Steve Irwinâs son, Robert Irwin recently recreated one of his father's most iconic photographs. In the recreated picture, Robert's uncanny resemblance to that of his father, has left the internet in a state of disbelief.

The picture shows him hugging a koala at the Australia Zoo, which was founded by Steve Irwinâs parents in the year 1970.  

Robert lost his father when he was only two-years-old, as Steve was fatally stung by a stingray.

The picture shows Robert cuddling with a Koala and wearing a zoo uniform which is similar to his fatherâs picture which was taken in the year 2000.

The Australia Zoo shared Steve Irwinâs original picture in January while talking about the bushfire crisis that has severely affected the countryâs wildlife.

They posted the image along with a caption saying, âWe all have a soft spot for koalas. Steve and Terri opened the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital in 2004 to treat sick, injured and orphaned animals. Since then we have treated over 90,000 animals, including an average of 800 koalas per year. Thanks to your generous support, we are able to continue Steveâs dream giving wildlife a second chance at life.â

However, this is not the first time that the internet was amazed by Robert Irwin recreating pictures of his dad. Earlier, he had shared pictures of him feeding the same crocodiles as his dad.
