This Chandigarh Cop's Musical Traffic Lesson Is So Lit, Even Daler Mehndi Has Got Nothing On Him

Who said your job has to be monotonous, and that you should tolerate a drab and dull day at work? Humans are known to be innovators and we always find ways of changing things around us to serve our purposes better.

Take the example of this Sikh traffic cop, for instance, who not only took care of his duty but also made it musical and fun.

A video featuring a Sikh traffic cop from Chandigarh has gone viral on social media, where he can be seen delivering lessons on traffic rules and regulations through a Punjabi song.

This can only happen in India
and that too by a Punjabi cop.pic.twitter.com/7jdhZaakaO

And the tunes of this cop's anthem is not just any random combination of musical notes, but inspired by our OG Punjabi singer Daler Mehndi's memorable 90s song Bolo Ta Ra Ra! The only difference being that the lyrics no longer talks about a woman, but instead, reminds people on the road about traffic rules that must be followed to avoid any unnecessary hassles.

The cop urges people to park at the appointed spots and avoid getting their car towed or stolen in the process. The cop seems to be enjoying this part of his job, and we're sure commuters wouldn't have complained either.

People online cannot stop enjoying themselves and laugh along with the video.
