However, one thing perhaps everyone underestimated, when it comes to her overall fitness, is her raw strength. Usually, when one is super agile and 'lean muscular', strength is not what they are known for. However, Disha managed to bust this myth by doing something that has our jaws on the floor. She managed to do 5 repetitions of an 80 kg rack pull, while weighing less than 50 kg herself. Take a look at the video here.
