VVS Laxman's Visit To A Dentist Sparks A Laugh Riot Amongst Indian Cricket Fans

Arguably one of the greatest Test batsmen in history, VVS Laxman has managed to garner public interest for his expertise and analysis of the game, long after his retirement. His match reviews and commentating duties have made him one of the most respected voices in the sport. And, his current stint with the Indian Premier League (IPL) continues to enthral cricket fans.

But, when he's not busy commentating or reviewing a cricket match, Laxman's social media activity has also struck a chord with the Indian cricket fans. But, for an Indian batting legend who was recently seen lashing out at the Committee of Administrators (CoA) in relation to a "conflict of interest" charge, Laxman appeared to be a jolly mood when he shared a picture of himself from a dentist's chair.

Some pains are physical, some are mental, the one that is both is dental.
Was having severe tooth pain & had to get my wisdom tooth extracted by my childhood friend @ParthSatwalekar who was my school & college captain and now is a successful dentist in Hyderabad. Blessed ðð¼pic.twitter.com/BVBAGs2r6z

Taking to Twitter, the 44-year-old shared his photo along with the wisdom tooth he got removed which was captioned: "Some pains are physical, some are mental, the one that is both is dental. Was having severe tooth pain & had to get my wisdom tooth extracted by my childhood friend @ParthSatwalekar who was my school & college captain and now is a successful dentist in Hyderabad. Blessed".

While some wished the former Indian cricketer a speedy recovery, others expressed their disgust over the bizarre picture of a bloodied tooth in his post.

I'm sure you'll retain all your wisdom, notwithstanding the loss of the tooth carrying it !
(Said in a lighter vein to lessen your pain !)
