The significance of a cheat meal in a training program is probably one of the most debated topics in bodybuilding. Is it required, or it is just a reward for prolonged dieting?  In this article we will be talking about the science behind cheat meals.
    © YouTube
The logic is simple- the frequency of a cheat meal depends on your current fitness level and routine.  If you are below 12% body fat, then you may think of incorporating a single cheat meal once a week or fortnightly. However, if in case you are above 15% body fat and really serious about your transformation, then just simply stay away from cheat meals, for at least 4 weeks minimum. You have higher chances of rebounding on cheat weeks!
The Science Behind Cheat Meals © YouTube
The theory of the cheat meal is again, very subjective. There are a few research papers available that show that having a cheat meal after a prolonged calorie deficit diet can really boost the metabolism and has also shown some psychological benefits to the individual who has been dieting for a long time. A treat to the taste buds once a week through a single cheat meal helps an individual to keep himself on track for the subsequent days. Studies suggest that dieting for long durations can also hamper the thyroid hormone (T3 and T4) in the body that can further drop the basal metabolic rate. Now, in this case, a single cheat meal once a week, can revamp the missing threshold in an individual’s sluggish metabolism.
The Optimum Way To Enjoy A Cheat Meal Well, moderation is the key in order to enjoy a cheat meal without harming your hard-earned gains. Moreover, the principle of fast to feast, i.e. either fasting throughout the day or having a very low carb day, prior to a cheat day, can be applied in order have a guilt free cheat meal. Always plan your cheat meals! Don’t just binge on whatever comes on your plate. Plan to eat what you have been craving for.  Here are a few tips- try to share your cheat meal with your partner. This way your chances of binging will be reduced. If possible, check your bodyweight first thing in the morning of your cheat day. These tricks can be helpful in order to keep yourself in control while enjoying your cheat meal. Remember do not eat to make yourself feel uncomfortable and bloated. Just eat to enjoy your cheat meal and get back to the grind the very next day.

While men seem to lead the no-strings-attached dating motto, women are not far behind. One thing that bothers most men while pursuing a woman is the level of commitment she is looking at. If you are looking for a life partner, you are sorted but if you are just looking for fling, you have to tread carefully.
It is a general perception that a woman, if looking for a partner, must be looking for a long-term relationship. While it is true in most cases, considering the pressure of settling down on a woman, there are also times when all a woman needs is a no-strings-attached fling. But how do you tell? What if she gets offended? Surely, you don’t want to mislead a woman when you know you two want different things. Imagine the regret when you realise she was giving you all the hints for a romp in the hay and you resisted all that charm coz you didn’t want a relationship.
While there is nothing full-proof and sureshot in suggesting what a woman wants, there are some signs that will help you figure out if she is just looking for a fling or for a serious relationship. Now one thing has to be kept in mind here – no matter what signs a woman gives you, it is never a license for ***. It never means you can seduce her because she did something or talked to you in a certain manner. Those are just hints for you to pick up and ask her out – what course has to be taken next depends on your comfort levels and consent.
    1. She Touches You Suggestively. A Lot © Thinkstock Photos/Getty Images
This one’s a given. Women do it when they are really interested in you. A casual brush of the arm or standing too close to you is a clear indicator she likes you. But what distinguishes it from a romantic touch is the way it happens. The touch will be discreet and on unexpected places like brushing of legs when you are sitting together in a cab. If she holds your arm in a cute cuddly way, don’t read *** into it – she likes your company and finds it comforting. But if she grazes her shoulder against your torso, runs her hand through your hair, finishing it ever so lightly on your neck behind the ear, she probably considers you eye candy. Feeling objectified, are we?
    2. She Teases You  © Thinkstock Photos/Getty Images
Now this doesn’t mean simple harmless banter and pulling your leg. That is plain romantic, or just fondness. When her teasing involves physical proximity and action from both the sides, sense a sexual tension right there. Be it pouring water on your face when you are sleeping or tickling your ear, instigating you to jump up in your seat and take sweet revenge, she is looking for excuses to get close to you.
    3. She Brings The Topic Of *** Into Conversation Frequently  © Thinkstock Photos/Getty Images
While it is one thing to make sleazy jokes it is another to talk about it on a serious note. If she mentions ***, is curious about your *** life, or about your sexual fantasies, she is probably testing the waters. She is gauging how much fun you can be between the sheets.
    4. She Invites You Over To Her House All The Time  © Thinkstock Photos/Getty Images
If you still haven’t read the signs and figured out, be prepared to be pushed into the friend zone. She might or might not accept your offer to go to your place because of comfort levels, but is she has been inviting you over to her place after parties, dates, hanging out, it means she is comfortable with you and trusts you. You guys could only be chilling for all you know, depending on what she is comfortable with, but it is definitely a step closer towards greater intimacy.
    5. You Don’t Really Have A Conversation  © Thinkstock Photos/Getty Images
Her responses to your texts are delayed, sometimes in monosyllables, but she always replies.  The conversation is either dead or it is flirtatious; it is never meaningful. She is flirting with you but not really talking. And even when you meet, there is no real effort from her side to talk, get to know you—she doesn’t ask too many questions about you as a person, your profession, your hobbies. She’d prefer to dance rather than listen to you; I know it sounds harsh but that’s casual dating. If you want the same thing as she does, jackpot. If you don’t, you know when to get out.
While these are general signs and may or may not mean something. Whether a woman wants a one-night stand or a fling, it doesn’t mean she is easy and will always be open to anything. It is entirely her will to take the date forward. Consent to *** is not based on a vague sign; it is a clear communication. Having said that, we hope you never miss a chance to pick up the right signs at the right moments!

