The actor had grown his hair to portray 'Alauddin Khilji' in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Padmavati'.
In a series of videos posted on Instagram, Ranveer showed off his hair before, during and after the haircut.

Rumours are abuzz that Ranveer?s new look is for Zoya Akhtar's upcoming movie Gully Boy.
The actor will soon be seen in 'Padmavati' which also stars Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor in lead roles.
The movie is set to release on December 1.
