The instant messaging app has been testing the picture-in-picture for video calls since July.Β

The testing was being done in its beta programme version, though it was not announced when the feature will be officially launched.Β

Moreover, the app is also looking out to expand its platform and make itself more constructive and productive. Hence, the messaging app, which is owned by Facebook, is planning on introducing a Whatsapp business app.

The tool will allow businesses to connect and communicate with its consumers. The feature seeks to boost the productivity of different businesses.