Most companies based globally have their own pricing models which are specific from country to country. The iPhone is one of those products that is in high demand and is ubiquitous worldwide. There is no doubt that the iPhone costs way more than it does in the US or even China.
    © Reuters
Most of the time the reason why the iPhone costs more in India and other countries is because of tax tariffs and our very weak currency. For example, according to a report by Linio in China, the iPhone costs around $470 whereas in Japan it is available for $414. Japan and China have the two cheapest average iPhone prices in Asia. They are also number two and three cheapest average prices in the world, behind Angola. In case you are wondering how much an iPhone costs in India, it’s $505. It’s not as bad you think because Singaporean iPhone customers have to buy it at a price of $970.
    © Reuters
The sole reason why such parity exists in prices is due to the fact that India has very high tariffs and taxes, which prevent companies like Apple to sell the iPhone at an affordable price. Other reasons like logistics also have a major cause behind the high price. In India, Apple does not operate on its own i.e. they don’t have their own stores and they sell most of their products through third party resellers (some of them shady as ****) and it has to pass through five other middlemen before the iPhone reaches customers. In turn, if Apple wants to make a profit in India, they have to increase their prices as well.
    © Reuters
Labour and land cost also plays a factor in driving prices higher. Cities like New Delhi and Mumbai have some of the most expensive real-estate prices in the world and have expensive rent compared to China. When you add tariffs, taxes, high rents and other factors into play, we are bound to have expensive iPhones for some time to come.

This year, a lot of old bands made a comeback, or announced a comeback—which makes us anticipate 2017 all the more. This year, we also lost a few legends and some of those legends went out with a bang—think, David Bowie.
So, without much further ado, here’s a list of the 10 best music albums that graced the charts, and our ears, this year!
    1. Solange – A Seat At The Table The Knowles sisters killed it this year with their music. But, just when you thought Beyonce would snag Spot No. 1, Solange came and stole it all. Her music will heal you.
Must Listen: Don’t Touch My Hair
    2. Frank Ocean – Blonde
There are some men who give you goals. Frank Ocean is one of those. His music makes you want to search your soul for answers after having locked yourself in a room just so you can let your ears bleed his lyrics. No kidding.
    Must Listen: Nikes
    3. Beyonce – Lemonade This was definitely the year of controversial musical albums. One side we have Kanye West showing celebrities nude in a music video; on the other hand we have Queen Bey singing about her husband’s alleged affair in an album that killed it! There’s a reason why she’s queen.
    Must Listen: Freedom
    4. David Bowie – Blackstar To say that Bowie is a star is to make the biggest understatement of the century. The world lost a frigging legend with the demise of David Bowie. But such a genius was the guy; he gave us his last album before he left and it’s every damned thing in the music world!
    Must Listen: Blackstar
    5. Kanye West – The Life Of Pablo This was the year of quite a few controversial people; one of them was definitely Mr West. He owned and he slayed, angered sentiments and released an album that went off the charts, completely!
    Must Listen: Waves
    6. Chance The Rapper – Colouring Book He’s young; he’s a game changer and this was definitely his year. The staccato in his voice and the music is every reason why you should absolutely listen to this one.
    Must Listen: All We Got
    7. A Tribe Called Quest – We Got It From Here… Thank You For Your Service Yes, that’s the album name. Moving on, the music combined with the lyrics and the rhythm makes it hard to give this album a skip in a day and age when you hark back to the older.
    Must Listen: We The People

    8. Anohni – Hopelessness Anohni has a very powerful and magical voice that urges you to sit up and listen when she sings; lest you might miss out on something great.
    Must Listen: Watch Me
    9. Angel Olsen – My Woman Olsen fits into the category of a younger generation of singer-songwriters and what makes her stand out is her captivating voice, combined with the soul-stirring music and lyrics.
    Must Listen: Sister
    10. Radiohead – A Moon Shaped Pool The band released their 9th album this year and gave us yet another reason to tune out of the world and into their music. With this album, they reiterated why we love them to begin with.
    Must Listen: Burn The Witch

