noticeable difference when compared to the OnePlus 3, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing because the OnePlus 3 is one of the fastest phones in the market today. The battery size has been increased and it lasts longer than the already impressive OnePlus 3.
I used the phone comprehensively at the gym and even at a music festival, which proved why the phone has such a stupendous battery life. I used the phone to stream music over the internet while connected to a Bluetooth speaker.
    © BCCL
I even used it when I was bored during a very long and lengthy car ride to the festival and all I can say is that the phone lasts long, really long. Naturally, when at the festival, we took many photos and managed work and it still lasted for 32 hours, between charges.
The OnePlus proprietary Dash Charge is also one the reasons why this phone excels as the phone can be charged from 0% to 100% in around an hour. This feat makes the OnePlus 3T one of the fastest charging smartphones, thanks to the USB Type-C port.
Price The OnePlus 3T is available in two colours with 64 GB of storage for INR 29,999 and with 128 GB for INR 34,999. It is currently available exclusively on Amazon.
    The Final Say  © BCCL
We love everything about this phone. From the metal body and design to the camera and the impressive fast charging capabilities; it is more refined than its predecessor and a definite purchase if you held back when deciding to buy the OnePlus 3. Even though our country is facing a cash crunch, we think your bank balance will not break if you invested in this phone. Although, we do think that OnePlus needs to start providing faster software updates.
Pros: metal unibody, super-fast fingerprint sensor, acceptable screen, fast charging, good camera, cheaper than rivals
Cons: not quite as cheap as it once was, no expandable storage, not yet running Nougat, slow software updates.

For the past couple of days, Twitter has been having a field day rolling on the floor laughing, thanks to some mischievous and hilarious tweets from the official accounts of big-wigs like Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, liquor baron Vijay Mallya, and renowned journalist Barkha Dutt to name a few. The geniuses behind these gems are a hackers’ group called ‘Legion’ who have been ruling social media for quite some time now and boy we must say, we have already fallen for their wit.
    © Pixabay
Earlier this month, Legion posted Mallya’s personal details like house address, phone numbers and passwords. Prior to that, Rahul Gandhi’s account was hacked and we bet even Rahul must have giggled, sitting at his home reading those hilarious tweets. Seeing the confidence Legion has and the way they are threatening them, they definitely seem to be hiding some cards up their sleeves.
    © Wikimedia
So who exactly is Legion and how are they f**king with the minds and accounts of these influencers? We are sure you would want to know the same. Well, according to the Delhi police’s cybercrime cell, Legion is a union of hackers based out of five countries – the United States, Canada, Thailand, Sweden and Romania. If you closely notice, these hackers leave their email id, legion_group@sigaint.org, urging other hackers to join them.
Moreover, there are some who are trying to connect the dots between this group and the infamous hacker’s group from the mid 1980s, LoD (Legion of Doom). LoD too, targeted rich and famous people’s email accounts. But, since LoD was inactive since 2000s, there does not seem to be any connection between the two groups.
    © Pixabay
In a time when technology is growing rapidly, it’s surprising that these hackers not only manage to breach internet security, but also have access to important information concerning the people whom they think are corrupt. Legion too considers itself as a "cyber vigilante" whose aim is to expose the corrupt people; however, their game is still very hard for people to decipher.
    © Pixabay
Just in case you are wondering how they spread their network, reportedly, Legion communicates through email servers and browsers, which are secured against surveillance. Basically, they don’t use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer, just in case you thought you could become the next big hacker (if you are talented you can still consider). They apparently use a browser called The Onion Router (TOR) that’s difficult to track. If you are technologically sound, you might have heard of Darknet as well.
Well, Legion is definitely on point with its hacking game. It will be interesting to see who their next target will be.

Guns N’ Roses just sold a million tickets for their upcoming European tour in a single day. The general tickets went on sale on the morning of December 9th, after Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan confirmed their first appearances in Europe since their reunion earlier this year.
The ‘Not In This Lifetime’ tour had already notched up two million sales from previously-available events.
The currently-confirmed 2017 dates take in Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Asia, Europe, the UK and North America but it’s thought even more shows are to be announced.

