Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has finally breathed fresh air as he walked out of the Arthur Road Jail after four weeks of detention in the cruise ship drug raid case. There's an air of celebration outside Mannat as fans have been waiting for Aryan to return home since yesterday. Hundreds of fans were seen right outside the house, celebrating his homecoming. It’s no less than Diwali for fans of SRK and the family. 

He reached his residence Mannat today amid an ocean of fans who celebrated his homecoming. People were even seen playing ‘dhol’ outside the house to give a hearty welcome to Aryan.

The jail authorities confirmed to the media that Aryan Khan’s release procedure was completed around 10.30 a.m. this morning following which the young Khan was allowed to walk out of the jail. Aryan came out of the jail around 11:20 a.m. today.

Fans outside the house were seen holding posters of Aryan in their hands which read ‘Stay Strong Prince Aryan’. Right before Aryan was released from jail today, a video of a Baba praying for Aryan started to do rounds of the internet. Well, this is real ‘deewanapan’.

Aryan might have returned home but there are some conditions that he has to adhere to and he won’t be leaving for the US anytime soon. According to reports online, these conditions are as follows: 

1. Aryan Khan has been asked to submit his passport and he cannot leave Mumbai without permission. 

2. He will have to report to the NCB office every Friday, between 11 am and 2 pm. 

3. He will have to cooperate with the NCB investigations whenever he is called to report. His legal team will accompany him. 

4. Aryan has also been asked to not try and establish any communication with co-accused (Arbaaz Merchant) or any other person- involved directly or indirectly in similar activities/cases. 

5. He will not be allowed to indulge in any activity similar to the activities on the basis of which the said CR stands registered against them for offenses under the NDPS Act. 

6. Aryan is also not allowed to make any public statement in the matter or any form of media — print, electronic or social media. 

7. If any of these conditions are violated, the court has stated that the NCB can request the cancellation of bail. 

Even though Aryan has returned home, the road ahead is definitely not easy, given the strict do's and don'ts he's supposed to adhere to. Nonetheless, fans are celebrating his return in full fervour.