In a report by the Washington post, the chief executive of Tesla , Elon Musk, as well as the head of Uber , Travis Kalanick, have been chosen to advice the recently elected President of US, Donald Trump.
    © Reuters
This announcement was made after a meeting on Wednesday. This meeting was attended by Elon Musk and many other top executives from Apple, Facebook, Google and many other such companies.
    © Reuters
This piece of news is particularly interesting because Musk was thoroughly vocal regarding his criticism of Trump. “He doesn't seem to have the sort of character that reflects well on the United States,” he had told CNBC earlier this year. Even Kalanick has said this to a young college audience- “Oh my god, Donald Trump’s gonna win. I’m going to move to China if Donald Trump wins.”

Trump had announced earlier that other members of the strategy group shall include JP Morgan chief executive Jamie Dimon, Disney chief executive Bob Iger and Ginny Rometty, the chief executive of IBM.

Indian Test skipper Virat Kohli has been in sublime form this year. The Delhi lad has amassed 640 runs including two hundreds and two fifties in the ongoing Test series against England. His batting heroics also secured India's 3-0 series win against the visitors with one game left to play in Chennai oh the 16th of December.
Apart from the England series, 2016 has been one of the most effective years for the Indian batting sensation. The right-hander has scored 2,580 runs across all formats this year. He is just 47 runs away from becoming India's highest run-scorer in a calendar year across all formats.
    © BCCL
But, despite his sensational run, Kohli failed to impress his English counterpart James Anderson, who didn't shy away from taking a dig at the Indian skipper. "We had success against him in England, but the pace of the pitches over here just takes any flaws he has out of the equation. There's not that pace in the wicket to get the nicks, like we did against him in England with a bit more movement. Pitches like this suit him down to the ground. When that's not there, he's very much suited to playing in these conditions," Anderson had said.
Following his comments, the England seamer attracted a lot of criticism for questioning Kohli's batting prowess outside the subcontinent. Though the timing of his oddly ungracious assessment couldn't have been worse, the lanky pacer wasn't really wrong, at least about Kohli's form in England.
The right-handed batsman was dismissed by Anderson four times in five Test matches during India's forgetful tour of England in 2014. Kohli's temperament and technique was ridiculed after he averaged just 20.12 with a single score over 50 in the nine previous Tests against England.
    © BCCL
There is no doubt about Kohli's success in numerous parts of the world, although England still remains a fortress that has yet to be conquered by the Delhi batsman. The only dark spot in Kohli's career has been used by sly opponents like Anderson to get him worked-up.
The English pitches are best suited for seam bowling, offering lateral movement and considerable bounce which tends to trouble the best in the business. On such pitches, if a batsman of Kohli's calibre can get some time to get accustomed to the conditions, the results would be drastically different.
This is where a stint with county cricket could do wonders for the Indian Test captain. Since India is scheduled to tour England in 2018, Kohli can surely take out a few months to play county cricket in England.
    © BCCL
Sachin Tendulkar played for Yorkshire in 1992. Sourav Ganguly played 21 games for Northamptonshire. And, even Gautam Gambhir had a stint with Essex back in 2013. Given Kohli's impeccable technique and ability to adapt quickly, the right-hander can make the most of his county stint to overcome his woes in England.
Kohli, too, is thinking about travelling to England much ahead of his teammates to play county cricket before the 2018 series. “If I have chance, I would love to be there. Say a month or a month-and-a-half before the tour. Get used to playing conditions and understand how the wickets behave in that phase of the year. I think these things matter a lot. I have been thinking about it and need to take time out to play there,” he said.
Whether Kohli actually decides on a county stint or not is yet to be seen, but the move, nevertheless, will clearly help the dashing cricketer to shut detractors like Anderson once and for all.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is notorious for bursting into flames and every major airline company banned it because of its instability. Eventually, Samsung took the hard decision to recall all the phones.
We might have thought that the case of exploding phones by Samsung might have stopped but as recent as last month a Samsung Galaxy S7 exploded in a car. Samsung has learnt a hard lesson with the Note 7 but users are now being skeptical about Samsung as even their washing machines have started to blow up.
However, a woman, Ashleigh Deakin witnessed her Samsung S7 Edge explode right in front of her eyes recently. It appears that Samsung still hasn’t gotten control of the situation.

These are the alleged photos, which show the aftermath of the explosion. Deakin, claims that the explosion happened when the phone was not even charging, meaning there seem to be other sinister reasons for the explosion other than a faulty battery and overcharging adapters.

Furiously, she even declared that she will not be buying any Samsung product in the future and will instead switch to an iPhone.

