After Vicky Kaushal & Katrina Kaif’s royal Rajasthan wedding, another Bollywood couple is all set to get hitched. Well, we're talking about Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar. The much-in-love couple is all set to exchange wedding vows on February 21. The Rock On star's father and legendary Bollywood lyricist Javed Akhtar recently confirmed the news.

Ahead of their much-awaited wedding, the actor-director took to his social media account and shared a mushy post for ladylove Shibani. He has posted two pictures, which seem to be clicked inside a car, in which Shibani is seen wearing a mask and her hair is wrapped up in an untidy bun. In the caption, he wrote, "Forever co-traveller (heart emoji)"

While Farhan and Shibani's fans have filled the post with heart emojis and "aww" comments, a section of netizens trolled the Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara actor by taking a dig at his first wedding with Adhuna Bhabani.

A user wrote, "Pehle wali bhi forever thi bhai, kitni baar forever hota hai". Another Instagram user commented, "Forever co-traveller, until we get divorced (laughing emoji). Such a diabolical thing to say".

For the unversed, Farhan was earlier married to celebrity hairstylist Adhuna and they are parents to two daughters, Shakya and Akira. After 16 years of their marriage, the duo announced their separation in 2016. Later, in 2017, their divorce was finalised.

After ending his marriage, the Bhaag Milkha Bhaag actor started dating Shibani in 2018 and the lovers have been in a happy space since then. After being in a steady relationship for around four years, they are now all set to take their relationship to the next level. 

Talking about Farhan and Shibani's D-Day, the duo will have a court marriage on February 21. Reportedly, they had filed the application in early January. As revealed by Javed Akhtar, the wedding will be an intimate affair due to the current pandemic situation.
