Comedian Kapil Sharma has finally broken his silence on a rumoured tiff with Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar. According to reports, the actor is upset with Kapil and refused to appear on The Kapil Sharma Show to promote his much-awaited film, Bachchan Pandey. Taking to Twitter, Kapil has now cleared the speculations and stated that it was just a "miscommunication" and everything is fine between him and Akshay.

In his post, Kapil also revealed that the Bachchan Pandey episode will be shot very soon. He tweeted, "Dear friends, I was reading all the news in media about me and Akshay paji, I have just spoken to paji and sorted all this. It was just a miscommunication. All is well and very soon we are meeting to shoot the Bachhan Pandey episode. He is my big brother and can never be annoyed with me. Thank you".

Well, this is indeed great news for fans who always look forward to witnessing Akshay and Kapil's camaraderie on the hit TV show. 

Akshay was last seen on The Kapil Sharma Show to promote Atrangi Re with director Aanand L Rai and co-star Sara Ali Khan. During the episode, he and Kapil indirectly joked about PM Narendra Modi. After the shoot, the superstar had requested the team to not air his conversation about PM Modi, however, the clip got leaked on the internet despite his request.

The report had also stated that the shooting with Akshay and Bachchan Pandey team was postponed. However, we're glad that both of them have now sorted out everything. 

For the unversed, The Kapil Sharma Show is among the most-loved TV shows where many well-known celebrities appear to promote their projects. Akshay too promotes almost all of his films on the show. Last year, he graced the show before the release of films like Bell Bottom, Sooryavanshi, and Atrangi Re.