Yeah, this story doesn’t end well. Not for this guy. But the good thing is, if there’s ever a contest on the most embarrassing *** stories, this guy’s definitely winning it. Because the probability of this happening to anyone is lesser than this man delivering a hit.
    © Yash Raj Films
This dude took to Reddit to narrate what really happened that one night when he jerked off eavesdropping on his roommate and a girl he brought home having loud ***. There’s no way you can predict where things went wrong.
The story has been going viral all over the internet because it’s as hilarious as it’s embarrassing.
    © Thinkstock/Getty Images
"This happened yesterday. So, I was lying on my bed in my room at home, reading, when I heard the front door open and my flatmate come in with a girl. He clearly didn't think I was home, because they immediately went to his room (which shares a wall with mine). I was mildly amused by this, so I decided not to go out and ruin their fun.
Before long, they start getting down to it and, since they didn't think I was home, they weren't shy about being vocal. He was grunting away, and she was moaning pretty loudly, shouting his name, etc. All this noise started to turn me on, so I started masturbating, figuring that this was better than porn because it was real-life. Eventually, the girl started moaning even louder, which I took to indicate that she was cumming, and there was some definite wall-banging as well, so it didn't take me long to finish either. Satisfied, I went back to my book.
After about half an hour or so, I was bored of being confined to my room, so I went out into the lounge, not really caring if I'd embarrass them; we're all adults, we can just laugh it off.
I walked into the lounge to find my flatmate sitting on the couch, watching TV, with his arm around my little sister.
    Christ. What have I done?"

Your embarrassing *** story will never beat this one. Admit it.

It’s not easy, dating a woman who doesn’t need saving. As a man, you’re only too used to doing that; you love doing that, just like you enjoy the occasional ego boost. But, she doesn’t need it. That’s something that you not only have to understand but, also—and more importantly—need to accept.
    © Pexels
She’s the alpha female and she doesn’t need you to reaffirm her faith in herself. She stopped justifying herself to the world a long time ago—the day she realized no one and nothing ever lasts forever. She doesn’t need your shoulder to cry on when the night’s too dark and she doesn’t need you to walk her home when it’s late. She’s all too used to doing it all on her own for longer than you’ve been chivalrous to women in general.
    © Pexels
She doesn’t need you to ask her out. She isn’t waiting for you to make the first move. She doesn’t throw around words like ‘women’s rights’ and ‘feminism’ at the drop of her hat; or start a debate on women’s equality every time she’s around a man. She doesn’t demand respect; she reserves it just by being present the way that she is. She doesn’t need to flaunt her figure for a man; she’ll do it for herself. She doesn’t need you to call the waiter for her. She can take the first step; just like she’s been doing in all the other areas of her life. She isn’t afraid to offer her hand out for you to take; she isn’t hesitant to take the lead so that you can follow her shadow.
    Simply put, she isn’t afraid.
    But, you are.
    © Pexels
You’re afraid of the fact that she doesn’t need you in her life; she only wants you to be a part of it. You’re afraid of the fact that she’d rather split the bill on your date and you might not get to act chivalrous because she doesn’t need you to pull the chair out for her. You’re afraid of the fact that on nights, when she’s been through hell, you might not even know it because she can take care of her own self; even if that means crying herself to sleep. She’s learned to pick herself up on her own, every time she falls down; and it’s an art to watch her do it. She knows how to wipe away her own tears and smile through it all… Hell, she’ll even make the world around her smile, without anyone noticing her eyes well up.
You want to be the shoulder she cries on when her world is falling apart. You want to be the hand she holds when the going gets tough. You want to be the one she turns to when everyone else turns their backs on her. You want her to need you so that you can feel your worth. You want to be in control; you want to be the one who says, ‘I got this!’ You can’t because you don’t ‘got this’. She’s the one who has it under control; even if it means she’s falling apart inside.
    © Pexels
To date the strong independent woman is to feel left out; to be the last one invited to your own party. She knows what she wants and she’s made up her mind before you can change your shirt. And it confuses you; yet, it intrigues you. The difference between her and all the other women—no, girls—you’ve dated is pretty stark. She isn’t anything like them. She can take care of herself. These six words sum up her entire life, attitude and demeanor; be it around you, or anybody else she’s with. She doesn’t show you she needs you. She won’t ask you to stay if you’ve just announced there’s an important errand you have to run; never mind if she actually wants you to stay. She won’t even ask you what the errand is. She’ll just smile and let you go. She’ll never ask you to wait for her because she knows not to expect anything out of anyone—no matter how dear to her you may be. She’ll just smile and tell you to carry on. She won’t tell you any of her stories, even if she’s been dying to tell someone—anyone—about her side. She’ll just smile and talk about you, instead. You may never know about the scars she’s got; or the hurt she’s been accustomed to by now because she doesn’t think it’s important enough to talk about anymore. She’ll never make promises she can’t keep. And if she makes you a promise, it will be the only thing she ever keeps. Simply because she knows the hurt of broken promises.
She has no pedestal on which she’s set her expectations of the people—especially the men—in her life. She learned a long time ago that everyone is but, human and fleeting. She has no examples to give for the men she’s dated in the past, or the ones she intends to date in the future. She doesn’t have many expectations from you. Just that you stand for what you believe in; just that you stand your own ground; just that you’re 200% sure of yourself, your choice of her and the fact that you want to be with her. She doesn’t care that you might need her more than she needs you. Ego is never her bone of contention; honesty is. She will fight the world for you and for her; all she needs is for you to be worth that fight.
You never really know her; except that you know she’s as independent as the Sun. She can ignite her own fire and light up the world with it. And you know it; which is why you want nothing but to be with her; even if it means it’s just so you can shine in her light. She makes you want to be half the man that she already is for herself.

