'Avengers: Endgame' was honestly the most-anticipated movie of all time, especially since the cliff-hanger ending of 'Avengers: Infinity War'. 

For the entire year between the two movies, fans were just predicting, coming up with theories about what could happen and a lot of them actually turned out to be true. (I just wanted the Ant-Man going up Thanos' butt one to be real, but whatever.)

So, it's not surprising that ever since April 26th, the biggest MCU movie has been breaking all records left, right, and centre. From quickly climbing up in the list of the highest-earning movies, to becoming the highest opening movie in India, 'Endgame' has broken records all over the globe.

The movie completed one month yesterday, so here's looking back at all the great records it has already made and made Marvel Studios over $2.5 billion richer:

1. Biggest Global Opening Weekend

With a $1.2 billion worldwide box office opening, 'Endgame' beat the record previously held by 'Infinity War'.

2. Highest Grossing Opening Day In India

Beating out all the Hindi movies, 'Endgame' earned over Rs 53 crore on the first day itself and set a record. I think we all can vouch for this one just because of how much of a struggle it was to get first day tickets.

3. Highest Grossing Hollywood Movie In India

Again, no surprises here. The movie has earned over Rs 350 crore till now.

4. Fastest Movie To Hit 1.2 Billion USD

It took five days, just five days, for the movie to reach one freaking billion dollars. I can't even imagine how much money that actually is.

5. Fastest To Reach All The Main Check Points

An extension of the previous point, it's also the quickest movie to reach all the checkpoints - $500 million, $1 billion, $1.5 billion, $2 billion, and $2.5 billion. It took 'Avatar' 72 days to reach $2.5 billion, 'Endgame' did it in 20 days.

6. Second Highest Grossing Movie Of All Time

Yes, it hasn't quite beaten 'Avatar' yet, but it still did manage to do so with all the other movies on the list to take up the second spot for now. We all know 'Endgame' is coming for 'Avatar' soon.
