There was a time in the ‘90s, Raveena Tandon was in a much talked about relationship with Akshay Kumar. Their tumultuous relationship often made headlines and the two eventually broke up. 

In an interview in 1999 with Stardust Magazine, Raveena opened up about the reason behind her split with Akshay. Raveena had revealed that she had caught Akshay red-handed with Rekha and Sushmita Sen.  

When asked further about the reason that caused the final split between the two, she said that Akshay had asked her to either choose him or her career. The actress decided to go with her career.