Aamir Khan’s transformation for ‘Dangal’ is still a burning topic and so was Salman’s for ‘Sultan’. Everybody looks at what is shown on the screen. Stupid YouTubers shout steroid use and discredit the actor’s hard work. It’s doesn’t happen that way. We sat down with Rakesh Udiyar, the man behind Salman Khan’s and Aamir Khan’s massive transformations and talked about bodybuilding, celebrity fitness, stupid fitness YouTubers and Mr. Olympia.
    1. You Have Come A long, long way. Let’s go back in time.
    © IndiaToday
I am a simple man. I come from a very humble background. We were never rich or anything like that. My father worked as a contractor and suffered paralytic stroke. At the age of 6, I started selling small items for a commission of Rs.5-Rs.10 per day. My brother also started working at a tea stall. It was hard to make ends meet but we were headstrong about achieving success. My mother started working in Bandra with a rich family, as a house keeper. They were into selling stationery and I still remember her name, it was Mrs. Bina Chiblani. They treated us like family. They helped us completing our schooling and always encouraged us to keep on learning. This is how we all started working. While working small time jobs, I was still inclined towards fitness. I always kept reading about it. At 16 I got a job as a sweeper at Q gym in khar. There I met Anil Alapat and Ashok Shinde, who are well-known in the industry. They have played major role in my journey to success. I was then promoted to a floor trainer and use to guide more people. Eventually I started as a freelancer and I got into this industry and stared training celebrities.
    2. How different it is, training a common man and training a celebrity?
    © Mid-day
Fitness training ground rule remains the same for everyone. I give my 100% to each and every person I train but yes the celebrities do require special attention because there are a lot of deadlines and constraint to follow. And no doubt they are as dedicated and focused as any sportsperson for their projects.
    3. Use of anabolic steroids by the Bollywood stars, what's your take on this?
    © YouTube
Bodybuilding definitely has a dark side but that doesn’t mean every celebrity is on steroids. Please understand that. They work hard for months to achieve their goals. People don’t understand anabolics and think that juice does all the work.
    4. How different was training Aamir for ‘Dangal’ than training Salman for ‘Sultan’?
    © YouTube
Each of them had their own journey for the results they achieved and am happy to be a part of the same. Both of them are extremely dedicated and focused. Salman bhai would only eat home cooked food and his dedication to training is stupendous. Aamir sir, as we all know, is a perfectionist and his transformation speaks for itself.
    5. You are being mentored by IFBB pro Dennis James, tell us something about this.
    © YouTube
Dennis James is a legend. I owe him a lot as he is the source of most of the knowledge that I have today. He’s my IDOL. When I started my bodybuilding career, James was the first person I started following.
    6. Do you see Indian Bodybuilders on the Mr. Olympia Stage in the future?
Of course, the potential our athletes have is immense. Come 2017, I will surprise you all. I aspire to train more bodybuilders who can represent India worldwide. I will do so and we will make to Mr Olympia.
    7. A lot of guys call themselves fitness trainers but all they do is play with their client’s health. A few lines for those who aspire to become fitness trainers will be much appreciated?
The industry is infected with such coaches. It’s a serious problem.  Youngsters get played around with at desi gyms. There’s no counseling, no nutrition routines to follow. If you are a rookie, hire a trained coach and keep it natural. Dedication is utmost important and your journey plays a very big role in becoming the person you want to be.

