Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have continued with their poor form from last year's Indian Premier League(IPL) in this season also. Dependent on a handful of key players, it will be really difficult for RCB to win big in this highly competitive league.
Yuzvendra Chahal came out to be the star performer for RCB last night despite their controversial loss to Mumbai Indians (MI) in the 7th match of this year's IPL.
The lethal looking MI was brought to hold by a brilliant bowling performance by Chahal in the middle overs. Regardless of being hit for three sixes in a row by the mighty Yuvraj Singh, he kept his calm managed to take his wicket on the fourth ball.

While all other RCB bowlers were having a tough time, Yuzi came on top taking 4 wickets for just 38 runs, making him the most effective bowler for his side. Another hallmark Chahal achieved was the 'Purple Cap,' as he dethroned Imran Tahir by taking a total of 5 wickets in both the matches.
With RCB and Chahal finding momentum, it will be interesting to see how they move ahead in the tournament.