In the ongoing wedding season, most of us are either getting wedding updates on our Facebook feeds or are busy attending one. Believe it or not, but 2016 has been one of the most happening years in terms of weddings – be it top celebrities getting hitched, or people making unusual entries to their own weddings and who can forget the most iconic wedding of the year – Janardhan Reddy’s daughter’s Rs. 500 crore wedding.
    © YouTube
Having said that, not everyone spends that much money on their weddings y’know. Some people put that money to good use as well. Manoj Munot, a businessman from Maharashtra, had saved over Rs. 70 to 80 lakh for his daughter Shreya’s wedding, but he changed his mind and decided to spend that amount to provide 90 houses to the homeless people.
    © YouTube
Shreya said that she was really happy with her father’s decision and was elated to see the joy in the eyes of those who will now benefit from this gesture. Currently, nearly 40 families have moved into these cottages and many people are expected to shift soon. With the weather getting chillier day by day, this move is really a great initiative to help homeless people with the harsh weather. We need more people like them who think selflessly towards the betterment of society.

A war film that leaves a lasting impact is not a yearly occurrence, that’s for sure. The recent ones were good but in no way great or close to being a masterpiece. Thanks to the bar set by the likes of 'Saving Private Ryan', 'Black Hawk Down', 'Apocalypse Now' and 'Tthe Hurt Locker,' fans will not settle for anything less for a silver screen war-time spectacle. Next year, Christopher Nolan’s war epic, ‘Dunkirk’ will be released. We checked out the trailer and trust us, it’s already a classic.

The movie is based around the real-life miracle evacuation of Allied soldiers from the beaches and harbor of Dunkirk, France over ten bloody days of agony, during World War 2. With over 400,000 men stranded, the Dunkirk evacuation is one of the biggest and the bloodiest in the history of war. Tom Hardy and One Direction heartthrob, Harry Styles lead the star cast. Check out the trailer and marvel at all the action.

All the controversy around Karan Johar’s directorial venture ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ might not have been worth it, but if there’s one thing Fawad Khan’s fans would still kill for, it’s that deleted scene of his from the film that never made it to the final cut.
    DharmaProductions
There’s no way to know if it was chopped because of legitimate reasons or just because of the MNS pressure, but his blink and miss appearance in the film sure was a let-down.
    DharmaProductions
Not anymore though, for some deleted scenes from the film have made their way to YouTube because there’s nothing you can hide from the internet. The video that is doing the rounds on social media features a couple of deleted scenes from the film and apart from showing a conversation between Fawad Khan and Anushka Sharma’s character, it shows Aayan’s equation with Saba (Aishwarya Rai) in a lot more detail.
There’s definitely more of those deleted scenes and we’re hoping they make their way to the internet pretty soon as well.

The most beloved minister in the cabinet, Sushma Swaraj now has an official stamp for being loved globally as well. She has been listed under the ‘15 Global Thinkers of the year’ by Foreign Affairs magazine and even PM Modi took to Twitter to congratulate her.
Very proud to see our hardworking EAM @SushmaSwaraj part of the @ForeignPolicy Global Thinkers list 2016! Congrats. https://t.co/92H4a2drCI
    — Narendra Modi (@narendramodi) December 14, 2016 The magazine praised her "for fashioning a novel brand of Twitter diplomacy”. Sushma Swaraj has consistently lent out a helping hand anyone and everyone who needed it. In this digital age, where everyone is now accessible, very few considerate leaders like her have used this medium as a way to reach out to the people and truly serve them. She was active on Twittter even when her health took a toll when she was hospitalised recently.
    © Twitter
The magazine further quoted, "In July, Sushma Swaraj, India's External Affairs minister, tweeted to roughly 6 million followers that 10,000 Indian workers employed inside the kingdom faced a 'food crisis.' What followed was a week-long social media operation in which Swaraj posted information for migrants about rations provided by the Indian Embassy, claims for unpaid wages, and government-organized transportation home”. Swaraj has already earned the tag of ‘Supermom Of The State’ by The Washington Post.

Other notable leaders who made it to the list include Justin Trudeau, Angela Merkel and Hillary Clinton also. We need more leaders like Sushma Swaraj who is a stellar example of leadership in the country.

