Noah Centineo Tweeted The 'Gayatri Mantra' & Desi People Are Like 'Arre Bhai Bhai Bhai'

To all the weird desi-videshi crossovers, ever!

If you saw a Bollywood actor tweeting something in Hindi or Sanskrit, it, obviously, wouldn't be a big deal, but you just need a white guy to say something even remotely desi and everyone loses their shit.

Noah Centineo Tweeted The 'Gayatri Mantra' & Desi People Are Like 'Arre Bhai Bhai Bhai'

Last year, Noah Centineo won over the entire internet as soon as To All The Boys I've Loved Before came out. This time, it was just one of his tweets, one very extremely random tweet, that's breaking the desi Twitter.

So, a couple of days ago, he quote replied to a tweet with the Gayatri Mantra. Yep.

In love with mine ðð½ Om bhur bhuvah svah tat savitor varenyam bhargo davasya dhimahi dhiyo yonah prachodyat https://t.co/5TQC1xvHRk

— Noah (@noahcent) November 5, 2019

We're in the weirdest timeline. Every Indian kid knows the Gayatri Mantra by heart after chanting it in every school assembly, but how and why does Noah know it?

Indians are utterly confused by this, but are also thoroughly enjoying being the only ones who actually understand it. Overall, desi Twitter has claimed the tweet and well, it's expected if you're a white guy tweeting in Sanskrit.

The only representation we're getting.

hindus— don't say there isn't representation in hollywood

— Bð [1k] (@wandawings) November 6, 2019

Simple and effective.

— Bð [1k] (@wandawings) November 6, 2019

The only explanation.
