This Hungover Guy Tried To Call In Sick But Made A Blunder So Hilarious His Boss Called His Bluff In A Second

How many times have you called in sick just because you were a little too hung-over for office? By now, perhaps your boss thinks you are an alcoholic. Let’s admit, we’ve all been there. Hell, even our boss has done that to his boss. So it’s not really rocket science to figure out when employees suddenly fall sick on a Monday morning.

What happened next is a lesson for all of us. His boss called his bluff in a second and left him red-faced.

He called in sick on a Sunday. How hung-over can you be to do that? This is the type that always clicks on a ‘reply to all’ when saying ‘haha’.

He tweeted about his ‘blunder’.

Obviously, telling your boss you can’t make it to office because you got a little too drunk the previous night is not exactly a wise choice, unless you got drunk with your boss. Moral of the story: Always check your date, time and recipient when sending any messages to any of these 3 people – your boss, your girlfriend, your mom.
