Earlier this month, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif were the talk of the town for their (not so) secret wedding in Rajasthan. 

The duo got married on December 9 and soon, shared official pictures from their wedding functions that went viral. 

Ever since, Katrina and Vicky keep giving glimpses of their married life to their fans and followers on Instagram. From sharing the pictures of Katrina’s first halwa to her Mehendi, the duo has been keeping fans occupied.

Now, celebrating their first Christmas together as a married couple, both Vicky and Katrina shared the same picture where the two are seen in each other’s arms. 

While Katrina simply captioned her post as “Merry Christmas”, it was Vicky’s wordplay in his caption that caught our attention. 

Instead of writing “Merry Christmas”, Vicky wrote, “Meri Christmas” which means “Mine”.

Katrina also took her Instagram stories and shared pictures of her Christmas decorations including a Christmas tree.

On the professional front, Katrina also marked the day to announce her new film aptly titled Merry Christmas. A thriller by Sriram Raghavan of AndhaDhun fame, the movie also stars Vijay Sethupathi and is slated for Christmas 2022 release. 

Sharing a picture with the team of the film, she wrote, “I’ve always wanted to work with Sriram Sir, He is a master when it comes to narratives that showcase thrillers and it's an honor to be directed by him. . Super excited to be teaming up with @actorvijaysethupathi”. 

Besides Merry Christmas, she will be seen in Bhoot Police, Tiger 3 and Jee Le Zara.

As for Vicky, he was last seen playing freedom fighter Sardar Udham Singh in Shoojit Sircar’s Sardar Udham. 

December 26 marks the birth anniversary of the revolutionary and Vicky took to Instagram to share a note on the same along with an original picture of Shaheed Sardar Udham. 

His upcoming films include The Great Indian Family, Govinda Naam Mera and Sam Manek Shaw biopic titled Sam Bahadur.
