Saif Ali Khan and Ajay Devgn starrer Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior has been making waves ever since Ajay Devgn shared the first poster for the film. And after he went on to share the first poster of Saif's character Udaybhan Rathod, people started to inevitably compare him with Jon Snow from Game Of Thrones. 

In the poster, Saif can be seen holding a sword and sitting on a throne with a menacing look on his face.

Seems like word has reached the actor himself. Recently, during the promotions of Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, Saif, and Ajay were asked about their take on the comparison. In an interview with Pinkvilla, he joked about the comparison and said that Jon Snow is no match for his antagonistic character Udaybhan Rathod. 

Saif said, “I will tell you something. I love Game of Thrones. But, I think this Udaybhan Rathod is like 20 times cooler. He is bad... I don't think Jon Snow stands a chance in front of this guy. And this is a much cooler performance, genuinely."

Needless to say, now our expectations from Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior are sky high and we hope we don't end up disappointed.

The film has been directed by Om Raut. Ajay Devgn plays the titular role of a Maratha warrior in the 17th century while Saif Ali Khan plays the role of Udaybhan. The movie traces the story of Tanhaji's battle against the Mughals.