After adding live stories, Instagram has added another update where it will now let you save/bookmark posts for later viewing. The new bookmarking button now appears below the posts in your feed and the idea behind it is that since there is so much content to encounter, you might want to revisit a post you liked earlier.
By tapping the button, it becomes easier for users to locate these posts as it will open in a new, private tab. Instagram suggests that the feature is for times when you might stumble upon a funny video you want to remember or an outfit you want to draw inspiration from for your next wardrobe makeover.
    © Instagram
This is a feature that has been prominent on link/picture saving pinboard site, Pinterest, where people can save items they might want to use at a later time. Instagram, with the same feature will let them learn more about users and their interests even before people actually buy something. As a result, this can be used effectively for ad targeting when the data available is more robust.
    © Instagram
I use Instagram a lot in lieu of Pinterest and most of my digital life is catalogued over there, so why would I bother with another account for a different app. However, many people use Instagram for stalking purposes and the ability to now bookmark posts is basically stalking made easy. Instagram does not notify users if someone has bookmarked their post and that is one the reasons why people will use it to death when stalking.
It’s basic human nature to stalk your crush on Instagram and it is weird that I can now bookmark my crush’s selfies with her girlfriends or when she is holding a puppy. Instagram might want to push this feature so that advertisers might want to exploit it, but man, stalkers will always prevail.

Being a superstar comes with a lot of responsibilities. And also, a lot of love, especially when you’re one of the most influential (and good looking) actors of the generation. Yeah, we’re talking about Hrithik Roshan. ‘Kaabil’ may be slated against ‘Raees’, a film starring the King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, but looks like Hrithik has nothing to worry about as long as his fans stay by his side!
Hrithik plays Rohan Bhatnagar, a visually impaired man who’s out for some brutal revenge in ‘Kaabil’. The film’s trailer and songs inspired a visually impaired girl so much, she recorded a video of herself dancing to Hrithik’s song from the film. Here’s Saija Dasari dancing to ‘Kaabil Hoon’ from the film
This gesture was so heartwarming, Hrithik Roshan felt extremely touched and humbled! He took to Twitter to share Saija’s dance video and it has left everyone smiling from ear to ear!

The movie that’s still got people raving about it, even one year after its release, ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ was easily one of the most iconic films of the last decade. Why Katappa killed Baahubali became the new who came first –the chicken or the egg. 2017 is almost here and that means we finally get to see the whole story in the sequel of ‘Baahubali’ and obviously, the internet is pretty excited!

Rana Daggubati as Bhallala Dev in the film became an instant favourite with his menacing act and girls got yet another reason to drool over his stunning physique. It was understandable that his look from the sequel was what people were waiting for more than anything else. And the makers did make that wish come true!
It was Daggubati’s 32nd birthday yesterday and the makers finally unveiled Bhallala Deva’s look from ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’. Rana sure looks evil.

Donald Trump grabbed ‘em by the p*ssy and became America’s President, much against the will of everyone ranting against him on social media.

He won and it was the day people officially lost hope in humanity.
Aria Watson, an 18-year-old student from Clatsop Community College in Oregon created a photo series called #SignedByTrump for her photography class. She put it up on Tumblr for the world to see and it has gone viral all over the internet for the strong point it makes.

A Mumbai-based budding startup in the online hotel booking segment is introducing an entirely 21st century, modern way of experiencing hotels for travellers in India. In a bid to help them save money on accommodations while travelling across the country, Frotels, the startup lets the traveller book by the hour. Yes, this means you get to book your hotel room by the hour!
What this means? It simply means you save a lot more money, do what you went there for—which is primarily, rest, relax and prep for your adventurous stay. I’ll be honest here; no one really wants to spend their time in hotel rooms when travelling. So what’s the whole fuss about having to pay for the entire “experience” when we don’t really want one, am I right?
    © Pexels
The facility will be available across more than 55 cities in India at various types of hotels, including budget hotels, Bed & breakfasts, lodges and home stays. So this doesn’t just stick to budget properties and gives you the chance to actually stay in bigger properties while not having to pay for all the shenanigans you don’t enjoy anyway. Phew!

The founder of the startup, Mr Pankaj Misal, broke it down further when he said, “A frequent traveler, who is hopping from one city to another for business or leisure, can now make the best use of this service and can save money, which otherwise would not have been possible due to the conventional hotel policy; especially for the travelers who use hotel facilities only for an hour, or a few.” So, you can pay for your luxurious hotel only for the number of hours that you spend and avoid paying excess amount.
Looks like our hotel industry is becoming more and more millennial friendly and we couldn’t be happier! Now, let’s book ‘em tickets already!

