The stunning diva, Alia Bhatt, who just celebrated her 26th birthday in style, did something mighty philanthropic and we couldn't be more proud of her. She has reportedly gifted Rs 50 lakh to her domestic help Anmol and her driver Sunil so that they can buy a house in Mumbai.
The two have been there with her since the start of her career in 2012 and for Alia this gesture was rather pertinent and imperative because she wanted to return the help they've been giving her since so many years. The two have already booked their houses in Juhu and Khar Danda, respectively and will start building soon enough.
We believe this is a grave lesson every other celebrity should carry back from this young house-of-talent. More often than not, we seldom forget the people who've supported us through thick and thin and stuck through time to render their services without giving up, need a day or two in the sun to shine bright too. Gratitude towards the support staff is extremely important and if it can be shown in any good way possible, it definitely should! Kudos Alia, you did good!
Apart from initiating funding for the houses for her support staff, Alia herself has purchased a rather posh house in Juhu, for over Rs 13 crore. It's close by to her family house so she can see them often. Alia wishes to run her new production company Eternal Sunshine Productions from her new space.
On the work front, Alia will next be seen in 'Kalank' with Varun Dhawan and Sanjay Dutt, 'Bramhastra ' with Ranbir Kapoor of course and Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Inshallah' with Salman Khan.
She recently tweeted upon being asked to take up 'Inshallah', by Sanjay Leela:
Dream with your eyes wide open they said and I did. Sanjay sir and Salman Khan are magical together & I can't wait to join them on this beautiful journey called "Inshallah"

The actress has her hands full this whole year and she's doing one good Samaritan deed after the other. Here's wishing more celebrities emulate her kindness towards their support staff with immense gratitude.