Do you get fatigued before you even expect? Does your energy level drop very often? If the answer to both the questions is yes, then you need to get your hemoglobin level checked. Chances are that you may be deficient to some essential vitamins and minerals that might lead you to become anemic (deficient to hemoglobin). However, the good news is, you can bring your hemoglobin within a healthy range just by incorporating the required vitamins and minerals.
Understanding Hemoglobin And Its Importance © YouTube
Simply put, Hemoglobin is the blood protein present in the red blood cells that carry oxygen from the lungs to most of your vital organs. It binds the iron and oxygen in the blood cells.
Normal hemoglobin range for an average adult:
Male: 13.8 to 17.2 grams per deciliter
Female: 12.1 to 15.1 grams per deciliter
Hemoglobin Production Is Determined By The Following Vitamin and Minerals Iron
As mentioned above, iron plays the pivotal role in the production of hemoglobin. It is an essential mineral for the body that helps strengthening immune system, cognitive functions and memory retention. An average adult’s requirement for iron is 19.3–20.5 mg/day for men and 17.0–18.9 mg/day for women.
    Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12, also known as Cobalamine, is essential for the growth and maintenance of the cells. It plays a major role in the formation of red blood cells and myelin sheath that surrounds nerve fibers. Neurological issues like degeneration of spinal cord, sense of vibration in lower limbs, lesion in brain, etc can happen due to the deficiency of vitamin B12.
    Requirement for B12- 12-200 mcg/day
    Folic Acid
Folic acid aka vitamin B9 plays an imperative role in cell division, formation of matured red blood cells, DNA synthesis, regulating the amino acid metabolism etc. Deficiency of folic acid can lead to anemia, cardio respiratory issues, difficulty in putting on weight etc.
    © YouTube
Requirement for folic acid: 1000 mcg/day
Food sources that boost hemoglobin: The green leafy vegetables and red meat (especially liver) are the richest sources of the above mentioned vitamins and minerals.
Hence, in case, you mostly feel dizziness, lack of energy, or fatigue, consult your physician in order to get your hemoglobin diagnosed.

Patrick J Adams and Troian Bellisario finally tied the knot this Saturday in Southern California, after being engaged for almost three years. The couple drove up to the wedding venue in a converted school bus which said ‘Almost Married’ on the back and the guests spent the wedding weekend in glamorous tents at the venue.

Both Patrick and Troian encouraged their 200 guests to donate to the David Suzuki Foundation and SickKids Hospital instead of getting them any gifts.
Today's the day. And what a glorious day it is. #fortday2016

The wedding ceremony was set in an intimate area surrounded by trees and the path for the guests was surrounded by candles and they sat on vintage wooden theatre chairs. The couple exchanged their vows in front of two old oak trees.
My sweet sister. I love you. You had me in tears tonight. Congratulations @sleepinthegardn @halfadams ❤️

I can truly say that I have never had a more beautiful or happier three days in my life, but what's more incredible than that was that right in the middle of it I married my best friend. @halfadams I love you. Always and in all ways. #fortday2016 (photo by the incredible @maxwanger thank you max)

Ahead of the actual wedding date, the couple greeted guests with a “camp orientation”, according to one guest. They also arranged some entertainment for the guests and set up a bonfire, where Adam’s friend Brendan Patrick Hines performed Bright Eyes’ “First Day of My Life” on an acoustic guitar. Adams also serenaded his soon to be wife and Bellisario joined her groom-to-be onstage as well to sing and give him a big kiss.
8 years ago we built a pillow fort in my old apartment and started a conversation that has grown into a whole life. It was just a quiet shared idea that became a yearly tradition. This year we invited some more people. A lot more. And we made a wedding out of it. Three perfect days with friends and family. Kids screaming and laughing in the pool shouting "Fort Day" at the top of their lungs. Our incredible tribe lifting us up the same way they have for so many years. It's impossible to put into words how it all felt. Filled with so much gratitude that I'm lucky enough to have married my best friend. Love you @sleepinthegardn - can't wait to see what happens next. #fortday2016 ?cred @daveschwepphotography

With shaadi season in full swing, our favorite cricketers are all getting hitched. It all started with Yuvraj Singh, and the latest one to join the bandwagon is Ishant Sharma. Looking at their skills on the pitch, it seems their knack to score high also seeps in their ability to make the right fashion choices. From opulent sherwanis to tailored tuxedos, they have indulged in some sartorial finery and we can’t help but appreciate.
Here are some of the coolest cricketers who got it right in terms of style...
What’s better than a combination of red and white? Harbhajan Singh nailed the look in this white Archana Kochhar sherwani.

Rohit Sharma went for a simple and classic white Raghavendra Rathore sherwani with a hot pink safa.

Suresh Raina opted for an opulent gold embroidered sherwani. At times it’s great to let go of simplicity!

Irfan Pathan experimented with the classic embroidered sherwani at his wedding.

Robin Uthappa took a detour from the very ethnic outfits his fellow cricketers wore. Instead, he chose a classic royal blue three-piece suit for his wedding.

Yuvraj Singh did not hold back at his wedding and looked charming in an intricately detailed JJ Valaya sherwani.

Ishant Sharma became the latest cricketer to get married and did so in great style. His heavily embroidered sherwani was suitable for the occasion.