Bollywood seems to be obsessed with tattoos. After the likes of Saif Ali Khan, Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra, the latest star to get inked is Sushant Singh Rajput. The ‘M.S. A real adventure is not just about fun and games, but about the thrill and the adrenaline rush you experience when you get behind the wheel. Driving through rough roads, crossing high altitude passes, and exploring unknown cities can give you a kick that a regular road trip will never be able to match. For this, your ride needs to be strong, sturdy and dependable. What better companion to amp up your adventure than the truly iconic Jeep itself. A vehicle that is known for its superior performance and class. Here are a few reasons why you should trust us when we say this.
    1. Go Anywhere. Do Anything.  © Jeep
The Jeep is built to adapt to all kinds of terrains because it is unmatchably advanced in all the Five Trail Rated test categories - Traction, Water Fording, Maneuverability, Articulation and Ground Clearance. The Trail rated badge on Jeep 4x4's proves their off-road capabilities on some of the toughest trails as well. Its wheels possess outstanding grip designed to reign on all kinds of roads. Vehicles undergo a lot of pressure in rocky areas and slippery roads. However, the Jeep’s wheels are sufficiently equipped to provide the required level of suspension to the tires that enhance the experience of driving. When an adventurous drive combines sturdiness with luxury, what more can one ask for?
    2.  Its Ultra- Premium Interior And Exterior Design Quality Makes It Totally Worth It © Jeep
Now if you are the one who is constantly on the prowl for adventures that come with luxury, then the Jeep is your ideal ride. From the world-class quality Swedish leather seats to the detailed technology that has been used to design the interior and exterior elements, the Jeep makes every journey an experience to cherish. It's multiview data controls, paddleshifters, cruise control and voice-control systems and climatized-for-comfort seats make it a class apart. Moreover, its iconic seven-slot grille design is one of the brand’s more recognizable stamps. You can see it on the brand’s latest models, like the Grand Cherokee SRT, Grand Cherokee and Wrangler!
    3. It Can Climb Over Any Obstacle Easily © Jeep
The Jeep has a great ground clearance that allows it to veer through unexpected obstacles with ease. Even if you face an obstacle and accidentally run over it, it proves to be a smooth job for the Jeep. It is fitted with sound electronic stability controls that assist in controlling the vehicle at all times, hill start assist and hill descent controls to move over tough cliffs, and safety controls like multistage air bags. The Jeep is also embodied with a high-precision steering capability along with optimized wheelbases, which enables it to avoid any sort of cosmetic damage. With a vehicle as technologically sophisticated as this, even a long self-driven road trip is bound to be a pleasure.
    4. It Gets You Through Rough Water Bodies Without Affecting The Engine © Jeep
En route to a campsite? It is likely that you will come across a water body. The Jeep doesn’t believe in stopping over and crosses these hurdles effectively. It features an additional electrical and body sealing along with a high air intake, that helps in navigating through streams and flooded underpasses.
    5. It Can Swiftly Accelerate And Glide Through The Roads © Jeep
The Jeep's unique launch control systems enable it to race through the roads without making the passengers feel the velocity of movement. It can literally adapt to any kind of track by means of its Selec-Track system in order to precisely adjust driving settings to maximise performance. The 6.4 litre HEMI V8 Engine delivers power through an efficient eight-speed automatic transmission (a standard SRT delivers 470 HP and 624 Nm of Torque that peaks 4100 rpm). After all, a classy vehicle which can race is always a pleasure to drive, right?
Opt for the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT that is powered with the strength to veer through the harshest tracks, and comes with a beauty and class that sets it apart. It is the most powerful and technologically advanced Jeep that has ever been built. Athletic. Aggressive. Awesome. These are the words that define the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. Literally, it is a head-turner at the tracks because of its unique combination of ultra-premium luxury and superior performance.
Go take a test drive now to experience the ultimate combination of luxury and power!

It’s quite the task when you have so many great books hitting stands and no idea which ones you absolutely need to grab right away. Which is why, I’m thanking God for LinkedIn and the site’s ever-expanding network of influencers!
In a recent post, the professional social networking site released a post which had LinkedIn’s Top Voices reveal their favourite books of 2016—books that they read, enjoyed and can’t stop talking, or writing about!
Here’s the list and I suggest, you get cracking on this already!
    1. Sapiens: A Brief History Of Human Kind Author: Yuval Noah Harari
    © LinkedIn
Recommended by: Nir Eyal, Author of ‘Hooked’
“‘Sapiens’ was the kind of book you chew on for months after reading it. The central thesis — that humans are fundamentally different from other primates because of our ability to share myths — helps explain several cultural phenomena.”
    2. When Breath Becomes Air Author: Paul Kalanithi
    © LinkedIn
Recommended by: Joah Spearman, CEO, Localeur
“‘When Breathe Becomes Air’ is more than a story about a doctor getting cancer, to me. I think it's a story more akin to one of purpose and joy. He found a sense of purpose in his work as a doctor and a sense of joy in his writing, but he found tremendously more purpose and joy in being able to do both in his life, however abbreviated. I think it is important for people, especially fellow millennials, to not hold themselves to this rigid definition of 'careers' and instead follow their passions to find a deep sense of purpose and joy in whatever they do, whether it's something that pays the bills for a decade or something that they do for a few years, but helps them re-charge for the next stage in life.”
    3. Makers and Takers: The Rise of Finance and the Fall of American Business Author: Rana Faroohar
    © LinkedIn
Recommended by: Dustin McKissen, Founder, McKissen + Company
“‘Makers and Takers’ was an extremely impactful book for me — in fact, it ended up being referenced in several of my posts this year. It talks about the increased financialization of our economy, and how the finance sector eats up more and more of our wealth, leaving less for individuals and for other business sectors. For example, banks make far fewer loans to small business than they did 30 years ago. If you read that book, the growing anger and populism across the world comes as less of a surprise.”
    4. But What If We’re Wrong? Author: Chuck Klosterman
    © LinkedIn
Recommended by: Ian Bremmer, President, Eurasia Group
“Klosterman is asking the big questions: What are the fundamental assumptions we hold about the world that could turn out to be completely wrong? I loved the way he looked at who turns out to matter in a field—literature, music, etc.—and how predictions could be completely off. Reading it, you can't help but think about your own field. For me that means asking questions like: Is the US inexorably a democracy? Are states the principal actors in geopolitics? Are productive jobs a fundamental part of the social contract? These things all deserve heavy prodding—maybe complete subversion. We are now living in a time when history is actually being made. It's high time to think bigger and challenge more. Klosterman nails it with this book.”
    5. Gone ‘Til November Author: Lil Wayne
    © LinkedIn
Recommended by: Michelle Chaffey, Founder and Chief Advocacy Officer, Ally Advocates
“‘Gone ‘Til November’ is Lil Wayne's journal of his eight months on Rikers Island in 2010. He showed amazing grace and positivity in a very challenging situation. There are some nuggets of Lil Wayne wisdom worth contemplating in there.”
    6. How To Make A Spaceship Author: Julian Guthrie
    © LinkedIn
Recommended by: Vivek Wadhwa, Fellow, Carnegie Mellon University College of Engineering, Silicon Valley
“Journalist Julian Guthrie’s brand new book, ‘How to Make A Spaceship: A Band of Renegades, An Epic Race, and the Birth of Private Spaceflight,’tells the fascinating backstory on how the space race and the private space industry came into existence. It reads like a thriller, and it reveals many secrets. I have no doubt that the lessons in the book will resonate with today’s entrepreneurs, engineers, and adventurers, because they illustrate how the impossible can be made possible.”
    7. Avid Reader: A Life Author: Robert Gottlieb
    © Farrar Straus and Giroux
Recommended by: Glenn Leibowitz, McKinsey Head of Communications, Greater China
“He was the editor at Simon and Schuster, then at Alfred A. Knopf, and then at The New Yorker. It's a memoir about his amazing career, and offers rare insight into the daily working life, and personal life, of one of the most influential American editors. He edited some of the most iconic novels, and worked with several of the most famous writers, of the past century.”
    8. Hillbilly Elegy Author: J. D Vance
    © LinkedIn
Recommended by: Jeff Selingo, Author of ‘There Is Life After College’
“‘Hillbilly Elegy’ illustrated many of the issues facing places in the U.S. like my own hometown. I think often of where I grew up and my classmates there and why so many of them and their parents went for Trump. We need to figure out a way to create an education system that better serves everyone, not just those that go to college.”
    9. Just Mercy Author: Bryan Stevenson
    © Spiegel & Grau
Recommended by: Erwen Zhu, Student, UC Berkeley
“This was a phenomenal story and a poignant reflection of the times we live in. As much as I would like to think that racial divisions are beginning to heal, the perpetual conflict between race and class are illustrated and exemplified in Stevenson's novel.”
    10. The Seventh Sense Author: Joshua Cooper Ramo
    © LinkedIn
Recommended by: Reid Hoffman, co-founder of LinkedIn
“The extent to which networks are reshaping our lives and most important institutions remains surprisingly underappreciated. ‘The Seventh Sense’ is Joshua Cooper Ramo's deeply considered attempt to address what's at stake in these early days of the Networked Age, and to envision what paths we might pursue as we move forward.”
    11. Disrupted Author: Dan Lyons
    © LinkedIn
Recommended by: Dennis Williams II, Content Marketing Manager, Augment
“‘Disrupted’ was my favorite book that I’ve read this year. I appreciate witty writing, but Lyon’s perspective as an outsider to the startup culture was refreshing to me. He’s also very skilled (obviously), so following his time at HubSpot was just as theatrical as it was eye opening with how he depicted it.”
    12. Alone Together: Why We Expect More from Technology and Less from Each Other Author: Sherry Turkle
    © Basic Books
Recommended by: Paul Gordon Brown, Consultant and Speaker
“Given the vitriol and divisiveness of the U.S. presidential campaign, it offers some insights into how we communicate and view ourselves as a society.”
    13. With Lawrence In Arabia Author: Lowell Thomas
    © Hutchinson & Co Ltd
Recommended by: David Sable, Global CEO, Y&R
“Lowell Thomas was the American journalist who was embedded with T.E. Lawrence in Arabia during World War I. We all know the movie, and Thomas figures prominently in it. But while I’ve read Lawrence’s Seven Pillars of Wisdom, I’d never read Thomas’ first-person account. It’s amazing to read his story and how it spread in the world before digital social. The region is important to me personally, and I am passionate about understanding it. The book has given me a completely new way to look at the issues and crises there and brings clarity to much of the confusion.”

While the world was travelling back in time to cherish their childhood days by playing the augmented reality game, Pokémon Go; we Indians were still struggling to find the right link to download the game and the limited places where we could find our favourite Pokémon. Well, for those who couldn’t or didn’t play Pokémon Go back then, there’s good news for you peeps. Pokémon Go makes its official entry in the Indian market, thanks to a new partnership between Reliance Jio and Niantic Labs. For people who got their hands on the game the day it was launched, even if you’ve exhausted the game to the extent where you know each and every aspect of the game, there is no harm in bringing the craze and enthusiasm back.
    © Twitter
Other than India, the game will also be available to users in Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh and can be downloaded from both Play Store and iTunes. Cashing on the New Year and Christmas feel, this app has a special version of Pikachu who wears a Santa hat. Well, seems Christmas came early for us. Pokémon Go was a huge hit internationally among youngsters who just couldn’t get their hands off their phones, although there were many controversies that hogged the limelight for quite a long time.
    © Twitter
Reportedly, due to the partnership with Reliance Jio, you can expect several Reliance Digital Stores turn into Pokémon Gyms or Pokéstops. John Hanke, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Niantic said, “We are delighted to partner with Jio to launch Pokémon Go in India.” He further added, “It’s exciting to see Pokémon fans in India step out and explore their neighbourhoods in search of Pokémon and Jio’s disruptive high speed 4G LTE network will be an excellent way to experience the game.” Well, not sure about Jio’s high speed network, but Pokémon Go did garner a lot of fans in India when it was launched, though the hype died down with time. So, now it will definitely be interesting to see whether they will come back to catch Pokémons this time. For the first timers, do try this game out.

Faryal Makhdoom, wife of British pro-boxer Amir Khan, posted a shocking naked Snapchat of his brother after a private family feud went public. She did so after calling out double standards on Amir’s father who had given this statement on how she dresses earlier:
“Faryal was adopting a dress code which in the Islamic faith was not acceptable. We kept asking Amir to tell her not to adopt such a dress code. And even if she had to wear such dresses, please don’t post it on social media,” Amir’s father had said.
In response, Faryal posted this Snapchat of his brother:

Faryal further elaborated on the controversy saying, “After all, the biggest issue is my dressing!? What the actual f… my biggest issue is NOT getting accepted and going through 3 years of hell and that’s ok? Because? What disgusting thinking. TYPICAL.”
Amir, though, was not happy with the way whole issue played out in public and apologized to his fans for the same. This is what he tweeted:

Recently, one of my colleagues told me that his gym trainer told him to apply ‘iodex on his stomach and do crunches’ to get abs. I was taken aback. As hilarious as it is dumb, it was not the first time that I heard this. Sometime ago, I came across a guy rubbing ‘vicks’ on his abdomen.  This myth has been around and is propagated very strongly by desi gym trainers. Just like my colleague who’s a novice when it comes to fitness, a lot of poor guys looking to get in shape fall for this load of crap. Yes, it is bullshit. Here’s what you need to understand about ‘getting abs’ and how to go about it.
The Ridiculous Logic Desi Trainers Use Here Is That The Burning Sensation While Applying Iodex Burns Fat. HELL NO! © Iodex
It just can’t get more idiotic than this. Just because you feel extremely cold or hot on the place of application and you sweat a bit, does not mean that you are BURNING FAT. Apart from pain snubbing analgesics, muscle relaxant balms and sprays mainly contain camphor and menthol, which are called ‘counter-irritants’. They give you this ‘cold-hot’ sensation to drive your attention away from the pain. That’s it. There’s NO fat burning going around here!
You Can’t Spot Reduce Fat. Doing Crunches Will Never Get You The Abs You Want. © YouTube
Simply put, to see your abs, you need to get down to lower body fat percentages. If you are hovering anywhere above 20% body fat and do crunches every damn day, you are just damaging your spine. All abs exercises strengthen the abdominal muscles and don’t burn fat. Spot reduction makes no sense at all. Aim for around 12% body fat first and then start training your abdominal area.
Nutrition Is The Key ‘Abs’ are made in the kitchen. That’s been repeated for a million times and it makes proper sense. Spot on nutrition with a solid workout plan will help you build muscle and shed fat.  Clean and disciplined eating is the only way to bring down body fat levels. Abdominal muscles are one of the most ‘resilient to fatigue’ muscle groups in the body. It takes time and dedication to get rock solid core.
